Meyke had never been much of a nature lover. She could see why other people found it beautiful, or inspiring, but for her it just smelled funny and made her sneeze. The only time she could stand to be around it and appreciate it was when it was dark. So there Meyke was, strolling through the school gardens just after dinner had finished. The lights were still on in the castle windows and they cast shadows across the flowers. The Slytherin stopped every now and then to look at a particularly interesting shadow. It was nature at its best.

The Slytherin had expected to be alone that evening in his stroll, but she was surprised to see the shadow of another person moving in and out of the flowers in places she was yet to walk past yet. Meyke stopped and sat down on a bench in between two trees so she was now almost completely in the darkness had it not been for one nearby window casting light on half of her body. The girl then fixed her eyes on the figure and continued to watch it move around the gardens, before she let out a cough to attract their attention.

Roze had decided to skip dinner and spend the last few hours before cerfew outside. It was too crowded and loud inside. She needed some relaxation time. Plus, she loved nature.

Roze wandered into the garden, expecting it to be deserted, considering it was dinner time.

She walked around, admiring the beauty of it all. The garden was absolutely stunning during both the day and night for completely different reasons. During the day, the plants seemed to shimmer, their colors vibrant and lively; at night, shadows danced around in the wind, some plants still shimmering in the moonlight.

Roze was pulled put of her trance when she heard a coughing noise behind her. She turned and at first, she didn't see anything. As she walked toward the sound's origin, though, she thought she could see the silhouette of a person.

"Uhm... Hello?" She asked quietly.
