Question about buying things

If we dont have time to RP something could we PM the store owner and buy the item from them like that kind of like mail order and we would pay the full price instead of being able to haggle.

I'm sure they would do that for you any way. I do a certain system called the FWS (Fast Wand Service). Where you just PM me your wand and it's price and I can make a transaction. Although if your looking for school supplies and your not wanting RP/haggle then you can leave it, as Gringotts automatically take out a transaction for all your school supplies, except for your wand, in which you must use any system provided at Ollivanders.
