Amycus arrived in a flurry of smoke close to what appeared to be Beach in her eyes and she immediately paused for shifting her light blue eyes over to Kai. He was another chef that worked at her mother's Restaurant. He was a big guy not to mention a little anti-social but he really knew how to cook a Hawaiian dish and that was enough to impress Leilani. Amycus asked him if he could Apparate her here and although he was reluctant to do so at first, here she was standing. Amycus was about to turn and walk towards the Quidditch Pitch that was off in the distance. Kai started to follow but the young brunette turned around and shook her head. "Kai I told you that I'd be fine. You go back to the restaurant okay?" She pleaded with him, her big blue eyes nabbing away at him like coffee did to a sugar cube. He eventually agreed with a sigh and Apparated off, leaving Amycus alone. He didn't need to be here anyways because she would not be going back if she had her way. The plan she had been working on for months finally was going into play. It all pretty much rested in the hands of her father now. Her biological father that she hadn't seen since she was about three years old. Amycus had no idea of knowing what he was like because her mother didn't speak of him much at all whenever her or Mylie asked about him. They did know that their mother and father went to school with one another and formally met in their Fourth Year during a Quidditch Match between her house and his house which happened to be Hufflepuff and Slytherin. Leilani said that when she first met him she thought he was a goofball, which to Amycus sounded like the majority of most males she knew today. Leilani left out a lot of what happened in the middle but Amycus did know that at some point her mother and father really fell for one another and she ended up getting pregnant while still in school. Amycus was luckily not born until Leilani had already Graduated though. Other than that her mother refused to speak anything else about him. Not what they weren't together, if she missed him, what his favorite kind of cereal was...nothing. Well if it was the last thing Amycus did, she was going to find out. Gregory had finally pushed her off the edge. She hated that man and wished his mother had never married him. He was so cruel to them and even to their poor mother. Amycus had not told her mother or anything but she had come here to ask her father, her real father, if she could stay with him so she didn't have to live at home with Gregory. It broke her heart to do this because she knew her mother and Mylie might be suffering, but she had to do this. Maybe it could influence them to come here and leave that man behind as well. But her hope could only go far in this case and she knew that. In all honestly, she wanted her mom and dad back together and for them all to live like a perfectly little family. But she knew she couldn't have everything she wanted.

The fact that her father not only lived but worked next to an Ocean was a good plus in Amycus' mind. She was utterly in love with the great body of water, the salty air of the Ocean, the cry of the gulls, hell sometimes Leilani told Amycus that she was possibly part-mermaid or something because she was always out there. Perhaps later she could go down and sit for awhile. Maybe read a book or sketch some of the seashells she could find. 'Stop thinking about the ocean you twit, we need to find dad.' Amycus shook her head and continued heading to the pitch. She was a bit surprised when she found out that her father was a famous Quidditch Coach. So her father was like a celebrity. Hell she had even seen him in papers and stuff from time to time and she didn't even realize that it was her own father she was looking at. Thanks to an accidental spill from her mom and plenty of research she was able to find out that her father's name was Keyne Baros and he was the Coach for a team called The Stonewall Stormers. Without this information she wouldn't be here right now. Amycus approached the Pitch and was surprised that the Guards or whatever they were let her in without much of a struggle or a hassle. Her blue eyes peeked around the corner and there she could see indeed, a group of players were practicing and some appeared to be working out. A sigh left Amycus and she knew she needed to head out there and get to work on meeting her father. Which one was exactly the coach though she couldn't tell. Her long legs brought her out onto the pitch and she started to walk over to where the practicing was going on. When she started to get close she could feel the eyes on her, particularly from the male members. Actually, she didn't see any female players yet, but that didn't mean there wasn't any. Amycus stopped and asked one of the players working out which one was Keyne Baros. They pointed to a tall looking man and went back to working out, not before eying her up and down though. These men must have no idea that she was only fourteen. Finally Amycus reached the man and with uncertainty she spoke; "Dad?" She didn't even know if she would recognize her or anything but she hoped he might have an idea, she was his oldest child. Mylie was the one that was harder to recognize out of the two. Mostly because she could change things about herself at the drop of a pin and no one was really sure if what she looked like now was her true appearance or not.

Though living in Oregon, Keyne Baros had another home here in the sunny hills of California. California was one of the many places that Keyne loved to escape to because he did not want to be around his wife. He wanted to be alone right now, with Zayne in his second year in school, and then there was his daughters that he was just dying to meet. Leilani had not contacted him yet, and then Quidditch was starting up head and strong. The summer sessions only meant harder and longer practices, and now was one of the hottest days here in California. They were rather close to the beach where he loved as well. Keyne was at the Quidditch Pitch, and it was one of his team's practices. Keyne really had his team going on and on with different maneuvers and all. Keyne was thinking of what he needed to do because he wanted to get his life together. He was unhappy at home, even his teammates were telling him to get it together before he had been coaching them rather soggy lately because they did not really know what was going on. Keyne had no idea that he was getting worse and worse with his tactics, but the more he spent outside, the better it was. He wanted to spend the time in Hawaii but he did not want to. He was afraid that he would run into Leilani again. He wanted to meet with her, and well, he could not deny that at all. But he had things he had to do, here in California with his team and then in Oregan with his wife. He would never have another kid with his wife, that was for sure, and he did not think the woman could or would ever get pregnant. She seemed to be infertile or had everything removed. And she was a muggle-born, not that it made any difference with Keyne because he was not prejudice. He used to be, but not anymore. He had changed from that. Keyne blinked his eyes a little bit before he went back into thought over his life. People seemed to really admire the coach of the Stonewall Stormers because he hated attention from the newspapers and magazines, but he loved to coach his team and lead them into victory whenever he could. Keyne directed the chasers to do some laps and he continued to stand right where he was because it was his job to be here and coach his teammates. He had everything to do with the team losing or winning because of the tactics that he came up with. He had valuable input from the team, and took their ideas into consideration of course. He was willing to do anything for his team, and he would sacrifice anything else anyway. He would have enjoyed winning, but he did not really mind because it was his love for Quidditch that caused him to be here to this day. Even his team, they all loved to win, but they all enjoyed and love Quidditch as much as him.

Standing in the middle of the pitch, Keyne Baros continued to stand here and direct. He had been releasing the bludgers when the beaters took flight to practice smacking those evil devils around, and then Keyne tossed the quaffle into the air and allowed the chasers and keeper to go practice. Luckily their cheerleaders were not here because they would be distracting all of their players. Keyne had to admit, they had some nice looking cheerleaders. And then there was something else involved too. Keyne let out a soft sigh and he allowed the seeker to go and catch the snitch over and over again to really practice. He had to let them anyway. Keyne did not really notice them looking at a young teenage girl that was walking through the pitch. Keyne let out another sigh and he pulled out a clipboard, and started jotting down how everything seemed to be turning out. Keyne glanced around with his chocolate eyes and he saw that the players were being distracted by something, and it was making Keyne grow irritated and worrisome. Keyne hollered out rather loudly, "Get back to practice, now!" Keyne was normally the good guy, the cool coach but he was having a bad day. Keyne knew that the players knew that, and some of them went back to work, but some others would not. He was getting worse and worse with his temper, however his eyes turned around to see exactly what they were staring at. But he did not see anything. It was hard to look in the same direction as his players right now, not while holding a clipboard and trying to get his team together on this tactic that he was coming up with anyway. Then someone said something behind him, a word that sounded a little weird that he had never heard from a female's voice before. Dad? Keyne slowly tore his eyes from his team to look at a beautiful teenage girl that had somehow gotten across the guards and onto the pitch. Keyne was at first confused, and had no idea who this girl was, but the other teammates were loving this girl and the way she looked. Keyne looked over her but there was something in her that he recognized, something in her. It looked a little like himself, and then there was more in her as well, and looked like Leilani too. Keyne suddenly recognized her, and had not seen her in many, many years. Keyne murmured, "Amycus?" Keyne knew that this was his oldest, and firstborn daughter. Suddenly, he dropped his clipboard and embraced his daughter, because he had not seen her in such a long time. What was she doing here? And how did she get here? Was Leilani here too? Keyne slowly pulled from her and looked at her. Then he noticed that his team was looking and whoever was looking at Leilani was really making him mad. They were staring at his daughter, in all the wrong ways. "You, you and you, give me a hundred push-ups for looking at someone who is underage. Now." And his team did exactly that.

