Ravenclaw Quidditch Drills Y51/S1

Maggie went after another bludger as it came within her reach, but she knicked it, and it just went off away from her target.

There weren't many snitches to be found so Lilith sort of began considering chasing down a bludger.

Maybe even a quaffle? That one doesn't require a bat...

Maggie wasn't having much luck with the bludgers if she was being honest, and it was starting to get to her. Why could she all of a sudden not aim?

Flying closer to Maggie Lilith glanced at her roommate and gave the other girl a smile. "At this point we should just switch roles, the snitch is MIA to a point where I might fall asleep." She joked, though would it really be a bad idea? Maybe it would have been funny too to switch roles like that, though then again she supposed maybe the extra practice would do her eyes some good with locating the snitch in her next game.

At least the weather was lovely.

Maggie stopped when Lilith paused to speak with her and laughed. "Yeah, well I'm not having much luck with the bludgers... good thing it's not a game, huh?" she said before seeing a bludger come their way. She whacked it towards a dummy and watched as it made contact. "Maybe our luck is about to change!" she called out to Lilith.

Lilith watched as Maggie got a hit in and was feeling a bit hopeful for hreself. "Hopefully and yeah thankfully it isn't a game." She said looking around, still finding the air as empty as before.

Maggie was glad she got a hit in and swerved through a couple hoops, weaving in and out of the next ones as she went after another bludger.

Not a whole lot appeared to be happening. But Julio kept searching anyway.

Lilith flew through some of the hoops just for the fun of it.

Julio hovered in place as he yawned, stretching out his arms above his head to loosen up.

Honestly Lilith would have been better just sitting down at the ground at this point.

Lilith kept looking for the snitch, but as it was becoming clearer and clearer it didn't want to be found right now she considered on just taking a break.

Lilith wondered how difficult it would be to do a handstand on the broom. She'd done a lot of handstands as a kid but not after she started at Hogwarts so it perhaps wouldn't be that good of an idea to try while flying.

Maggie was wondering how successful this drills practice was going to be for her. She swung her bat around a bit and then decided to fly through the hoops again.

Lilith continued her fruitless search just in case.

Was that the snitch? Lilith thought so, but as she got closer it became painfully obvious it wasn't.

Maggie had been zooming through hoops when a bludger came her way. She hit it towards one dummy but was still satisfied when it knicked one of the hoops and hit another target instead.
