Pixie was a fourth year, every year passed and she was pretty pleased with herself. She could admit her continuing problem with crowds was something she needed to address, and needed to try to figure out, but it wasn't the end of the world really...she just knew that it getting worse would absolutely be a bad thing. The hufflepuff just wasn't going to solve it on day one of the new semester, as the new first years and returning students were all rushing around trying to figure out what and who they would be friends with. Pixie always tried to seek out the quiet areas, and in doing so, she'd found one of the two spots dedicated to kids that had died. People weren't going to talk to her here surely. It certainly helped that it was lightly drizzling too. No one liked the cold or the wet or dead kids so she'd be fine.....She'd brought a book and her usual big yellow umbrella. She'd put down a water proof blanket and was enjoying the chill peace of the grounds, her flask of hot chocolate and the joy of just being away from everyone else.

Anna had always been a huge fan of being outside, no matter what was the weather, the weather didn't affect her desire to be outside and didn't affect her routine, she had to have her daily run and she had to keep herself in the form. And this day she had decided to take a bigger circle around the school and run down to the lakefront, stopping at Avie's rock because she saw a huge yellow thing behind it and because she was really out of breath. Anna slowly came closer and only a moment away from the person, she understood that the yellow thing was an umbrella. "Oh God, your umbrella scared me, I thought the eel jumped out of the lake," Anna lightly laughed as she held her stomach, while hard breathing. "What are you doing outside? It's raining," well, it wasn't quite raining yet but Anna didn't seem bothered by the fact.

Pixie wasn't alone for too long, she was sitting by herself under the umbrella when someone shouted. She looked out from under the umbrella and at the girl who she'd scared, though she hadn't actually done anything to cause that to happen. The girl didn't think it was that funny but the girl clearly did. She just held up her book to answer the question and then remembering that boy that had called her rude for not talking. "Reading," she said with a little shrug.

As Anna understood that the girl wasn't laughing, she stopped too and just focused on the girl's answer. "I hope your book has Impervius on it," Anna said before sitting down on her knees next to the girl. "What book is it?" she tried to have her talk more than one word.

Pixie frowned, since she didn't know what that spell was. Her book certainly wouldn't have it on it. Instead she just motioned to the umbrella, which provided the wind didn't change too much her book would remain protected underneath it. The girl was now sitting in front of her, in a position that Pixie knew would be sore on the knees and she just held up her book, which was a book on the properties of water based plants, "Herbology," she said by way of explanation though Pixie didn't think they would ever cover what she was reading, it was just the simplest explanation.
