Dominic was still dealing with his disappointment after the game against Beauxbatons, and hadn't really been up to throwing a party for the team until now. He also wanted to give Hope and the rest of the team time to rest up as well, or at least that was his excuse. He was starting to feel better but now he was just sad. His time playing quidditch was nearly over. After their practices next semester, it would all be over. He had come to enjoy being on the team and cared about it a lot more then he realized. There was also some pride in being a part of the first ever team at Ilvermorny that he would always have. Finally he straightened up the snacks and made sure everything was ready, knowing the team would be arriving in the student lounge any second. Dominic took a deep breath and prayed that this year they would get through the afternoon with out fighting.

Lucas was unsure about going to this party at all, but it would be the last one with Dominic in charge, and Lucas really liked Dominic. He hadn't noticed Einar on the way here, so he decided to brave the trip alone. He was a little relieved when no one else was here but the captain, and smiling shyly, shuffled over to where the captain stood. "Hi," He greeted softly. If Dominic left Adam in charge, Lucas would leave the team. He could play under Eli, if he had to, but Adam scared him too much.

Eli was in a sour mood, and wished Dominic would stop with these stupid events after they lost. The last thing Eli wanted was to hang out with his teammates after they had all lost a game. But Eli also didn't wnat to give Dominic any excuse to kick him off, or to know the others were talking about him behind his back. So he headed into the student lounge and found a comfortable chair in a corner, where he sat down with his arms crossed.

Hyun was not feeling all too great about the previous loss, especially since he still felt responsible for it. He had been the one who had failed to catch the snitch, after all. And he didn't feel quite right going to a party which just felt more like a pity party than anything else. But, he did have to remind himself that he was a member of the team and he should probably show up to something like this. So, there he was, a small smile on his face and hands shoved into his pockets as he wandered into the room. At least no one looked incredibly happy about any of this.

Adam did not want much to do with his teammates outside of the Quidditch field, but given that he was the Team Superstar™ he had to make an appearance. If only to point out where everyone else had gone wrong, and inspire them to try be almost as good as he was. "Well, well, well." He said loudly as he strutted into the room, making sure he announced his entrance. He had nothing to follow up with, leaving the ghost of an accusation after he finished speaking, his tone indicating that somehow, everyone else was at fault for something.

AJ knew it was normal to feel sad after losing a game, but he wished he didn't feel so guilty about it. He'd played bad games before, but he just hated that he hadn't been able to do a better job keeping Hope safe. It was pointless playing the blame game, especially with Adam doing a great job doing it for him already, but he couldn't help but feel if he'd been better at keeping bludgers away from Hope, she would have been able to catch the snitch. Sighing, AJ tried to put on a happy face, or at least a neutral face, for Dominic's sake, as he trudged into the room for their now standard loser's party. "Could have been worse?" He offered the room, though AJ wasn't sure how much worse. Grabbing a drink, if only to keep his hands busy, AJ glanced around the quiet room and then at the door, wondering if Hope would also be joining them. He hadn't gone to see her after the game and AJ felt like he needed to apologize.

Lucas bit his lip as the others started coming into the room. Ignoring Adam, Lucas slipped over to the new chaser and held out his hand shyly. "Hi," He greeted with a small smile. "I'm Lucas," He offered quietly, trying not to look too much at Adam.

All Hyun could offer when Adam practically strutted into the room was a scoff and a roll of his eyes. The fourth-year had already decided he didn't like their keeper very much, he was far too full of himself and probably needed that ego of his to be knocked down a couple of pegs. Everyone else on the team seemed alright, though. And when probably the quietest member of the team came over to him, Hyun just returned the smile as he took the offered hand and gave it a small shake, "Hyun. Nice to properly meet you, dude. I think I've seen you around in some classes. You're a fourth year too, yeah?"
@Lucas Ames

Lucas smiled shyly, trying to remember the name. He put his hands in his pockets and nodded. It wasn't often he tried talking without Einar, but he had done well enough with Aj and Dominic. Eli and Adam probably hated him but Lucas wasn't going to attempt to change that. "Yeah, Einar and I both are," he offered quietly, unthinkingly glancing to the door to see if the other boy had arrived yet. "You play really well," he offered shyly, looking back to Hyun.

Dominic felt himself relax a fraction as his team started to arrive. Part of him worried they would be so upset that no one would come. He took a deep breath when Adam arrived and had to try his hardest not to laugh or roll his eyes. At least they weren’t pointing fingers at each other quite yet, but he knew there was still plenty of time for that. Dominic smiled at AJ’s comment and nodded. “That’s very true.” he said. “Everyone did their absolute best and we should all feel proud about how we played.” he continued a little louder than normal, wanting everyone to hear the praise. He feared it would trigger Eli or Adam to go off on some kind of rant, but he didn’t want to worry about that right now. He wanted them to know that he really appreciated the effort the team put out there. “Glad everyone, or mostly everyone, could make it!” he said, turning to the rest of the team.

Zeke had just got back from his daily run, and had bypassed the showers to stop by the kitchens. He had to wait a minute more, but the house-elves in the kitchens had been kind enough to help him with his request so he couldn't complain. He chuckled, skipping in with his wand up and three pizzas floating over his head. "Pizzaaaaa!" he announced, bouncing past Adam in the door. He swished through the others, shifting his wand so the pizza landed on the table.

"We got meatzaaa, cheesaaaa, and pepperoni," He announced, bouncing in and twirling his wand in his fingers. "Sorry I'm late, cap," He greeted Dominic, falling into a nearby chair dramatically and stretching out. "My run ran a little longer than I expected, took a different turn." He laughed lightly, running a hand through his hair.
