William Holland William is Phoebe's father and she loves him. He's very playful and loves to spend time with all his daughters and encourages them to explore outside and have fun. He's the less strict parent, which is something Phoebe takes advantage of.	Claudia Holland Claudia is Phoebe's mother and she loves her very much. Like Rose, Phoebe is a bit closer to her dad but still really enjoys spending time with her mother.	Rose Holland Rose is Phoebe's older sister, and they are very close. Their small difference in age means they always played together and often pretended they were twins. Since Rose went to Hogwarts before Phoebe, their relationship has suffered a little, but they are still close.
Diana Holland Diana is Phoebe's younger sister. Phoebe and Diana clash the most out of all the sisters, and they don't tend to spend a lot of time together. Phoebe finds Diana's interests shallow, and Diana tends to tattle on Phoebe when she does something she's not supposed to.	Alice Holland Alice is the youngest Holland sister and Phoebe is protective of her. She adores Alice and loves to play with her.	Vincent Holland Vincent is Phoebe's uncle, she only sees him over the holidays because he lives in France. She thinks he's way too serious.
Camille Holland Camille is Phoebe's aunt, she doesn't see her very often because she lives in France. She thinks her job as an Astronomer is very interesting, though it's not exactly what she wants to do herself when she's older.	Grace Holland Grace is Phoebe's older cousin who she only sees over the holidays because she lives in France. Phoebe likes Grace, she's nice and funny. But she can be a spoilsport as well.	Violette Holland Violette is Phoebe's younger cousin, she's too young to really be of interest to Phoebe, though she thinks her younger cousin is pretty cute.

Veronica Willows Phoebe met Veronica on the train to Hogwarts, and the two instantly had a connection. Their shared interest in knowledge and inventing brings them very close together. Phoebe wants to show Veronica she's just as smart as she is.

Elizabeth 'Elly' Chatwin Phoebe met Elly in the holidays before going to school when they were both shopping for candy. She really likes Elly and was glad to be sorted in the same house as her. She sometimes feels a bit of a rivalry with the girl because they both do well in classes, especially Charms.	Oswald Brigham Oswald's father owns a store that Phoebe walked into and fell in love with. She had a fun chat with Oswald before buying a salamander skeleton from him. The two have fun together, and Phoebe thinks of him as a good friend.

Leila Walden Leila's sweet bubbly personality was something Phoebe really appreciated when the two of them met during one of her projects. She reminds Phoebe a little bit of her older sister Rose, and she really likes the girl.

Matt Rosemary Phoebe met Matt while they were both looking at the lake at Hogwarts and the two got along swimmingly. They later ran into each other in their second year in the kitchens.

Tomas Wode Phoebe met Tomas after meeting Veronica and was immediately jealous of the connection they had. She dismissed him at once as not being smart enough to join them, she let him know at once that she didn't like him. Though, Veronica is oblivious of this dislike. The two argue whenever they meet up without her around, and their dislike only grows stronger with each encounter.
