Biography:
Saffron Ironsong was born as a part of the Helena Project conducted by the Spiral Foundation to one of the more prominent pair of agents in the Foundation. Having both hailed from large families they agreed to give the Foundation a large test group resulting in a total of seven children all ranging from the ages 25 to 11 years old. Saffron is the last in the test group. Since birth Saffron has been conditioned to know the theories behind several forms of battle magic, trained in the movements that would allow her to cause maximum damage and how to curve her emotions to allow for more logical thought. Right before Saffron was to take her place that the Foundation training school Ravenwood the Foundation itself became compromised in such a way that Saffron along with a select group of other what have know been dubbed as underage agents have been evacuated until such time that the facility is secure once more.
The names and locations of the children have protected in order to keep those that compromise the Foundation from corrupting Project Helena. Saffron was chosen to be integrated into regular life because of her age though those that know have been instructed to keep an eye on the young girl seeing as she was almost fully institutionalized by the time she left. The rest of her group ages nine and seven are more likely to be able to blend into life outside of the Foundation without much intervention.
Personality:
Saffron is a quiet girl, preferring to be on her own rather than in a group. She has a healthy thirst for knowledge and the ability to apply it. The only problem with her is that she has no warning. Her anger gets translated into action usually in the most devastating way. It is in her nature to be competitive not out of need for a spotlight but for self satisfaction. She is the best and if she is ever not so she will become so. Saffron was made for combat, getting a trill out of fighting but this is controlled by with her love for books. Saffron flatly refuses to keep her hair a natural colour though she will rebel in no other way.
