Sharp Claws, Strong Smells, and an Important Lettter

[Kida Frost]

Kida ran up the steps of the Owlery. In her hands was a written note to Arisa and the other was blank paper. Gufo was on Kida's Arm. Kida gave Gufo the letter for Arisa and send him on his way as she continued to make her way up the steps.
Kida put the blank parchment, ink, and quill on the small table in the owlery and made her way over to the small ledge. Jumping up on the ledge Kida waited for Gufo to get the letter to Arisa. The letter she sent off to Arisa said

Hey Lazy. Hurry up and get up to the Owlery and bring Gufo with you. just don't let him sit on your shoulder his claws are a bit sharp at the moment

Kida took a deep breath in smelling the Night Air. she loved Night time. it was always more peaceful and relaxed. And not many people we're around. Kida leaned forward a bit off the edge of the ledge while she waited.

 

[Arisa Havishmen]

Arisa was sitting in her room alone singing to her self when she saw an owl tapping on the glass. She took Stiletto off her lap but left Glitter on her shoulder. She opened the window and took the note from the owl. She laughed at Kida's note. "Okay Glitter, you stay here and play nice with Stiletto, you know the other cats don't like him very much" Arisa said giving Glitter a treat. She ran all the way to the owlery making sure the owl was following her by carring one of Stiletto's mice with her. Once she was there she stood for a moment to catch her breath "Hey Kida" Arisa said tossing the owl the mouse.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida heard Arisa running up the stairs. she quickly jumped back off the ledge and walked over to the table watching Arisa catch her breath. Kida whisteled and Gufo flew to her perching on her arm. Kida smiled as she pulled out a seat for Arisa motioning for her to sit on it. "We have to write this letter Arisa" Kida said smiling as she pet gufo. Kida pulled out some clippers from her pocket and quickly grabbed Gufo. Clipping them quickly and painlessly. before tucking them back in her pocket. "He's always to fast for me but you entertained him with that mouse. i thank you greatly" she smiled as she sat on another Seat. "how should the letter begin" she smiled

 

[Arisa Havishmen]

Arisa thought for a moment "you could give him some good news and then slip in asking about me moving in" Arisa replied sitting down. "of you could ask it strait out and tell him why" Arisa added knowing that the second choice was much more responciable.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida pulled her jacket back on her shoulder. "I don't have any news to tell him" she said thinking slightly. "how about this to start"

Dear Dad,

she looked at the paper. "this is harder then i thought" she said trying to think of things to say

Arisa took some paper from Kida "mind if i?" she asked.

Dear Dad,

My friend Arisa currently got into a HUGE fight with her mom, lets just say, she has no house to go home too now. I was wondering if she could live with us for a bit? At least until she gets her own two feet. If not she said she could make plans with other friends.

Arisa gave Kida the letter to look it over, "how does it sound?" she asked.

Kida looked at the letter Adira gave her "good but.." she said writing on her own peice of paper

Dear Dad,

My Friend Arisa had a Huge fight with her Mother, and she was kicked out. and I offered our house for her to stay. Can we please let her stay with us Dad. It would mean a huge deal to myself and her. It will only be until she moves back in with her family. I Hope you understand.

Kida slid it over to Arisa to her to read.

Arisa red the letter over "it sounds good to me" Arisa replied, she was really nervous, her whole life for the summer depended on it. "i really hope this all works out" she said putting her head in her hands.

 

[Kida Frost]

"It will" Kida smiled as she clicked her fingers allowing Gufo to come to her. She put the letter in an envolope and gave it to Gufo. she pet him on the forehead and walked over to the window ledge "My dad responds very quickly. i would say it would take Gufo half an hour to get to dads and then half a hour to reply. Kida lifted her arm quickly and watched Gufo fly off. Kida picked up a bag she had out up here earlier "what you say for a midnight picnic" she smiled as she looked at Arisa.

Arisa laughed as her stomach growled "sounds good to me" Arisa said patting her stomach. Just then she saw out of the corner of her eye, it was her cat and puffskein "great, they followed me" she said as she picked up her cat and put glitter on her head.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida smiled as she set up a small picnic on the table. she watched Arisa pick up her pets. "I feel so unloved. Nerezza is out prowling somewhere i know it" she said looking around spotting a dark tail move from the top of one of the owl boxes Kida pointed to Nerezza "told ya" she said smiling.

 

[Arisa Havishmen]

Arisa laughed. "well Stiletto sticks close to me, none of the other cats really like him becuase hes so diffrent" she replied listening to Stiletto purr. "and Glitter acts like a big sister to him" she said giving glitter a treat. Arisa looked on the table and grabbed a few vegtables.

