Shiloh twirled around in front of the lake.
She really did love it here, she felt so peaceful.
She looked over her shoulder at Kayden and laughed.
"Isn't it beautiful?" She asked.
She remembered the time that she and
some Ravenclaw had gone swimming in it.
She had really had a good time.
"I really love it here Kayden.
The water is really nice too"

She said laughing.

OOCOut of Character:
God, so sorry

Kayden kept his hands in his pockets and looked around the area as she pulled him down to the lake. It'd be the prefect spot to do some studying come exams, he realiazed once they arrived. "It is nice out here," he said in reply to Shiloh. Following her as she twirled in front of him he realized she never did tell him about her name. "Say, what's your full name? You do know both of mine, I think it only fair," he said slightly teasing her with a small smile on his face.

Shiloh looked at Kayden and pouted.
She had been hoping that he wouldn't ask.
Though it was only fair,
she still didn't want to tell him.
"Fine, you win, I'll tell you"
She said pouting yet again.
"My full name is actually,
Sarah Marie Denton"

She said frowning.
"And Karah Maria Denton,
is my twin sister"

She said relenting.
She walked over to him and put a hand either side of his head.
"You Cannot Tell Anyone"
She told him. She absolutely HATED being
called Sarah.
That was her Grandmothers name. Not hers.

Kayden smiled at her pouting it seemed such a Georgiana thing to do when she didn't get her way. "I won't promise. Not even Georgiana unless I'm allowed too," he stated in return. He moved down towards the lake and stuck his hand in to see what the temperature was. "It's quite warm for Spring, wouldn't you agree?" He asked glancing over his shoulder towards Shiloh.

Shiloh nodded as Kayden promised not to tell.
"You can tell her if she asks"
Shiloh said nodding as she walked over to join him.
As she stuck her hand in the water,
she was surprised to see that he was infact correct.
"It is actually quite warm isn't it.."
She added as she sat down on the edge of the water.
She so wanted to just jump in the water.
However, this time she hadn't brought her
swimmers so she couldn't.
She made a mental note to remember to bring them
with her for next time.
"Hey Kayden... Can I ask you a question?"
She asked as she looked over at him.
She wondered how he felt about the whole magic thing.
She didn't even know if he was a Pureblood or not.
She also wanted to know how he felt about,
being away from his siter all the time.

Kayden had the urge to puch her in when she joined him by the edge but decided against it. He turned to look at her thinking she was going to go on with the question when she didn't he realized she was waiting for him to answer that question. "Hmm?" Was his reply, he was intrigued to know what the question was and wondered if it had something to do with her sister who she kept bringing back tot heir conversation.

Shiloh smiled slightly at Kayden before she asked.
"How do you feel about magic?"
She asked.
Being herself a Muggle-born she had not grown up with it.
So when she had suddenly been thrown into
the magical world,
she found it hard to cope.
Even though it was slightly better now,
she still needed alot of time
to get used to everything.
She was sure she needed extra help in her classes.
As it was she nearly died in
Defence Against the Dark Arts class,
when they had to pair up and duel.
Either she nearly died,
or she almost murdered her partner.
Either/or it was that bad.

She then went on to ask her second question.
"And how do you feel about being away from your sister?"
She asked not sure if he would answer.
She was sure that if he asked her the same question,
she would start crying.
She really was not coping well with out her sister.

Kayden leaned back as he thought about the first question. Her second question just floated over him, since he wasn't sure if he should lay his problems right down on the first friend outside of his sister he gets. "Well, my mother is a witch. But we didn't know about magic till our nutty old grandmother told us about it. And we didn't believe her till we got our letters from school," he said shrugging his shoulders. He wondered if she wanted him to ask the same questions but decided again it already seeing the first signs of tears in her eyes as she thought about whatever she was thinking about. "What do you think of the school so far?" He questioned instead of repeating similar questions to what she asked him. He didn't bother replying to the one about his sister, he still felt like he needed her there, and not talking about her was the easist way for him to get rid of the pain.

