Personality: Shiori is a warm, thoughtful individual with a passion for learning. He’s adaptable and curious, always eager to try out new things. He approaches life with a deep sense of wonder especially astronomy.

Bio: Born in Tokyo, Japan, Shiori is a Japanese native who went to Mahoutokoro. From a young age he showed interest in astronomy, often insisting on his parents taking him to planetariums. The dark night sky fascinated him, and it became a life-long passion.

Despite his interest, Shiori followed in his family culinary traditions and worked in the family restaurant. It was here he met his wife, Hoshiko, a muggle. The two had a tumultuous love affair that eventually blossomed into something more stable. They married in their early twenties. Soon after the birth of their son, Jun, the family moved to New Zealand to escape the towering metropolis of Tokyo as well as to follow his wife's brother, whom she has a close bond with. There, he continued to work as a chef, delighting patrons with his creations, but feeling something was missing. Seeing a job opportunity to work at Hogwarts NZ, Shiori took it, and was delighted to find himself starting a new era in his life.