Amycus felt really bad for distracted the players from their practice. It was really easy to see that the man she presumed to be her father was really annoyed with them right now because they were looking at her and not practicing like they should be. She jumped a little when he yelled for them to get back to practice. He could certainly shout if he wanted to, it made Amycus think of her mother when she was angry. But it only made her more nervous to meet him because she was unsure if he would be happy to see her not. She was disturbing his practice so he could be a little it upset with her. The moments after she called the man dad with that tone of uncertainty her heart began to beat wildly in her chest. Even more so after he turned to face her, because at that moment she knew for sure that he was her father and that she had finally found him. He looked a lot like Mylie so it was easy for Amycus to finally see where her younger sister got her strange looking nose from, as well as her eyes and pretty much everything about her. Amycus looked like her mother except for the eyes. Weirdly enough neither parent had blue eye so she must have gotten them from a grandparent. The man said her name and Amycus nodded softly, confirming that she was indeed Amycus. Suddenly the man dropped his clipboard and Amycus was being embraced by him. "Hi daddy." She said softly as she embraced the man in return. It felt really nice to get an embrace from her father because mot of her life she thought that he didn't care about her or Mylie. But by the simple actions done here she knew better than to think that at all. He hadn't been in Amycus' lie since she was about three and she missed him so much that she didn't want to let him go. But alas he ended up breaking the hug and looking down at her. Amycus wanted to look away and say something to prevent things from being awkward but instead it ended up with her father shouting at his team again. This time for looking at someone underage. Oh god were they looked at her? Amycus turned red and began to bite her lip. "Did I come at a bad time? Because I can go hang out at the beach for a bit and come back later. Your team seems a little...distracted?" Amycus spoke softly to her father. Her voice was always soft so it sounded like she was whispering or she was feeling shy, but she didn't know if her father knew that. He probably didn't know that she preferred to be in the corner reading a book or sitting by the ocean either. But if he accepted her to live with him and stay here, then he would have plenty of time to learn about her and she would have plenty of time to learn about him. Some of the members went back to practicing so there was more space to breath and Amycus was able to relax so she could gather her nerves and get around to asking her father what she needed to ask him.

"Mom doesn't know I'm here, I uh kind of came here without her permission. One of the employee's from the Restaurant she owns brought me here." Amycus explained a little of information to her father so he wouldn't freak out and so he knew how she got here and that Leilani had no idea about this either. So she was here all alone and seeking him out for something. But she just hoped that this part didn't upset him because there was a lot more than she needed to tell him and ask him. It felt like it was easy talking to him though. She just hoped that he was feeling fatherly and stuff because the last thing she wanted to do was have to go home. "Can I talk to you about something really serious?" She started with instead making sure that this was the time and the place for her to be serious at. If he was in a bad mood then she didn't want to risk it but if he felt fine talking and discussing this with her then she would come right out and say it. Then there would be the sticky issue of him later on taking it up with Leilani. Amycus had no idea that her mother and father had a little run in the other day. As far as she was aware they hadn't seen one another in years. If she had known that they saw one another Amycus probably would have questioned her mother about the chances of her father and her getting back together. Did Keyne ever think about Leilani and stuff. Did they miss one another or anything? It would be so much easier to tell these things if Amycus knew her father better.

Keyne was just happy that his daughter, his oldest daughter, came just for him. He did not really care that she was distracting the team because they were complaining about being overworked anyway because of the feeling to get away from his wife for the time being. Keyne had a set of lungs for when he wanted to use them, but they were not going to be looking at his daughter anymore. No, not while she was this young. She was fourteen, and he was not going to allow some older teenagers and men look at his daughter. Keyne knew that she looked so much like her mother so he could see why they were looking because if it were Leilani, he would understand why everyone would be looking. Keyne did not mind where Amycus got her blue eyes from, but he did not think about who she got them from but he knew that this was his daughter. She looked like a relative that he had seen before, and that was the child that caused Keyne and Leilani to jump into marriage. He loved it when she called him daddy, because he had not heard that from his daughters in years. He could cry he was so happy to see her. Keyne cupped her cheeks with his strong hands gently so that he could get a better look at her. Wow, she had grown up so much, and he missed her so much as well. Why did she have to be absent from his life for the majority of it? Why did he have to get a divorce and lose seeing Amycus grow up. If anything, he should have been like, down the street from Leilani. Keyne loved having a better look at her, and shook his head and had his arms folded across his chest temporarily. Why did she think that she came at the wrong time? Or the bad time. Keyne did not want her to go to the beach alone, instead he shouted at the team that practice was over and everyone seemed to cheer in relief. He was overworking them and he laughed a bit. He wanted to spend some time with his daughter, and no one on the team could blame them. Keyne shook his head, "Nah, I have been well, making them practice for the past week, non stop really so they need a break. You are more important than my team, so we can go hang out at the beach together. Besides, don't want you around here alone." Keyne himself had been around here for some time, and did not trust others around here.

The Coach noticed just how soft her voice was but he did not mind it. Perhaps that was from her mother because Keyne could have a loud mouth when he wanted to. His team knew it because they were always being yelled at, whether it was praising shouts of scolding. Keyne wanted to know what all was going through Amycus' life because he had not seen her in so many years. However when his daughter informed him that her mother did not know that she was here, that could get him into some serious trouble because she could go to the authorities, and say that she was kidnapped or missing, and as a result, get him into trouble. The first thing he was going to do was tell Leilani. Keyne let out a sigh and he said, "Amycus, you cannot just run off to me, even if I do not condone it and I find it rather awesome that you came here to see me, without her permission. She might be really worried about you." Regardless that she was brought here by one of the employee’s from the restaurant. At least she did not fly here on her own on a muggle plane, or even walk here. Keyne wondered if she wanted to ask him something in private because she had come all this way surely not to just get a hug. Keyne had a feeling that he was right, and Keyne heard her question, and it was completely serious. Keyne combed his hair with his fingers and he had wondered what was going on with her to want to come all the way here from Hawaii or wherever her and her mother live. He wondered if it had something to do with Mylie or Leilani, or even herself. Her coming to live with him was furtherest from his mind right now. Keyne nodded and he said, "Yes, yes of course. Just follow me." The teammates had cleared the stadium by now and he was leading his daughter to the stands so that he could talk to her in private like she wanted. Keyne hoped that everything was going all right. He glanced down at his teenaged daughter and was still so amazed that she had come all the way here from wherever. All the way here to see him, and talk to him. The first time ever, and she did it all for her father. Keyne was so proud of his daughter. She seemed like him when he was that age. Keyne had a bit of a streak like that in him, sneaking off. So he might have to keep an eye on her.

Amycus felt her father cup her cheeks with his hands and for a moment it surprised her, she had not had a father this affectionate in her life for as long as she could remember. It was always just her and her mom to begin with and then when her mother married Gregory he wasn't really the type to be affectionate either. So she thought this felt a little strange, a good kind of strange though. Amycus offered her father an awkward smile before she removed her father's hands and pushed a strand of her hair behind her ears. "Mylie said if I came here you probably wouldn't even recognize me, I'm glad she was wrong about this though." Amycus told her father, trying to ease a little bit of the loving awkwardness off. She was so happy to see her daddy again. No one could probably imagine how much her heart was soaring from this. But she wondered partially why Mylie was so indignant at her father at the situation. It was probably because Mylie never had the chance to know or meet the man. Mylie was the type to close herself off from people anyways. The young girl probably figured that Keyne had abandoned them and wanted nothing to do with her. Chances were that if Keyne ever planned to reconnect with the family, it would take awhile before Mylie warmed up to him. It took her awhile to warm up to anyone actually. Mylie could be harsh when she wanted to be but it was just because she spent a lot of her life dealing with things that most kids her age couldn't even begin to pretend they understand, that ability she had. Amycus didn't know how her sister managed it sometimes, she was really strong about these things. Just like their mother was. Amycus snorted at her dad's comment and glanced at the retreated forms of the players who had eyed her so devilishly when she first arrived not too long ago. in a way she felt bad for them because she didn't think practicing pretty much non-stop for awhile would be all too pleasing. But sometimes that was what made a decent team. they deserved to get yelled at though, she was still young and they gaped at her like she was a piece of meat. How tacky was that? "Why not? You don't need to worry dad, I can handle myself." She wanted to add in that she wasn't five but since he hadn't seen her in so long her father probably was just worried and already letting his fatherly instincts kick in. Amycus felt bad and shook her head before she grabbed her dad's hand and pulled him aside. Perhaps later they could go out to lunch or hit the beach together. Because Amycus really wanted to visit that beach.

Amycus didn't expect her father to start lecturing her about leaving without letting her mother know where she was. Then again Amycus partially figured that Keyne wouldn't care what Leilani thought either way. Didn't they hate one another or something? That's why they got divorced right? Amycus never got the full story on why they divorced but she did know that they had not spoken to one another in a long time, or so she thought. Amycus still had no idea they had bumped into one another previously. "I know, but I was afraid that if I told her, she wouldn't let me come see you. But don't worry, I'll explain it to her. Mom likes to pretend that she's a hardass about stuff, but she's more understanding about things than she used to be." Amycus heard that Leilani used to be really strict and stuff, her aunt Leia told her that was why her and her father argued so much. Because her father was like a child and Leilani was far to grown up. But Amycus honestly thought there was more to it than that. There had to be! Because they could have fixed that if they had just tried. Amycus was led to the stands so she and her father could talk privately. Her ocean blue eyes flicked nervously around the empty stadium. What if her dad said no. Then what would she do? Well for one she knew she'd feel like an idiot for coming out here. but even more than that she would feel heartbroken. "I was wondering, if I could come live with you. Mom has been talking about breaking things off with Gregory but he says he still loves her, and they fight so much...I hate seeing mom miserable. And I don't like that man. Plus I want to get to know my actual dad. You know, I never got the chance to get to know you when I was younger, so I'd like to take the time to get to know you now." Amycus spoke quietly, softly, and more slowly then she imagined she would have when she was planning this. She wanted to reason with her father and plead with him. She even pulled the puppy dog look with her big blue eyes. Amycus could help around the house, cook a little, clean some, and she was often fairly quiet. Too bad she didn't know he was already married and everything.