Shiloh nodded at Kayden as she wiped away the tears.
Shiloh listened as he explained his heritage and laughed
slightly as he mentioned his "Nutty Old Grandmother".
She thought that was pretty funny.
She silently thanked him for not
repeating her questions back to her.
She also noticed that he had dodged her
second question.
Shiloh figured that he still missed her.
"Well, school is fine I guess,
Though I am convinced that I
will need extra lessons in
Defence Against the Dark Arts."

She still wasn't used to classes yet.
She was sometimes scared to use
her wand.

She often thought she was
going to kill someone if she used it.
Her friends would tell her that
she was being silly, but still'
she would feel scared.
"I hate Herbology,
I can't stand that class.
The Professor scares me.
Though Potions is fun...
what classes are you doing right now?"

She asked curiously.

Kayden listened to Shiloh talk about her classes, he was currently only taking two classes but he still felt left out since his classes were more on the outskirts of classes. "I'm in History of Magic, and Astronomy both with Ravenclaw," he said not having a opinion of either class. He shifted once again so he could lean his head on one of his knees. "Aren't you good in Defense Against the Dark Arts?" He questioned becuase of what she told him about needing extra classes.

Shiloh shrugged at his question.
"Well, its not so much that I'm bad at it,
Its more over that I don't understand."

She told him clarifying her words.
She was just as good as any other first
year she knew.
It was just that she
didn't understand the whole
concept of using magic
against others.
"I don't understand the
concept of using magic against others...
you know, like using Stupefy to stun some-one."

She told him.
"We were using it in class earlier and I sort of panicked.
I was like, Woah, what is going on."

She added shrugging.

Shiloh also didn't think it was very smart
to have young children throwing spells at each other.
Even if it was under supervision of a Professor.
Mind you he was quite a young Professor.
"I just don't really get the whole 'Magic' thing"
She finished looking out over the water.

Kayden nodded thoughtfully. "I always wodner why I'm in Astronomy, I missed the first three lessons and the forth one all we did was learn about the sun. It's completely boring," he said looking down at the water. Kayden moved his eyes so he could see Shiloh through the hair that hung in his face. "I miss her," he stated quietly, answering her question about his sister from eariler.

Shiloh nodded as Kayden mentioned
that Astronomy was infact boring.
She made a mental note to
steer clear of it.
She was never into the solar system
or things like that anyway.
"I don't really care much for the
Solar System anyway..."

She mentioned as she looked at
him as he looked at her and
stated that he missed his sister.
Shiloh had the unresistable urge to
hug him. So she did. She hugged him.
"Its ok Kayden. im sure she misses you too.
Infact when we were talking she told me
that she missed you."

She said still hugging him.
She was glad that Kayden had deemed her
good enough to admitt his feelings too.
So she decided that she would no longer bring it up.
So she changed the subject.
"mmm, and what do you think of the
Professors?"
She asked.
She then realised that she was still huging
him and let go smiling at him.

Kayden almost laughed when she agreed that Solar System was lame. He was excited about seeing the galaxies how ever so he didn't. Kayden was surpised when Shiloh hugged him, the last hug he had gotten from someone outside of the family was from one of his grandmothers nutty friends. He gently patted her back unsure of himself and where he fit into the hug. He waited until her hugging stopped before he answered her, halfly because he was still in shock from being hugged and also because he had a feeling that he didn't want to hug to end soon. "They, uhm. Thanks. The Professors seem nice, the History of Magic teacher took us over t America, and I was only 8 hours from home, I was tempted to skip out on the trip and go for a visit but I didn't," he said knowing he never would have made a good warrior in the old times for his lack of Bravery.

