Tempest never would have thought she would be the one promoting a study session, but as the second semester started and OWLs drew near, she worried that studying by herself wasn't going to be enough. What if she had missed notes or didn't catch everything she needed from the fourth year? She didn't want to fail out of school or not have as many classes moving forward. Sure, she still wasn't sure what she wanted to do, but it didn't mean she could slack off.

The Slytherin had found an area near the back, and after shooing away some second years, she threw some packaged snacks on the table and plopped herself in a chair, opening up her notes for Potions as she tried to not mix up ingredients and potentially embarass herself by blowing things up during exams.

Alicia had known the OWLs were a serious big deal, but she hadn't really felt the pressure until the second semester. So when she saw a girl from Slytherin was doing a study session, she figured it wa sa good way to make some friends and get some studying done in one go. She headed over to the library and saw a girl sitting with some snacks. She approached. "Hi Tempest, can I join?" She asked, recognizing the girl from her classes this year and the spin the bottle game.

Tempest looked up to see Alicia and nodded. "Sure," she replied, moving a book out of the girl's way. She was surprised anyone had showed up and tried to think of something nice to say. "Umm, thanks for coming," she said with a questioning tone. Was that the appropriate thing to say. She barely knew the Gryffindor, but maybe they were struggling on the same things. Or maybe Alicia was one of those super smart Gryffindors and didn't really need to study.

Alicia sat down and smiled as Tempest moved a book for her. She shrugged. "I figured it was smart to come, this is a pretty good idea." She said honestly. "Last semester the exams kind of snuck up on me, so it's good to be prepared." She pulled her hair back in a ponytail. "Do you think others will join?"

Tempest looked around and was surprised that no one else wanted to study. However, Alicia was at least not annoying, and the Slytherin listened as she explained her conundrum with their exams. "I'm not sure if anyone else will come, but I, well, I just am not doing too well with some of these charms that might be on the OWLS. And it's not because I'm not smart or talented," she assured the Gryffindor, fearful that anyone might assume that because she couldn't fully extinguish the fire she'd had no problem setting. "I think I just need to focus. But are you wanting to work on something specific?"