Keyne was still curious as to why Mylie said that he would not even recognize his own daughter, which he was glad that he was able to recognize her after some time. He was honestly glad that Mylie was wrong, but he wondered if Mylie was one of those negative people. Someone that was always negative about things, but he did not know for sure, and he did not want to know right now anyway, because then he would dwell on not seeing Mylie, and then he would get depressed. It was like the grand circle of life. Keyne smiled a little more and he told her with a genuine smile, "I am glad that she was wrong about it too. Perhaps I can see her face when I pick her out of a crowd or something, just to prove that she would be wrong about it anyway." He was sure that she thought that if she thought that he would not recognize Amycus. Keyne wanted to just so much get in contact with Mylie, and wanted to have her live with him. And the voice in the back of his mind told him that he needed to win Leilani back and prove to her that he was a different man than what he was back in the day. The willingness to cheat on his wife was a little off setting, but it was with her, and no one else. Keyne would divorce that woman if she did something back to him or his children. Otherwise it would be unneeded drama, because he thought that he could love Suzanne if she was not so shrill, but then again, what if she ended up being a really good woman on the inside? Keyne was just confused over it all, but he would talk to Zayne about it because it would affect him the most right now anyway. He would have to put up with a sitter if there was a divorce. Keyne just could not believe that he was thinking about divorcing the one woman that had kept him straight forward for the past many years, the one that helped him raise Zayne. But then again, Zayne started to become more and more withdrawn, so now he was really starting to worry about his son. Was there something going on that he did not know what was going on? Keyne wanted to have nothing more but to figure out what was going on through that Slytherin head of his son's. Keyne really cared about his children, which was why he was so concerned with Amycus going out here on her own. Keyne shook his head and he smiled lightly, "I am going to worry, because you are not allowed to do magic just yet. Not until you are seventeen."

Allowing his daughter to take his hand and pulled him aside, wondering where she wanted to go, hoping that she did not hate him for lecturing her because he was her father albeit he was not there all of her life even though he wanted to. The divorce just left it without him seeing his girls, and without Leilani seeing her son. Keyne started to wonder why did Amycus come here, other than the usual. To see him and all that. There was the thought of how they were divorce came to mind. They could not get along but what did Leilani had told the daughters? Keyne had told Zayne that his mother and himself were just two different people that were not meant to be, and they were just too young. They got themselves into a whole mess of trouble, and this is what came of it. A divorce and a separation of siblings. Keyne frowned and he could see why Amycus would not want to tell Leilani, but then again she had to know where her daughter was, and he did not want to get in trouble because of this. And he also did not want Amycus to get in trouble either. "Amycus, I still want you to tell your mother where you go when you want to go somewhere. If she is as understanding as you believe she is, then she would let you. But for Merlin's sake, traveling across the country or even longer?" Keyne wanted to be stern but he could not help smiling at the same time. One could tell that he was one laid back parent. It was definitely a flaw of his. He could barely punish Zayne for things that he had done wrong, but his son had done no wrong in the past years. Zayne was a well-behaved young man and it surprised Keyne so much because Keyne was a lot more trouble back when he was that young. Her question was a little bit shocking, but he looked down and he wondered if that would be a good thing. He wanted it that was a fact. She even pulled the puppy dog eyes which Keyne completely melted to. "Well, if it makes you feel any better, I don't like Gregory either. But there is a little bit of a problem. If you really want to move in, and I have no objection, you would have a step-mother, Suzanne. And then there is Zayne, um, your little brother." He could not help but think of Leilani also. What would she say about having Amycus suddenly move over to his home, stay with him and then leave Mylie alone with her? Keyne bit his lip and hoped that Amycus would think it wisely before choosing to live with him even if he wanted her to. It would give him an excuse to stay home.

Amycus wished she could offer her father some sort of advice when it came to how he should deal with Mylie and her negative attitude. But half the time she didn't even know how to deal with her sister and the way she acted. Her sister was just not a person who saw things in a good light. Though not many could probably blame her because she was very different than most people, the ability she was born with automatically gave her something to be cast as an outsider about. "That might work. But it's a lot harder than you think it might be. With the way Mylie can change herself, it's hard to sometimes recognize her. Especially if it's drastic. Which she tends to do with she's upset." Amycus warned her father. She wanted her family to be reunited so badly but if her father wanted to connect with Amycus he was going to play his cards carefully because she was hard too get through to. Mylie was convinced that their real father was either a bum or hated them and that was why he he was never around nor did he even bother to write any of them. Her words went the same for the supposed little brother they had. Amycus was a lot more hopefully than Mylie had ever been when it came to the good things in life. Being more shy had it's perks because she sometimes didn't have to say anything at all and it could be blamed because of that. Sometimes it was hard talking to Mylie because she was such a constant downer. Sometimes ever their mother herself had a hard time talking to Mylie and from the way it looked and sounded when people spoke about Leilani, she was really good at getting through to people. Amycus wished she was like that. To be able to break down another's wall would be something she wished she had the talent to do. But she was so strange and awkward that it would probably be like trying to get through a brick wall with a butter knife. It might do some damage but it would take years before remotely useful was done with it. Maybe with time Amycus would get over her awkwardness but around people her age she was particularly bad. 'I guess that's my own fault for wanting to be home schooled and spending all my time at the beach when I could be making friends. Oh well, not like I care.' Amycus thought to herself as her smile that she offered to her father faded into a frown. Amycus needed to care more about making friends and stuff. Even if they sounded like a pain in the ass to keep up when it comes to all the things they do. Amycus could be a control freak at times too. "If you're anything like mom is, even when I am seventeen you'll still worry. Worry that I'll lose an arm or drink too much ocean water or something." Amycus practically quoted her mother on that one. Leilani was always trying to convince her that being in the ocean could force her to drink saltwater and that was bad for her or something. Amycus wasn't even sure what her mother's point was but by this age she knew that arguing wasn't really going to get her anywhere against her mother. But now that she had her daddy here, she could just try and see if at least he will spoil her rotten.

Amycus did not like that her father was lecturing her so much about her mother. She did plan to tell her but she wanted top know his answer to her question before she did or didn't. With a sigh she leaned forward and hugged her father around his. Hoping it would get him to relax a little. It always worked with her mother so maybe it would work the same for him. Once she pulled away she tucked a piece of hair behind her ears and sighed. "I do plan to tell mom. I'm just waiting until I hear your answer to my question. Mom will likely be in hysterics because she'll think I don't love her anymore or something. But I'll explain to her what is going on. I didn't know you cared so much about what mom thought." Amycus was suspicious. Very suspicious yet hopeful that her father might still love her mom then they'd get back together and be a happy little family. Or whatever it was that a family was like. Amycus just hated her home life right now and she wished her parents had never split and Gregory had never stepped into the picture. Keyne was smiling and Amycus raised an eyebrow at her father. At least he seemed more laid back than she pictured him to be. Leilani said that when her father was younger he was quite the hot head. The young teenager couldn't help but wonder if he was like that at all today or if it had passed long ago. Now she just had to worry about her father's response to her question. Did he want her living with him or would he rather that she just went back home and didn't bother him with such things? Surely he didn't seem like the type to not accept his child. But what if his home life was really busy. Did he have other kids that weren't mothered by her mother? Amycus grew nervous and started to do the same thing she always did when she was nervous. Chew on her glossy pink lips. She wished he would hurry up and make his decision. Even the puppy dog eyes were pulled out and she knew it was hard for a lot of people to resist those. He didn't like Gregory either which Amycus felt was a good sign. "Ew you're marrie-er I mean....how lovely. Well I guess that's fine. So long as she's nothing like Gregory I guess I can live with it. I've always wanted to meet Zayne in person so that wouldn't bother me either. Please daddy, pleease?! Besides...it'll give you more of a chance to talk to mom." Once Amycus was finished with her begging she gave her a dad a sly wink. Hopefully like Amycus imagined her would, he did really did want something to happen between him and Leilani again because otherwise she was being very stupid right now. But she figured if he did that part right there might help him consider it more carefully.