Shiloh laughed slightly as Kayden told her
that he was tempted to skip out on the
trip to return home. she could understand
that feeling. she was almost positive that
if she was only a few hours from home she
would try and return to her house so
as to see her sister. she sat back down
on the bank and hugged her legs up to
her cheast. even though she was wearing
her cloak she was still alittle chilly. she hadn't
noticed the temperature when she has run out
her previously. now she thought herself a fool
for not checking. she sighed at her stupidity.
she then proceeded to answer the same question.
even though he had not asked it of her. "in my opinion
my professors are ok. my defence against the dark arts
professor, riley smith, is a little young in my opinion,
and the opinion of a few others aswell, but otherwise
i do think he is capable. my potions professor takuya
blaze, is very patient with us. he is also a fair professor.
then there is professor kalif styx. now he freaks me out.
he's just so scary. and the way he just lets off a dark aura.
i really dont like him. neither does my friend grace. she thinks
that he shouldnt even be a professor because he scares
students."
shiloh told him as she rested her head on her
knees. "i think i would do the same as you honestly. if i
was that close to my home. im sure that i would have tried
to get home aswell. though i probably would have actually
gone for it, considering i have trouble restraining myself sometimes.
"

Shiloh sighed again and put her head on her knees. She
was unsure as to what exactly she wanted from
this interaction. She shrugged. "Professor Smith,
agreed to allow me to attend extra lessons."
She mummbled openly. She didn't have much else
to say right now.

"Extra lessons, that's nice. It'll help you get farther ahead!" He said looking over at her. He smiled and then looked out at the lake. "Do you want to go in? Swimming with all your clothes is hard but it's fun, just don't wear your shoes," he said laughing at a memory of some kid trying to swim with shoes on, the kid didn't go very far even when he kicked as hard as he could.

Shiloh smiled at Kayden as he asked
if she wanted to go in the water.
Was he serious, of course she wanted
to go in. But with all her clothes on?
They would get wet.
Did she want them to get wet?
She shrugged and kicked off her
shoes, looking over at Kayden.
She took off her jacket and stepped
closer to the water.
"Come on, it'll be heaps fun" she
said smiling. She walked out until the
water reached her navel and stopped,
turning back to watch Kayden.
He had offered, but would her join her?
She hoped so, she wanted to either splash him,
or dunk him in the water. More fun for her.
Not necessarily for him, but who needed him
to have fun anyway? This was for her
entertainment.

Kayden lightly smiled as Shiloh waded out into the water. He pulled off his shoes and socks, along with his cloak. He began walking out towards her then pretended to fall over and began swimming under the water over towards her. The slightly murky water gave him enough coverage not to be seen but not to block his own sight. Taking a hold of her knees he shook her legs alittle trying to freak her out. He popped back up to surface laughing from his little prank.

Shiloh looked around to see Kayden.
He suddenly fell and she started to laugh.
She wasn't sure what he was doing and
she hadn't seen him in atleast thirty seconds.
She started to get worried.
Thats when something suddenly made
her fall over. She stood back up and looked
at Kayden. "kayden!!!" she complained
as she splashed him lightly.
Not that it really mattered considering
he was already wet from the lake.
She walked up to stand infront of
him before she attempted to dunk him
under the water. If he was going to
make her fall over, she was going to
dunk him. More fun for her right.

Kayden laughed even harder at her reaction, moving over to dogde her counter attack. He swam around and aroudn her trying to avoid her dunking him. "kayden!" He shouted imitating Shiloh's voice as he swam from her.

Ok my old format is getting annoying now :p

SHiloh pouted as he started to mock her. He was being such a butt head, and she didn't like it. She rolled her eyes. "Kayden, Your a butt head!" She accused as she swam after him. Though she did have to admitt she was having alot of fun. Though to be honest it was getting quite late, and she was starting to get tired. She figured that they should probably leave now, head for the Great hall for dinner maybe. They might even see Georgie there? She stood up. "Hey Kayden. Wanna head to the Great Hall for Dinner, I'm pretty hungry."

OOCOut of Character:
If you agree we can start a thread in the Great Hall, Im running out of Ideas for this one xD

Kayden laughed as she seemed to give up and offer dinner. However his stomach agreed with her with a grumble. "Yeah alright, but I guess we had both better go and get some dry clothes, good thing Hufflepuff is closer to the ground!"[/color] He said laughing as he swan back towards the shore.

Shiloh smiled when Kayden agreed. But she couldn't be bothered to get dry. They would be semi dry by the time they got there anyway. "Pfft, I'm just going to chuck on my shoes and run there, we will get there quicker and we'll be semi dry anyway. Besides I'm to hungry!" She said as she walked over to her shoes.
