Zazuka hadn't visted her cryptogrophy book in a long time. Since summer started for that matter. She had been busy but now she found that she had the time to decypher the rune like symbols and make sence of the cypher. She took carful sceches of each rune in each like while in her mind looking for any patterns that she may go on. Zazuka was a little upset still that Andy and Brian where not talking to eachother but there was nothing she could do about that at the moment. She would have to get them in the same room or rather tha same genaral area because she had seen them avoid eachother even whe they had Trasfigurations together. The light was fading from one of the large tower windows but Zazuka wasn't going back to the Ravenclaw commonroom yet. She didn't feel quite ready to be there yet.
 
Harri wondered up to the north tower, she had spent alot of time there last year and hadn't been up since she had returned to school, she allowed her mind to wonder over the summer, smiling at the fond memories. Sooner then she thought she was at her favorite windowsill and about to sit down when she spotted Zuka a short way away, "Hey How was your summer?" she asked excited to see her friend again, she glanced at the book Zuka was reading and sat down next to her "Wow, that looks interesting what is it?" she asked looking at the symbols that meant nothing to her.
 
Belle struggeld up the long winding stairs. They seemed to be going on forever, until she finaly reached the top onto a large open space there sat two girls one who she recognised from Ollivanders and the other was..Harri. "Hey Harri." She said panting and waved over to the other girl who had a large book in her hands. "Hey..." she said while collasping onto a window sill.
 
"Hey Belle!" Harri said laughing "Why are you so out of breath?" she asked still laughing.
 
"All the steps.. not that used to it. I'm not as young as I used to be" She laughed and added." No, I'm just not that fit. Thats all. So what you guys doing up here?" She asked openly.
 
Harri laughed "You'll get used to them soon!" she said "After all you have to walk to the seventh floor everyday!" she said laughing, "Well were just looking at this book!" Harri said pointing to the book Zuka was holding "Got a load of symbols in that I have no idea what they mean," she said laughing "But I'd love to learn," she added.
 
"I hope so." Belle looked at the book. "It looks complicated. Can you study that as a subject here?" Belle asked both girls
 
Zazuka smiled then laughed into her hand. "Zazuka or Zuka if you like. My closets friends call me simply Z." She said then showed the contents of her book to them. If anyone where to just glace at it they would think it was nothing but a picture of a sick figure dancing across the page. "It's really very easy once you know the rules of basic grammer like the most used letter at the beggining of a word is T and at the end is E. The most used two letter word is Of and if you find any letter standing alone it's eather I or A. Based on that it's really simple deducton. The closet you can get to Cryptogophy here is I think ancent runes class which is an elcetive." She said.
 
Harri smiled "Seems pretty tricky!" she said truthfully "What does it say then?" she asked looking at the page that made no sense to her.
 
Zazuka showed Harri the peace of parchment with all her notes on it. "For the time being I have If you hav_ a p_n you hav_ a wa_ The last letters missing are E and R most likely so it's If you have a pen you have a war. I'm going to move on to the next puzzle after this." She said looking back at the book. The next puzzle looked more complecated than the Dancing man code which to Zazuka was the most amusing.
 
Harri smiled "Does it take you long to figure out?" she asked looking at the symbols that still looked highly confusing to her.
 
Zazuka thought about that a bit. "That depends on how complecated they make the code. I had one where one symbole ment two diffrent letters and one two symbol paring stood for one. You can believe it took me a bit and a half to figure it out but I got it in the end and it was quite intresting what it ended up traslating into." She said with a bright smile. She tryed to remember alittle bit of the decyphered poem but nothing was really coming back to her.
 
"Sounds it!" Harri said imaging how hard that would be, "So how did you get in to all these things then?" she asked staring blankly at the page.
 
Zazuka shrugged. "Well they didn't want me around at my house so I was usually in the public library. When the children's books go boring I started to scan the shelves else where and I came across my first Crypogrophy book there. I liked it because I could spend hours not saying a word so that my dad wouldn't have a reson to sneer at me." She said. It was true, she wouldn't get hurt if she wasn't there or if she wasn't noticed.
 
"Thats a bad way to get into a good thing!" Harri said softly "But atleast its something you can carry on doing now, Does it get more advanced as it goes along or anything?" she asked interested.
 
Zazuka nodded. "I got into alot of things because of the lack of friends but that's over now. Anyway it does if you pick up books like that. I started out trying to figure out things like standerd letter shifts in which one letter ment another then started to try and brake codes that used symbols instead of letters so you can go like that if you want." She said with a bright smile.
 
Harri smiled "Sounds good, though I highly doubt my brain could figure something like that out!" she said laughing, "But it sounds like a good way to spend some time!" she said.
 
Zazuka laughed into her hand. "You know people are often more cleaver then they know. It is something to do when everyone is busy. It seems like I can get things fone faster because I have more hours in the day." She said thinking about how her nightmares tended to keep her awake for the rest of the night. Having nothing to do, Zazuka would finish her homework then be left with time to do other things.
 
"What do you mean you have more hours on the day?" Harri asked confusedly, she stuck her hands in her jeans pockets and paced a little towards the window.
 
Zazuka sighed. "I get nightmares most nights so I tend to wake up at two or three in the morning and can't go back to sleep. I think my body is just used to it now thought. Technecly I have more times to do what we need to do." She said moving her head from side to side.
 
Harri shook her head "Thats not good Zuka, maybe you should go to the hospital wing, I'm sure they could set you up with some sleeping potion!" she suggested.
 
Zazuka thought about it. "That would mean answering the question of what exsactly am I dreaming about and the thing is that I don't remember any of my nightmares so I couldn't tell them and I don't think that the nurses would be othered with something like sleepless nights." She said. Zazuka didn't want to bother anyone like this. She tended to walk up in silence anyway.
 
"If your sure.."Harri trailed off staring out the window, she loved the grounds they always looked so nice! "So I noticed thers another Ravenclaw girl in our year, she was in a transfiguration?" Harri said.
 
Zazuka nodded. "I kinda forgot about her. She's shy you know. Kali I think her name is. I shared a room with her last year but she never talked to I never got to know her." Zazuka said honestly. This was a little saddning because Zazuka prided herself in being nice and talking to everyone. Then again they have to talk to her first most of the time.
 
"Oh," Harri said quite suprised "I thought she transferred," she admitted guiltily "I've never seen her around before," she said her voice quite sad, she had thought she could atleast name everyone in her year.