Keyne looked down at Amycus, and wondered if Mylie got that whole negativity from her mother and her side of the family considering he did not have it. He was more optimistic over things than pessimistic. Keyne thought that he should not be like that, but it was not like the man could help it, the Baros were not that negative of a family. Not that he knew of. Sure, they could be cocky at times, of course, but most of them were completely successful. They could always find jobs and have well paid actions. Keyne did not know what his siblings were doing, but he knew that whatever it was, it was their lives. Keyne was often too busy to meet up with any of them. Keyne shrugged, "Well, I know what she originally looks like, so maybe if she changes in a crowd, I'll hang around them for a while, before I would find her. Just because she can, doesn't mean that she would in a crowd, you know?" Keyne shrugged lightly, before he looked ahead for a moment while thinking, which side of the family did she get that metamorphmagus ability, because it was inherited from families. He would have to do some research. Keyne thought back amongst his family members and could think of nothing that could signal that there was a metamorphmagus in the family, but when he had one, his family was happy about it, not ashamed. Means that she may be able to get more in life, like being an Auror and stuff, but then again Keyne never really wanted anyone in his family to get into that job considering how harmful it could end up. Keyne did not want any of his children to be an Auror considering that it had to deal with the Death Eaters and he did not want to piss them off. They seemed to be a collective group, and they probably did not want to get others to involved in their work. Keyne was one of those that just shrugged and let them be whatever, as long as they did not harm any of his children and family. Then it would be personal. Keyne did not want anyone harming his family in any sort of way. He was a protective father, and if only he knew what at least one of his players were thinking about Amycus before he had yelled at them that she was underage. Keyne would have killed him some men, and have to recruit others. Keyne smiled a little bit when she pointed out that even if she was seventeen, or when she will be, he will worry. Well, yeah, but he would not try to be controlling or anything like that. No one could stop a parent from worrying, but one can stop one from being so controlling. As long as she was not pregnant that young. Keyne nodded, "Strangely enough, I will, but I won't like, interfere with your life though. Just don't try to catch a shark." Keyne smiled and hoped that she had not actually tried to catch one or else he would have no other choice but to supervise her visits - as if he would not anyway - to the ocean. Drinking too much seawater could not be that big of a deal though, could it?

The Coach's smile faltered when she pointed out that he still cared about what Leilani would think about this whole ordeal. He did not to let Amycus know that he still had lingering chemistry if not more for Leilani, but he was convinced that it was done and over between them. What was what divorced meant, or rather what it was supposed to mean. However it seemed like this divorce had other plans in mind, and maybe it was a bit premature - like their whole marriage and starting a family had been. Keyne looked down at his hands and he shrugged. With thinking about it, maybe there was something still there. Something that he was just not ready to admit. Keyne murmured, "Please do. Might help her realize that Gregory is not the man that she wants him to be. But I do, because she is the mother of my kids." That was the only excuse he had, and he did not have a better one. He was rather lame when it came to explaining some things, which he could not help either. He did not know exactly what was going through his mind, at all. Suzanne was someone that he could not just hurt without reason. Leave her for a dream that seems so silly and almost child-like. He could not do it. He needed someone to be there for the children when they could, and when he could not be. She could be a friend at times, but most of the time, she seemed to be allergic to human emotions or something like that. Sure, he wanted Amycus to move in with him, and he could care less if Suzanne would object or not. If she was like that, Keyne would pick his children and then invest into a house elf to watch them when he could. However her reaction to him being married made him raise an eyebrow. He thought that he could hear just sarcasm in there, but he couldn't say that she was amazing. She would never replace Leilani, ever. Keyne rolled his eyes a bit before he laughed, "I will guarantee that she is nothing like Gregory. Suzanne is just a little... I can't explain it, but she has never been able to have her own children, and stuff like that. And with my good looks, I am never without a woman," he paused because he started laughing considering that he was kidding around, "I suppose I can let you live in with me, and Zayne...he is a bit shy in person. But you can tell that he will be similar to me." However he looked down at a bit when she said that it will give him more of a chance to talk to Leilani. Now who could pass that up? Keyne just smiled a little more at the idea. He liked being around her and talking to her. She seemed like she could be one of those that he could easily fall back in love with, but since he was married, he had to be careful. He never wanted to be disloyal to the one he was married to, no matter what unless she was the one doing the wrong doings first. That was how Keyne worked, and he would do the same thing for the longest time. But wanting to see Leilani and talk to her more was not a crime, was it?

It was game day. A Quidditch match between Translyvania and her father's team, the Stonewall Stormers had just finished less than a few hours ago. It was a pretty exciting match from what Amycus had seen but she ended up not watching the entire thing so she had no idea who had won. About halfway through the match Amycus found herself growing tired of all the noise, the vulgarity, and just people in general. She knew her dad would understand is she disappeared for a bit. It was something she did just about every match. Amycus came with her father every day to watch them practice. It was a bit quieter then so she didn't get a headache or annoyed as easily as she did at a match. It was easier to read or do some coursework since she was still being Homeschooled. Life at home was a lot easier. Amycus did miss her mom a lot but she didn't have to worry about Gregory or her mother getting into fights with him over any of the kids. Her father's wife was a pain in the ass. Amycus didn't like her at all. But she was a lot easier to intimidate than Gregory was so it wasn't as hard to get her way with her. The teen had plans to get her mother and father back together sooner or later anyways. All she needed was the opportunity to do so. Her plan was perfect and difficult to fail. It was clever enough to work so long as her parents cooperated with her. A loud burst of cheer signaled to Amycus that a team was headed back here. She was located in a meeting room of sorts for the Quidditch players. It was probably where they discussed their plays at or debriefed afterward. Amycus didn't make any move to get out of here though. She was quiet and wasn't bothering anyone. So why should she have to leave? Besides she was here first so she shouldn't have to. The team could debrief all they wanted, go take their showers, eat, whatever it is they wanted and she would leave them alone. Simply pretend that they weren't here. Hopefully it was her father's team though. Because then she could feel safe that she would be left alone with her dad in the room. Amycus was almost like a member of the team. Her father's players said hi to her, joked with her, she knew them like they were almost her brothers. They made fun of her for being so quiet and space-minded though. Which was the only thing that annoyed her. At least someone around here knew when to shut their mouth. Apparently it had to be her. Amycus flicked the page over and began to read the contents of the page again. The noise grew louder and louder. The team sure was loud and chipper sounding. They must have been the team that won. Or they were just that obnoxious. 'Couldn't be my father's team then. He wouldn't let any of them talk like that.' One voice in particular was very vulgar and rude. He must have been the jerk that the announcer kept talking about having the really bad language and anger problems. Amycus wondered how his team put up with that. It was kind of annoying to her.

Amycus barely let her eyes flick over when the team entered. It definitely wasn't her father's team. She didn't recognize any of them. So instead of paying them mind she just kept on reading and trying her best to ignore them. Which was hard because they were so damn noisy. It made her wish she had ear plugs or something. When the one guy with vulgar mouth started to talk instantly her mouth formed into a frown and she looked up at her book in pure annoyance. Did he always talk like that? It seemed so because he had barely heard anything different from him. The brunette rolled her eyes and went back to her book that she had been reading. To her, only people who were very uneducated would talk like that. Most other people would learn that vulgarity was not something that should be paraded around in public. Eventually the noise from the players got too much and Amycus sunk into her head a little bit. At one point her eyes drifted over to the other side of the room for the smallest fraction of a second. The only one actually quiet out of the bunch was that player. For a moment Amycus couldn't help but stare at him. He not only was quiet but he looked different too. Before he could catch her looking though Amycus turned her head back to her book and tried her best to ignore the team within the room and keep reading. Hopefully they left her alone too.

The day of Quidditch went along as per always. Ozias Lucius Zhefarovich was the seeker of Transylvania, which ended up winning the game. It was close, but Ozias managed to use his faster broom and dangerous, fearless skills to catch the snitch. Ozias had the golden bastard in his hand and he handed it to the referee as he wanted to make his way to the locker room. His dark hair covered most of his face, and he had blood running down his face from where he had taken a bludger to the head, but it was not a head on hit, but more or less it just skimmed him. It was enough to break the skin and cause blood to run down. Jarrett had saved him, but barely. The game was rather intense, but they had pulled through somehow. Ozias was not really a big fan of his team, but it was something to do, and changing was not in his areas of pleasures because he hated changing, and anything like that. Ozias was going to be on the team for a long time. Ozias did not even take off his robes because he did not want to reveal his beaten and bruised chest and stomach from the game. He was heading with his other teammates, however with Jarrett being as loud as he was, Ozias was quickly getting on his nerves. The man did not even know the vile things that Ozias had done with his little sister, and his lips almost twisted into a cold and cruel smirk. His eyes flashed with a malevolent thought, but they quickly changed into his cold expression, and the smirk faded. He blinked a bit, before he realized that some blood was getting into his eyes and he wiped it away. Ozias wondered if Azerail and Taralynn were here. Ozias enjoyed it when his twin brother was watching him play but sometimes as a Healer, Azerail just could not be there. Ozias knew that in some way, Azerail liked Taralynn, but he did not know how to get that boy to let his darkness out. Ozias would have to tap into it, and he figured out a great way to. Have Azerail either kill someone or watch someone kill. Or have him spend some time in that safe house, because that helped out a Zhefarovich so much. The smell of blood and everything else.