 

[Kida Frost]

"Nerezza is a bossy Cat" she said looking at her. "i think Stiletto and Nerezza get along" she smiled looking at Nerezza. "Ora ottenga qui Nerezza" Kida said firmly in italian. "Capisce soltanto l'italiano... I mean She only Understands Italian" Kida smiled. as she grabbed some fruit and began to eat them. Kida watched Nerezza jump off the owl box and make her way down to the table

Arisa gave Kida a weird look "when did you learn Italian?" she asked. Arisa didnt think Kida had any Italian backround, but you never know.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida laughed. "la mia famiglia" she said smiling. "I learnt italian from my family who lived in italy for a while. my Nonna was part italian. and she learnt it in italy and taught me it. When i brought Nerezza she wouldnt listen to a thing i said. until i said something in italian and she listened" Kida pet Nerezza on the head "siete un gatto molto sciocco" she laughed as she held out some fish flakes for nerezza. She head a sqwak in the distance. "Gufo is on his way back" She smiled as she held out her hand with the fish flakes for stiletto "voi gradicono un certo gatto?"

 

[Arisa Havishmen]

Arisa watched with a fond smile as Stiletto gave Kida a strange look. He smelled her hand though before licking up the fish flakes "aw, i think he likes you" Arisa said with a laugh. She grabbed a peice of fruit off the table and gave it to Glitter who gobbled it up happilie.

 

[Leo Frost]

Leo recieved A letter from Kida and quicky picked up a pen and paper. and began to write back

Darling Kida,
I am fine with your friend staying over. we have a spare room and plenty of space for her. I miss you dearly and hope to see you soon when you get home. Love your Father
Leo

he handed it to Gufo and sent him on his way

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida grabbed the letter from Gufo as he landed on her shoulder and handed him a dead mouse. before shaking him off her shoulder. she read it before smiling "Welcome To my house" she smiled as she held out the letter for Arisa. she turned to see Nerezza trying to get the mouse off Gufo "Nerezza Il gufo di permesso da solo e prossimo si siede con lo stiletto" she ordered and shook some fish flakes in her hand again.

Arisa smiled and hugged Kida "thank-you!" She said. She sighed "I had better owl my grandma and grandpa and tell them" she grabbed another peice of paper

Dear Grandma and Grandpa

Me and mom got into a huge fight about my father, anyways, I'm going to live with Kida for a bit, please take care of mom, she still isn't right, the filth really had a bad affect on her, maybe she just needs some time to rest, anyways, I'm just mailing to tell you this.

She picked a school owl and tied the letter to his leg, she pulled out another mouse "here you take this, its a long way to canada, feel free to stop when ever you get tired, just dilever that letter" she said giving the owl a few pets.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida smiled. "Oh would you like the spare room or do you want to bunker in my room" Kida asked as she grabbed some fruit as Nerezza jumped down in annoyance. "I told you to stop trying to steal Gufo's Food. now go and play with Stiletto" Kida said to Nerezza in english. "I'm trying to teach her english.. its quite strange actually" she laughed.

 

[Arisa Havishmen]

Arisa thought for a moment, "I really don't want to take up more space then I need, but it is your room and im sure you want your privacy, so I guess the guest room" she finally said. "This is going to be so much fun" Arisa added with a huge smile, "Hey i was thinking, how do you think i would look with brown hair?" she asked looking at her hair a little bit, the blonde was starting to loose its shine that it used to have.

 

[Kida Frost]

Kida smiled. "Spare room it is" she said. she looked at Arisa's hair. "Brown would look good. very different" she said. "I have always been Brown and i like it" she laughed as she watched Nerezza play fight with Stiletto.

 

[Arisa Havishmen]

Arisa watched a little worried as Nerezza and Stiletto play fought, she was sure Nerezza wouldn't hurt Stiletto on purpose, but he was so tiny. She reached down and scooped him up "hey babe, I think its's almost your bed time" she said petting him as he purred. She snuggled him closly, it never occured to her that it was weird to have a hairless cat, Stiletto was just so cute.

Kida watched them play fight for a bit. she looked out at the moon set high above the sky from out of the ledge. "Its a beautiful night" she smiled as she stretched out across the table and watched Nerezza jump over her like she was a new toy. "Silly Cat" she sniggered. as she rolled a grape around on the table. "What breed is Stiletto?" she asked curiously its not everyday you see a hairless cat.

"He's a pure breed sphynx cat" she replied taking of his sweater to show Kida his markings, "thats what his fur would look like if he grew any" Arisa replied "what breed is Nerezza?" Arisa asked
