Open Rose for a Housemate

Thankfully Theia recognized the next person on her list being in her house and year, the name familiar from her classes. Immediately she headed to the Slytherin table and looked over who was there in search of Jett, deciding to call out his name later in case he was hidden away in the crowd. “Jett Winters!! I have a rose for you!” Theia called to the table, the yellow rose for him in her hand.​

Jett was busy eating when he heard his name. He looked over his shoulder to see there was a rose delivery person, looking for him. What for? He sighed and waved her over.

Theia finally saw Jett when he waved her over, and she soon approached him with the yellow rose in hand. She held it out for him to accept, making sure the note was attached with it. “Here you go.” She said politely, a little nosy and curious to see who from her own year was sending roses out, but she didn’t let it show.​

Jett opened the note from the rose, and smiled. That was sure thoughtful. He looked up and said, "Thank you, though I should be thanking the sender." Jett chuckled, as he set the rose to the side and pocketed the note.