The back of his hand connected with Jarrett's skull before the glare that Ozias gave spoke to the Beater to shut up. That was the only moment of peace that one would receive that night from Jarrett, as the only one to really shut him up was Ozias and that was because of the way Ozias behaved. Jarrett was just angry because that one beater had taken a shot at the seeker, but it was all a game. Nothing to get that enraged over. Besides, they won. Ozias did not even say a word as he went over to the other side of the room, pausing before he looked down, and realized that his skull was really bleeding a lot. Nothing Azerail could not take care of. It was not like he was going to die from it and everything. He took a seat where he stared ahead into the abyss. He was very much the quiet and silent one from the team. However his eyes landed on someone approaching some younger looking girl. Ozias slowly stood up and he approached his teammate that looked like he was about to ask out the younger girl before Ozias hissed from behind his teammate, "She's not interested in someone like you. Step away, now." Ozias eyed the male before the male backed off. He had just saved a younger girl from possibly getting harassed from a male that was just interested in someone that would be easy. Ozias was not one to say no to, so people did as he said, when he actually said things. His eyes went down to look at the young girl before he blinked once and he went back over to his corner. He leaned against the wall and allowed the blood to seep down his face and also through his hair. The wound was starting to hurt more than anything, but never did Ozias ever care. He did not need a reason to wipe it off. His eyes closed as he heard the teammates chatter to themselves, but he really did not want to be bothered, and after Ozias protected that younger girl, it seemed like they were not going to be bothering her either. That was good for her sake. Besides, Ozias thought that she was with the opposing team, because he had never seen her before now. For all they knew, she could be the daughter or sister of any of the teammates for the American team. That meant that she might as well be off limits, and stir up drama that none the team wanted.

<COLOR color="teal">Amycus blinked and lowered the book down when she saw the dark haired male that she had been looking at earlier smacked the loud guy upside the head then glared at him. Normally people would laugh at this but Amycus was fairly serious with this sort of stuff. A ever so slightly small smirk graced her lips though. It was about time that someone shut him up. He was starting to give Amycus a headache with the way he bickered about a game that had already ended. Gregory used to do that when she was living with him and her mother, when something happened he would always bicker about it until someone finally got fed up and told him to shut his mouth. Which normally ended up being her mother, Leilani. One time when Amycus' aunt Leia was visiting she gave Gregory quite the earful about how no one wanted to listen to a muggle go on and on about something that people like her didn't care the slightest about. Amycus was left to assume that Leia was slightly prejudice after that day. But it was true, for everyone in a way. No one wanted to listen to someone whine all day about the same thing. Amycus figured she had better get back to reading her book before someone noticed how amused she was becoming by watching the other team act like a bunch of idiots. Amycus turned the page and delved her face back into the book. But it seemed that someone had better ideas. A member of the opposite team had approached her. He had fairly nice looking blonde hair, but Amycus thought that he looked pretty silly standing the way he was in front of her. It took a moment but finally she lowered the book she had been pretending to read and let her ocean blue eyes rest on his lanky frame. ”What?” Her voice almost held a tone of impatience to it but she figured that maybe he actually did need something. But by the way he eyed her she figured that this wasn't going to be the case. He did need something. But it was nothing that she could give him. Not even if she wanted to because she was far too young and her father would kill her. On top of that she wouldn't want to anyways. Amycus was trying not to be traditional, but she did want to save herself for someone she really liked. He would have to meet her family and know her pretty well before she ever gave him anything of hers that was as precious as that. He started to mutter something about going out for pizza on the boardwalk not far from here. Amycus furrowed her eyebrows. Did he really think she would want to hang out with him? When she had this perfectly good book to read? The young brunette had half a mind to tell him that she already had plans later. Which she kind of did. Gazing at the ocean. Then heading home and curling up into bed and falling asleep. It sounded really exciting didn't it? But that was just what kind of girl Amycus was. Not a romantic bone in her body. There was no desire to have one either. Amycus was about to tell him no thanks when the dark haired male once again came to her rescue. He told him that she wasn't interested in someone like him and that he should back away now. He was actually pretty threatening from the looks of it. Enough to make the guy walk away. Leaving her alone with guy for a spare second or two. He was actually very handsome when it came to looks. But Amycus knew better than to keep interest. After today she doubted she would ever even see him again.

”Thank you.” Amycus muttered when he looked down at her and blinked. It was all she could say at the moment because she was actually a little shook up that he had come over here and defended her when he barely knew her. Not many guys would have done such a thing for her without having a reason to. The guy turned to walk away and that was when Amycus noticed that he was bleeding. A lot. It was getting all over him and there was some on the floor too because it was all over his face and his hair, his robes as well. Amycus knew a little bit about wounds and healing. Enough to possibly help him if she wanted to, and if he would let her. With a loud sigh, Amycus set the book aside and got up from the comfort of the sofa. Her awkwardly long legs led her over to the male that had just assisted her and she pulled out the best thing she could find within this room and that was some tissues. It would be better than just letting him bleed all over the place though. When she was over by where he was she noticed that his eyes were closed and she lightly tapped him a few times. Amycus handed a couple of the tissues over and didn't say anything for a moment. ”You're bleeding all over the place. There is a bathroom around the corner, you might want to wash up in there.”
He didn't have to take them but she figured that since he helped her she might help him. But to a minimal level because she didn't think it would be appropriate if she did it herself. Amycus' pale ocean blue eyes bore down at him, after a moment she let him be after setting the tissues down next to him. That was about it because she didn't want to bother him to death. Amycus was a solitary person and he seemed to be too. But that was probably what made her get along with him seemingly better than she did anyone else in the room right now. As Amycus went back to her seat and picked her book up, before she could sit down it was pulled from her hands. Another member from the opposite team. ”Who did you learn your manners from? Apes?!” Amycus growled before she took the book back and closed it. She really hated this team and couldn't wait until they left. With a frustrated sigh she turned away and started to head to the door. Amycus wanted to go find her dad now. The other team was making her uncomfortable right now.

After the young brunette had thanked him, Ozias had merely nodded because he was definitely not the type to talk much at all. Ozias knew this, and he was sure that many others would agree with it as well. He did not have any time to waste, but he thought that him being around here was definitely boring him to death. Ozias was ready to get up and do something else other than just lean here. There was nothing really to think about, but he was still struggling with finding any reason to remain here. He was debating on whether or not he should allow Taralynn and Azerail to be alone. He figured that he should. Taralynn and Azerail would make a good couple. However Azerail needs to toughen up a little more, and he would need to go forth and ask Taralynn to be his. Ozias did not even care about Taralynn in a romantic sense. She was more or less like a roommate that he did things with from time to time. There were no attachments. He did not care if they had stopped or not, because it was fun, and he was definitely not addicted. Ozias was thinking over this in his mind, on how to get Azerail to ask Taralynn out, but he could not come up with anything before Azerail would go down and get onto the dark side. After he had regained his seat, he did not even notice that the girl that he had saved from his team members, or another team's, he did not know or care but that was not the way to treat a girl, come over to him and start talking. His darker eyes looked up into a color that reminded him of the ocean. He listened to what she said, and told him where the bathroom was to clean up. He wanted to shrug but he thought that it would be rude. He looked down at the tissues that she set next to him before he murmured a soft Thanks and he took a tissue into his hand before he balled it up into his fist. He thought about using it, but then he decided not to. He liked being covered in blood, whether it was his own or no. It did not matter to him. He watched her leave him be, and he looked back down at the tissues. He used his wand to shrink the box of tissues before he grabbed them and stuck them into his pocket. He was not about to waste, but there was something more about the action too. Ozias shrugged and he looked around the room, and noticed that the girl was reading. He did not even know her name and it seemed like they were even. It was good to know that they were but he would not have asked her to repay him back for the protecting her from some idiots. It was not something that Ozias did. He would not ever take payment from someone unless they were asking him to do something that required payment or buying something from him. But he did not think that it was the same when it came down to favors. It was not anything that Ozias would ever think to do, but he would consider it a nice gesture.

While the young girl was still reading, Ozias decided that he was going to head out of the locker room because he did not think that he would want to stick around here for too much longer anyway. He wanted to ensure that he could go home without a migraine. He exited the locker room without looking at anyone and he decided that he was going to go down to the beach. Luckily for him, this was the United States, and in this state, there was the ocean nearby. He went down to the beach of California, and he looked down at his attire. Black shirt and jeans, with a hoodie. It was very muggle, and he thought that he would blend right in. He noticed that it was getting dark out, and the sun was setting. So, he was on the beach during a sunset. He did not think anything of it, but it was nothing really. He was alone. The wound on his head had stopped bleeding, but it still hurt if he moved his head a lot. He would get proper healing at home. The beach right now was completely deserted. He sat down on the sand, and he brought his knees to him. He wrapped his arms around his legs and rested his head ahead his arms. His dark eyes looked at the ocean ahead, seeing it for more than what most would see it for. There were predators that spread fear into many in those waters. Sharks and jellyfish mostly. He could deal with them both seeing as he did not fear them at all. Ozias thought that the world would be better off without some people in the world, and he started to think about some others, seeing it as something he could really visualize. It was throwing some people into the shark infested waters. No one would ever see them again, and there would be no evidence that he would have been the one to do it. Ozias liked that idea a lot, to get rid of his enemies. What would they do to him if they lost a limb? Then he could just take them home and finish them off. He had a lake at his home, and he could toss the bodies there and allow them to sink. Ozias had many twisted thoughts and ideas, but he did not think that he would need to go that far. Ozias did not have any enemies. Not any that he could think of. So he thought that he was good to go right now. He was safe to do as he pleased. Not like the wanted Death Eater, Antoine Snow. Ozias would not turn him in because Ozias supported the Death Eaters, but he did not have any will to join them. Ozias murmured, "The waves of the water wash away the sins of a human, the blood that needs to be cleansed. Sins are divided by seven categories. The things I do, belong in any of the categories." He was more or less speaking to himself, but he did not think that there was anyone around to hear his almost sickly, poetic words.

