@Willow Cullen @Sierra Woodlock
Edward was grateful for the chance to practice Quidditch and try out his new broom but also figured he would need more than just one training session if he was going to feel confident about trying out for the team. He was sure now that he wanted to play the Seeker position and figured getting some help from one of the older students who had more experience would help out his chances. With the first week of classes over he'd reached out to Willow and asked if she'd be willing to help him and was excited that she'd agreed. Apparently, the Slytherins were known for taking out the other team's Seekers and so even though the Gryffindor's had a spare it was a good idea to have another one in the wings just in case.
Edward wasn't particularly excited about being a potential target but figured if he learned how to catch the Snitch fast enough he would be less likely to get injured playing. They had brought out a few golf balls that Edward had packed with him for this exact reason and Edward was interested to see how Willow would be able to use them for training. They were about the same size as the snitch and their white color would make them glint like the Snitch as well in the sunshine. Edward looked around and saw that nobody else was using the pitch at the moment and was grateful since he really didn't want an audience. "Thanks Willow for helping, I'm still not that great at flying on this broom yet" Edward said wishing he'd grown up in a more secluded area so he could have practiced flying on it more during the summer.
