Out and about.

Sam was walking down towards the lake, she had decided to go out because it was such a sunny day and she felt like some fresh air. She hadn't been out much and was still amazed at the sight of the castle behind her and the vast water ahead of her. She was finding it hard as everything in this world was new to her and she hadn't made any friends yet, which was slightly surprising as she had found it easy to make friends before in the muggle world. She was unsure why but felt more self conscious and shy starting here perhaps because she knew no one or because she knew nothing about anything people seemed to chat about.

She found a nice spot right by the lake and sat for a minute watching the water glitter in the sunlight and the reflection of birds as they flew over head. She through a stone into the water from where she sat and watched the ripples move towards the edge before they disappeared when they reached it. After this she just sat soaking up the suns rays as they beat against her skin, she leaned up against a rock and sat like this following a bird as it moved across the lake.

Roze walked out to the lake after class. It was a good place to hang out and relax.

It was a beautiful day, so there were students all over the place. She made her way to the least crowded area and sat down near another girl who was leaning against a rock. Roze was quiet, lost in her own thoughts for a while, before she really noticed the girl next to her. Roze was feeling cheerful and friendly, so she decided to talkt to the girl.

"Hi," Roze said with a warm smile. She adjusted so that her body was angled towards the other girl.