Amycus informed her father that she was going down to the Ocean for a minute to clear her head. Luckily her father knew better than to question her on what was wrong. Her father learned quick. That was her favorite part about him. He learned quickly what she liked and what she didn't like. He still managed to find ways to be overprotective though. That part she could do without. But she was happy to have her father in her life. It was like a part of her that had been empty most of her life, was suddenly filled by the presence of her father. It made her happier. Amycus only wished she could convince her mother and her sister on returning to Keyne too. Mylie refused though. She put her foot down and said she didn't want to risk freaking him out, that he obviously didn't want anything to do with any of them if he had been absent most of his life. Amycus saw her point, but at the same time she also knew that her sister was wrong when it came to their father. Yeah he wasn't around but it wasn't like he didn't want to be. There seemed to be other reasons that they grew up without their father. The young teen suspected that it was because her mother and father were being chicken when it came to seeing one another again. Like they were ashamed of themselves or something. 'I'd be ashamed too if I went through a divorce like they did.' Amycus thought to herself as she clutched her book tightly to her side. She wanted her parents to get back together. It was painfully obvious that her father still had feelings or something for his Ex-Wife, bu tit was harder to read Leilani. She was probably hiding what she felt so she didn't have to risk being unfaithful to Gregory. Which was just about as stupid as it sounded. The sun was started to sink below the horizon. Amycus hadn't realized that it was this late. The sky was a bright orange and pink color, it was so bright it nearly gave her a headache. Amycus was willing to brave the brightness of the sun and such for a moment or two of peace by the Ocean. If she had brought more suitable clothing she might have even taken a dip. The coldness of the ocean always woke her up, it made her feel alive. Burt she didn't bring clothing because she didn't expect to be coming down here today. 'I promise myself every single match that I'll stay at the Pitch with dad but I somehow end up here anyways.' Amycus snorted and brushed some of her thin brown hair away from her face. Sometimes she considered getting a boathouse when she was old enough to have her own place. Then she'd never have to leave the comfort of the water. But since she wasn't quite an adult yet, she figured she still had some time to think things through. Amycus wasn't far from her usual spot when she noticed that someone was already there. Instantly the brunette paused in her walking and frowned. Someone else had discovered her thinking spot? Amycus easily noticed that it was the same guy she had seen from the locker room and decided to go over there. Approaching him softly she didn't pause until she was standing right beside him.

”It looks like you've discovered my thinking spot.” Amycus muttered before she settled her thin body down onto the sand. She extended her arms back behind her so that she could lean on them and stare out into the ocean with ease. It looked extremely peaceful right now but she knew better. The sea had a life all of it's own. Amycus used to wish she was a mermaid when she was younger. Until her aunt Leia told her that mermaids were incredibly ugly. Not at all like most people pictured them to be. Back then Amycus detested the thought of being ugly and had changed her mind. But now that she was older and didn't think she was going to be the type that ever needed her looks for something, sometimes thought it sounded like it was still a good idea. It was silent for the longest time between her and the boy that had saved her from getting bothered by those boys. But it seemed like he didn't mind that there was no talking. Amycus was never much of a talker anyways so she hoped he could learn to deal with it if she ever happened to see him again after today. Who said one needed words to express what they were thinking or feeling? The ocean never spoke. But those who dared to venture out onto it and knew the ocean, always seemed to be able to know it's emotions. The violent waves when angry, the peacefulness of it while calm. ”That was an interesting poem you were muttering earlier. Did you think of it yourself? “ Amycus turned her head to the unnamed stranger and blinked. She didn't know what possessed her to do it But she was curious about what he was muttering earlier. As morbid as it sounded, Amycus thought it was interesting. She wasn't exactly a killer, or psycho in training, but she still found things like that different from what she was used to. Amycus like to try and keep an open mind. Maybe this guy was just really deep or something. Or maybe he was a killer. God only knew. But Amycus was too much at peace to try and prey into the thought of possibly being killed by someone right now.

The tall Zhefarovich seeker was not one to ever speak to another without knowing them first, however he did not even notice that someone had heard what he just murmured. Ozias listened to a few words spoken by a familiar voice, and he lifted his head up to look at who had spoken to him. It was the younger girl that seemed to have drawn much attention by his team, or the other, he did not know, but she had not drawn his attention like that. Ozias seemed to look beyond that actually, and he looked into her eyes for a moment. He had found her thinking spot? He shrugged his shoulders before his eyes went back toward the ocean. How had he not noticed her walking on the sand coming toward him? Ozias then remembered, it was hard to hear footsteps on the sand. He did not really want to speak right now anyway, as he was lost in his own morbid thoughts. Ozias figured that one day, he would find someone that appreciated the same things that he did, but he did not know that the girl that perhaps was good for him personally was sitting right next to him. Right now, Ozias simply viewed her as a girl that seemed to like the ocean and Quidditch games, though it occurred to him, what was she doing with the other team and where those fans were not permitted? Thinking it over, he naturally guessed that she was the coach's daughter. Not his coach but the other. They sort of looked alike, and the fact that she was here was telling him that she did not enjoy Quidditch as much as the coach did. Somehow, she ended up down here, in the presence of someone that managed to take lives, but the girl did not even know it. The dark appearance that the Zhefarovich members seemed to carry also seemed to attract others, like a moth to the flame. How people were attracted to them, it was unknown, but Ozias was not minding it a bit because the girl next to him now, was not at all talkative or even annoying. She simply was. Ozias was at peace of mind even when she was sitting here next to him. Ozias would not have been like this with just anyone. People tend to talk a lot, and he did not like it when they did. He always wanted to just curse them into the next month when they did. The Pure-blood Zhefarovich boy continued to stare into the sea, the music of the waves had moved with his poetic words perfectly, almost beckoning someone to their inevitable doom. When it came to the sea, it was often heartless. It took every prisoner it had, and did not discriminate. That was the type of person Ozias wanted to be.

The moment that she complimented his words, his eyes once more turned to her except this time he was carrying an expression that was clear upon his facial features. Complete shock. She thought that it was interesting. Those words could mean anything however Ozias took the meaning as literal, as they seemed to be neutral. Perhaps there was morbid thoughts within her brain as well. Ozias turned back toward the sea, before he murmured, "Was not so much a poem, but something that describes what I am, and also what the sea can be, a savior for some, and a bringer of death to another." Ozias' voice was very calm, and very soft like spider's silk. He did not mean to be this strange, but it was how he was. Normally he did not even talk to strangers, however this girl seemed to be different. He did not mind her company so much because she was not acting annoying. A couple of joggers on the beach ran by, but his ears could pick up on how they thought that the two people sitting together staring off into the sea was adorable. Ozias did not even seem fazed by it because it probably looked like they were a couple, and they probably looked adorable. However Ozias smirked lightly to himself, knowing that he himself is anything but adorable. He ignored what they were thinking and assuming before he drifted his thoughts back to the ocean, before he inquired, "Who are you?" The tone he was carrying was not too icy even though there was still ice in his tone. It was not something he could help though, and his expression was completely calm and collected. He wondered if she would actually tell him who she was, and he vaguely wondered if she was a mudblood. If she was, he would have to throw her into the hungry sea with the sharks. They did not need anymore mudbloods in the world. Ozias did not associate himself with those types of people, and he was going to continue doing so. It was just the way he was raised.

