Marley had been in Hogwarts for a bit now, and so far the new Hufflepuff was enjoying it so far. She was liking the classes she was taking so far and she was also enjoying her time with her friends and getting to know them. At the moment, one of her favourite classes at the moment had to be flying lessons. They were finally learning to fly on their brooms and Marley had been excited to do so. After that lesson, Marley knew she was wanting to try out for the team next year. She was eager to practise more on flying before trying to practise on the quidditch side of things.
Marley excitedly made her way towards the pitch, very eager to get in the air and just fly around for a while. The girl borrowed a broom from one of the broom closets and made her way to the pitch. It had been the early afternoon and the weather wasn't too bad. It was cloudy but there was some sunlight sweeping through and the air was okay. Marley stood on the edge of the pitch for a bit, broom in hand, as she looked around the pitch, taking it all in.
