Ummm WHAT IS A GOOD WAY TO "Lasso" a picture to get it into your signature??!?!:!?
PLEASE I use PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 8
 
Just use magnetic lasso and copy paste it to a diff layer...
To b honest, i dun really get ur Q :p