Amycus found it unusual but interesting to hear this stranger talk. He had a unique way with words that made her want to hear him talk again. Just to hear the way he worded things. It was different than the way most people around here spoke. He was different himself. They had just met and all but the way he was made him attractive. Amycus felt stupid though. She barely knew him. He barely knew her! It wasn't like she was crushing on him or anything. She just found his mannerisms attractive and different from what all other men men were like. But the way things were, she was likely never going to see him again once the game ended fully. He was going to go back to his country with his team and Amycus was going to remain here with her father and his team. So no matter how interesting he might be, things weren't going to progress much further. But he would remain as good company for awhile. It sure beat the hell out of having to sit in the lounge listening to the loud-mouthed players bickering about plays and whatnot. "So you're saying that you both save people, and kill people at the same time?" Amycus asked with a raised eyebrow. She was obviously a little but amused by his response to her. She didn't care if he killed people or not. If he wanted to take a life, fine, that was his choice. So long as he kept her and her loved ones alive she wouldn't but into his life and try to tell him what he was doing. He didn't look like a killer though. That was what stumped her the most. Didn't most killers at least look like they were capable of killing another person? Or was that kind of judgment a little bit too far? Amycus wondered what she looked like to him. Did she look like the sort of person that could kill another, or did she look too shy and delicate? The worst thing Amycus had ever killed was her pet turtle was she was eleven. Amycus didn't understand why some people went down a path of bloodshed while Amycus went down another path. But this didn't make Ozias any less human either. But he definitely wouldn't be an appropriate guy to being home to the family. At least not a normal family. Amycus breathed out and returned her eyes to the calm roaring ocean. It was really weird having someone else infiltrate her thinking spot. Especially someone her age. Not even her father had come here with her yet. So far it had just been her and the local sea critters that wondered onto the beach like crabs or hermit crabs. Normally as long as she left those creatures alone they left her alone. So she never had company. Ozias would be gone soon though and once again she would be here alone. Left to her thoughts about various topics. Mostly those revolving around her family and what a mess her mother and father were making with all of their lives. Amycus took this time to figure things out. It didn't always help but sometimes she was able to sort things out in her head. There was nothing to sort right now though.

When Ozias asked who she was, Amycus smirked and let her eyes shift over to him. He wanted to know who she was did he? Well that one was definitely a first. No one had ever asked who she was. Most didn't even care to try and get to know who she was. Chuckling Amycus brushed some of her hair out of her face. The wind started to pick up a little bit. "Maybe I shouldn't tell you. For one after tonight you and I will never see one another again so it's not like it matters if you know who I am or not. Second, why ruin the mystery?" Amycus asked softly as she smirked again. Basically she explained to him that she wasn't going to tell him about herself. There was no need. Plus it was a lot more fun remaining anonymous. Plus she kind of felt like it might be better of if she didn't tell him anything to begin with because she was nowhere near as interesting as he was. Amycus liked the ocean, seafood, pretty blue gems, and sunsets. That was about it. Noting else really mattered to her. Well there was her family but her family was pretty messed up to begin with. At least now that her parents were spending more time with one another than their actual spouses. Mylie didn't help either with her strangeness. So all in all, Amycus felt that it was better if she remained more of a mystery to Ozias.

Ozias slowly glanced at the girl, before he appeared to be remotely shocked. He did not know how she managed to take his words like that. Perhaps it was because she was much younger than he was. Ozias turned his eyes back to the sea, before he looked down at his hands, and stretching his long legs out in front of him. The sea seemed to be in a good mood, gently bringing music into the air. Ozias simply felt like sitting there until the nightfall came, and then going home once he watched the sun rise. He could stay right here on the beach for a long time. He felt at ease around the water. Ozias felt some sort of longing for the lake that was around his house however. Besides, he would have to return to Bulgaria at some point. He knew that he would have to return to the Zhefarovich Manor eventually. Perhaps he would label down this city as a good getaway. He just might. America was not of what he had imagined it to be, or how he was led on with. There were unhappy people here. After a few moments of silence, finally Ozias answered, "If you take my statement literal, perhaps. Some people, if they were killed, could save others from possible harm or save themselves from the harshness that reality brings." Ozias shrugged once more, fairly okay with saying what he said. What had him interested in this brunette next to him was the fact that he was saying these morbid things, and she was not running toward her parents or the authorities. In fact, it was making him question her own sanity, perhaps she was as detached from the world as he. She looked like a perfectly normal girl to him, when he recalled her appearance as he stared into the deep blue. He could not remember her eye color, but that was because he never paid attention to it. However to him, she seemed rather small. Perhaps like a seashell that needed gentle hands to care for it. Hands that Ozias believed he did not have. He looked down at the sand, before he picked up a single shell, one that was as big as a fingertip. He clinched it into his hand, before he crushed it, and dumped the shards onto the sand. Yes, the girl next to him was similar to that.

The young Seeker moved his black hair from his face that was still somewhat unclean with his own blood, now dried and caked to the side of his face. It was not like he minded his face being somewhat chilling. Ozias did not care of others, just of those that were somewhat near him. Even then, their minds were somewhat vague enough for him to see upon their faces. It was not hard to tell what his family were up to since he was being raised by them. He just hoped that he would make them proud one day. Ozias then wondered if he was making Azerail proud with his methods. All he would have to do is make him give in to the darkness, and only then would he see the truth. While looking at the girl, he could only guess that she was up to something, which made his expression harden. Her smirk still had him on edge. The wind messed with his hair, but Ozias gave up with trying to keep it fixed. There was no reason anymore. The moment that she told him that she was not going to tell him, because after tonight, they would never see each other again, so it would not matter. And it was some sort of game of mystery. Ozias said, in a monotone voice, "Never say never. I wouldn't know on ruining the mystery, because for one, you seem easy to read, and second, you are the daughter of that coach. Daughter of Keyne Baros, simply because you were in the locker room without one of those special passes so you had the right to be there. You make this sound more like a game, which reminds me of someone in school but no so much immature. So I assume, you are either about seventeen or are." If this girl was having fun, it was one-sided. Ozias hardly had fun, but he did not find this annoying either. He did not think that she would know his name either. Ozias also wanted to be sure that she was not a threat to him. It was always best to eliminate a threat now than wait until later. However, Keyne was no Auror, and she was not old enough to be one unless he managed to read her wrong. All these things he had figured, were naturally from what he was seeing. He was not exactly all-knowing or a seer, but he just calculated what made sense to him and went on from there.

Amycus didn't think he was impressed by her response to his statement, perhaps maybe that wasn't quite what he meant. If Amycus understood who he was better she might not have replied with such a stupid question. Now she was kind of embarrassed. "Sorry, that was kind of a stupid question to ask you." The teen commented as she brushed aside some of her brown hair and focused on the warm sand beneath her. Her fingers curled and took in a handful of it. Sand was such an odd substance. It felt smooth in handfuls but when there was less, it felt grainy and awkward. Sometimes Amycus thought she was like sand. Awkward and misunderstood. No one really paid attention to the sand unless they wanted to use it for something. No one really needed Amycus for anything but normally she was left alone until they did need something. At least she wasn't as socially awkward as her sister Mylie was. Amycus was willing to actually talk to people every once and awhile without being forced to. With Mylie it was a constant battle to even get her to speak. "You did save me after all, back there in the lounge. You're not planning on killing me are you?" Amycus asked with a raised eyebrow. She wasn't frightened. Not of him. It was hard for her to explain, but she didn't sense a threat coming from him. At least not to her she didn't. The man next to her seemed to be at peace right now. He may be dangerous, but Amycus figured he knew better than to go around killing the innocent like her. The question was though, who did he see as his enemy? Amycus could make at least one hundred assumptions based on what she saw, but whether she would be correct or not was unknown. Maybe he was a Death Eater? Or a serial killer. Both seemed likely. Maybe he was a modern day robin hood. He killed the rich and gave their riches to the poor. Amycus had no right to judge him, whether he killed or not. As long as he let her and the ones she cared about live, she had no reason to be against him. Amycus watched with powerful interest as he crushed it within his hands. for a minute she could only frown. Amycus believe that shells were a part of the ocean, and she could never hurt anything that came form something so beautiful. But it wasn't her place to say anything. The guy sat quietly next to her seemed to enjoy the ocean too, but she doubted that he loved it as much as she did. Amycus one day wanted to live on it. A boathouse maybe. If that didn't work out she would make due with just having a house next to it. One day though, she would be as close as she could to the ocean. No one would ever separate her from it.

"Hmph, says you. I don't think I'm that easy to read. Yes Keyne is my father, he's the only reason I ever pay attention to Quidditch. It doesn't really interest me. As for this being a game...no. I just don't really like telling people about myself is all. I'm unusual." Amycus admitted as she brought her knee's up to her chest and rested her chin on the top of them. She didn't mind if people thought she was strange. There was no use trying to pretend she was anyone different. What she did mind was the weird looks they gave her. Or the fact that she always had to explain things. Amycus hated explaining anything. She would rather just be around people that could sense these things, or already know. Like her love for the Ocean. How was she to explain what was so wonderful about it? How about, what was not wonderful about it? Amycus would rather not spend the night explaining to him about herself. If she was never going to see him again, and he found her annoying, then why bother. "I'll be seventeen in September. I'm going to assume that...your already older than seventeen? You just....you look it." He looked older. Not too much older, but enough He wasn't horrible looking either. But either way she knew he was older, and probably a lot stronger than she was. If he wanted to hurt her, than he probably could. Amycus didn't feel very cautious of him though. There was no way she could explain how or why though. She just sensed that he was not going to hurt her. Yes at least.

Ozias smirked lightly when she said that it was a stupid question to ask him. It did not occur to him that the question itself might have been lower intelligence. Perhaps it might have been now that he thought of it, but he didn't care. Ozias thought that the girl would keep her mouth shut. She did not seem the type that would blabber about what he was, and would not bother him with what he was either. He might have been a killer, but he didn't want the whole world to know about it. "You didn't know," said Ozias in a bored tone. He did not care what type of question it was, and the girl was merely curious. This peeked his interest. She was curious about him, that was something that he had found rather interesting. Ozias could see himself coming here more often just for the sake of this girl, perhaps corrupting her in a subtle way. She mentioned that he did save her in the lounge, and then asked if he was planning on killing her. Ozias turned his head and looked at her through his dark, stormy eyes, "That depends on you, doesn't it?" His words were vague, but it basically meant that it would all depend on her if he was planning on killing her. He had no plans to do anything to her. The only thing that he wanted to do was just sit here and enjoy the sounds of the ocean, the ultimate killer. At least, that was the way he thought of it in his mind. The ocean was a killer. It was better than the entire Zhefarovich family. It had taken out so many people, and he was amazed. Hundreds upon hundreds have died out in the sea, taken by the cruel waves, and the terrifying storms. He had read so much onto the ocean. He knew many creatures that lived out there, and many boats that had sank, including the infamous Titanic. Amazing on how many muggles were taken out by something so simple as an ice berg. It was something that he could chuckle at, even if it was a sigh of disrespect for the others that had perhaps lost some ancestors out on the large boat.

The seeker did not even notice that the girl was frowning because of the fact that he crushed the shell in his hand. Even if he did notice it, he probably would not have cared. There was nothing in the shell, just an empty home of some crab or whatever lived in those things. Once again, he looked over at the girl, and she admitted that Keyne was her father, and that Quidditch doesn't interest her. To be honest, he barely cared for it either. He just did it because he was bored, and he happened to be good at it. She even said that she didn't like telling people about herself because she thought that she was unusual. Ozias returned his eyes back to the ocean, "You don't like telling people about yourself, and yet, you sit here, talking normally to a possible killer. I would have to agree. You are unusual. However, it is somewhat something we have in common." Ozias paused for a moment, and he wondered why anyone would want to do something or be around anyone that liked Quidditch if one did not enjoy it themselves, unless they were like himself. Unusual. It was something that he took comfort in. He hated anything that was remotely normal. The last time that he had met with someone normal, he had showed them how cruel the water really can be. "You won't tell me your name, but you tell me your age. I am. I am twenty, and I turn twenty-one in September. So, I know quite a few things about you. You're the daughter of that coach, don't like Quidditch as much, are underage and love the ocean. I think that will do for now." Ozias thought that if he had ever wanted to see her again, then he would know how to reach her. That sounded as eerie as it probably was, and he figured that he would just let things by. There was something in her that drew in his interest. Ozias wondered what blood status she was, however he could find out if he did some research, if she continued to be this interesting girl that he figured her to be. Ozias did not have any reason to hurt her, and he did not have any reason to kill her. The girl had earned a place where she would remain, living for now.

Amycus thought that this boy was much kinder than she had expected him to be. He didn’t call her stupid for asking the question than she had. Amycus mentally thaked him for that. He was a lot nicer than the kids at school were. They were the reason that Amycus didn’t want to go to school when she was a kid. That is why Amycus is homeschooled while her sister and brother were in school. It wasn’t because she was she was special or anything, just that she didn’t respond well to people bullying her. ”Still. It wasn’t exactly the right thing to be asking you.” Amycus shrugged her shoulders. She got along with this boy in the last finve minutes better than she did most of the other kids she had met in her lifetime. It was weird. It seemed to work out well that he was not only quiet, but more serious. He took what she said with heart and didn’t use it against her. He was a lot more attractive than most boys she knew in Hawaii. California had potential. Then again, was this boy even from this Country? Probably not because his Quidditch team came from Bulgaria. Damn that just killed her mood. He was from another country! Of course she wouldn’t run into him again or anything. Amycus frowned. ”Sort of. But say you were in a bad mood one day or something. Don’t you think it would be a lot easier to lose control and want to kill someone? So it kind of depends on you too.” Amycus mentally slapped herself. Here she was, talking to a killer. About killing people. ’My parents would have a fit if only they could see me now.’ Amycus thought it was actually kind of fun in a way. Amycus had never really went out and did something she knew her parents would disapprove of. Normally she was a very well behaved girl. But there was just something about this boy. Something that told her, he could make her life interesting. Even if she was boring to him, he was someone she wanted to keep around. If only she could find some way to see him around after this. But there was no way. Amycus was not going to go to every damn Quidditch game her dad attended just in hopes that they played Bulgaria again. So there was no way that things were going to look in her favor over this. It was almost sad. But it was probably better off this way.

”I told you. I’m kind of weird. You seem a little unusual too but it fits you well. It makes you more interesting. At least…to me it does.” Amycus admitted as she began to wipe sand off of her knees. Being different wasn’t a bad thing at all. It just meant was able to stand out more than others. Put someone unsual in a crowd of people and they were always the ones that had the most beautiful auras to them. Amycus had to fight from laughing at what the guy told her too. Okay it was kind of odd that she wouldn’t tell him her name but she did her age. Honestly, Amycus had no idea why she did that either. Amycus was surprised that he was going to be turning twenty-one soon. Goodness he was much older than she was. Her father would have a fit if he knew where she was right now. That ended up making this so much more fun for her. Hopefully Keyne would not come looking for her either. If he saw this he would never let her outside again. ”I don’t know that much about you either. Except that you’re mysterious, almost twenty-one, a killer, and possibly from Bulgaria. I guess we’re even.” Amycus stated. Neither of them knew one another’s names. Which made this meeting all that much more interesting. If Amycus had been paying attention to the actual game instead of reading she might have caught his name. So it was really no fault but her own that she was clueless about who he was. Amycus thought she heard someone call her name in the background. Was that her dad? ”Uh-oh. I think my dad is headed this way.” Amycus stood up and dusted off her clothes. If her dad was coming then she had better hurry off before he saw her with Ozias. But she didn’t want to go back so soon. This was boy so interestiing, she wanted to know more about him. The frown on her face should have been obvious enough to the boy, that she didn’t exactly want to go. This was the longest time someone actually bothered to talk to her and stuff. It was nice.

The pure-blood seeker looked forward, looking and admiring the ocean. It was nice to sit here and be with in similar company as he, only that she seemed to be rather lighter than he was. Ozias did not see a big issue with that however. However he felt that this girl had a lot of potential. She could be a great Dark witch if one corrupted her enough. Ozias doubted that he would be the one to do it either. Ozias looked over at her before he said simply, "One cannot blame the curiosity that the human mind possesses." Ozias gave her a very soft smile, something that he didn't have so much. He barely showed it to anyone. It was a very rare, so the girl should be honored. He didn't know if she would know this, since she didn't even know him. He wondered what the girl was thinking, before he started to wonder more about her as well. Where did she live? How was it that someone like her just bumped into someone like him? Then again, he would have to educate her. Especially when it came down to serial killers and such. Ozias pointed out, "There is a misconception about most killers. While some do it on some instinct or purpose, others must be provoked. If I were in a bad mood, you wouldn't see me on the beach. You'd see me at my home. So, if I were to kill someone, I would either need to have a reason, a purpose such as Death Eaters against muggle-borns, or be it based on pure instinct. However those with instinct, I find, to be completely insane and not speak to anyone but the voices in their own mind. But I can always be wrong too." Ozias shrugged. He had done a fair bit of research on killers. Of course, most were within his own family that he did research on. Those that were Death Eaters had a purpose. The rest needed reasons. The ones that had the instinct to kill, well, they weren't alive anymore. They posed a threat to the family. Ozias knew quite a bit about killers and killing, which was strange since he played Quidditch like any other normal person. He had talent, and he was not going to waste it at all.

The darker silvery eyes looked over at the girl once more, and saw that she might have been giving him some interest. Perhaps she was gaining some attraction toward him but he could not be for sure. He shrugged, "It fits someone like you as well. I suppose that is what brought us together today." Ozias seemed perfectly at ease, and his eyes drifted toward the ocean once more. It was highly interesting. Being different from others seemed to be what held him together as well. He had nothing normal about him, except perhaps his looks when he had his eyes closed. Though when opened, he could look at someone, and they could get chills. The older pure-blood looked ahead and he started to wonder on what this girl's name was, because it was starting to drive him nuts. He didn't know if she knew his name, but it would probably help him with his own case. He had not told her his name either. So it was a mystery to them both of course. He kind of thought that it would have been fun if he had lived in this country since she had similar accents to those around here. Ozias looked over at her, when she stated what he was, which all were true. He gave a curt nod before he added, "From Bulgaria, and you also know that I play Seeker for Transylvania." She knew that much about him, and another fact would not really matter. She didn't know that much about him, and perhaps it may stay that way. She could not turn him in to the police or Aurors without a name. He looked back and he heard a name called in the background, but he couldn't follow the accent enough to see what name it was, or what was said. It must have been her name if she said that her dad might have been heading this way. Ozias slowly stood up when the girl did, before he flourished his wand and cleaned the sand off of his clothing, before he put his wand away. "I suppose I will let you run off to your dad. Maybe we will meet again." Ozias then turned and he started to walk down the beach, where he would need to spend some time to the beach for right now, before he would apparate back home. Then he would have to remember what place this was, so that he just might, apparate back here again.
