It is now or never, its pay back time for Lexi. She had send an owl to Summers to met her here at the entrance hall. "He should come or else, i'll torment his friends." Lexi said quietly under her breath. She waited, weighting her body into her other foot and hands on her waist where Lexi's wand always is.

[Aeon Summers]

Aeon was unsure about going to meet Lexi in the Entrance Hall after he had received the owl from her. He paced across his dorm, reading the letter over and over again before finally deciding what to do. He picked up his wand and hide it under his sleeve, then took some instant darkness powder and wrapped it up in a cloth incase he needed to escape. He knew that if he did use it, it would be hard to find his way out because no light worked, but it was worth a try. Finally, he opened the door to his dorm and made his way to the Entrance Hall to face Lexi.

After a few minutes, he arrived at the Entrance Hall and saw Lexi there, waiting for him. "Hello Rodriguez. What is it that you want?" He asked as he swiftly made his way up to her, though made sure to keep his distance.

 

[Lexi Rodriguez]

After a minutes of waiting Summers came, Lexi slowly straighten her posture and raised an eyebrow. "I said the other day, that i'll get you. Then this is it, after i finished you next will be Lisa." She said simply, slowly walking toward Aeon.

"Say your prayers, Summers." she whispered when she was enough to be heard by Aeon, Then slowly she caught her wand at her back and pointed it fast at Aeon, saying "Stupefy." and a red spark emerged from the tip of her wand.

Aeon didn't pay much attention to what Lexi was saying, only to what she was doing. He had expected her to try stun him..again. But he was ready. The second she went to aim her wand at Aeon, he let his own slide out from his sleeve and quickly held it up. "Protego!" He shouted, sending out a magical shield to block her spell. "You never give up do you? So how was your detention?" He asked, smirking at her. He wasn't going to attack her yet. If they got caught she'd get the blame and probably another detention.

 

[Lexi Rodriguez]

Aeon was rather fast and shielded himself, "Well, the detention was great. Thanks to you and your friends, i was deducted 16 points." She shouted not thinking they could be heard at the great hall. Lexi was thinking another attack that she could do but in the mean time, she had to think.

 

[Aeon Summers]

Aeon grinned widely at Lexi when he heard about her losing points. "Well you deserved that. Shouldn't have started a food fight or try to stun me infront of a professor. That was a stupid thing to do really." He said. He was really enjoying this, and was surprised she hadn't tried to stun him again. "By the way, what's with the stupefying all the time? Is that the only spell you know?" He continued, his grin widened. This was proving to be fun.

"yah, very stupid, i think." Lexi walked around Aeon still holding her wand, twirling it. "And i think your stupid too." She said when she was at his back, pointed her wand at Aeon and said, "Petrificus Totalus." Lexi smirk at the spell she provided.

 

[Aeon Summers]

Aeon watched Lexi walk around him, making sure to still maintain a good distance. "I'm not stupid-" He began to say, but when he noticed her point her wand at him again, he quickly spun out of the way, just dodging the spell. He sent himself upright again and glared at her. "You should really stop while you can." He said with a sigh.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus wasn't far from Lexi, he had a feeling she'd be up to no good, and when he heard the commotion coming from the Entrance hall he hurriedly walked to it to find Aeon and Lexi wands Drawn. "Well... Well... Well..." He groaned looking at the two of them, "You do not learn Miss Rodriguez do you..." He hissed at her holding his hand above his wand.

 

[Lexi Rodriguez]

"I am not going to stop until i saw you at the hospital wing." Lexi blabber out. She just turned when she heard a familiar voice, it was Professor Firn, "Professor, how nice to met you here." Lexi said in her girly tone. "I guess another detention?...I think not." Lexi secretly pointed her wand at the Professor and muttered, "Stupefy."

 

[Aeon Summers]

Aeon looked away from Lexi to the see the Professor there. "You always manage to show up at the right time." He said, looking back at Lexi and seeing a spell go from her wand, but it wasn't aimed at him, it was heading for the professor. "Professor look out!" He shouted, sending his own wand at Lexi. "Petrificus Totalus!" He shouted, sending the spell out of his wand and at Rodriguez.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus listened in to Lexi as she spoke arrogantly and then fired a spell at him, he heard Aeon's warning but he had expected something of the sort from a girl like her, He stepped out of the way, before flicking his hand at Lexi and cast a non-vocal and wandless Protego over her, causing the blast from Aeons wand to hit a wall. Remus then advanced toward Lexi and as he went Non-vocally and wandlessly cast Accio Wand, at Lexi's wand as it beamed down toward it, casting it over to Remus. Remus paused looking at the two of them, "Thats Quite enough..."

 

[Lexi Rodriguez]

Lexi heard Aeon cast a spell toward her but Professor Firn blocked it with his own wand. Then Professor Firn summon her wand toward him, "That's my wand, Professor." Lexi argue with it.

 

[Aeon Summers]

Aeon put his wand back into his pocket and smiled at Lexi. "So now what sir? I don't think 'attacking a professor.' is something that wouldn't go unpunished, obviously that first detention didn't do much." He said. He secretly hoped she'd get into more trouble than before, though he didn't know if she'd stop until he and the others were harmed.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus didn't care what Lexi had said about her wand, he cast it into his pocket and looked over at Aeon, "Neither of you should be fighting here no matter who started it.." Remus said looking at them before he fixed his gaze on Lexi, "I told you not to let me catch you doing anything like this again..." He hissed before continuing, "Due to the involvement of a Gryffindor ten points will be taken from them, and a further fifty from Slytherin, or..." He paused looking to both of them, "To avoid the deduction of the fifty i report this to your Head Of House and let him deal with you..." He said toward Lexi, before turning back to Aeon, "You shall not be prosecuted to this extant and i may not even remove points due to the fact it was self defense." He stated after thinking it through.

 

[Lexi Rodriguez]

Lexi's eyes grew, "No, Professor not my head of house, please." She beg, this should not happen not on her head of house. Professor Manteia will be so disappointed, Slytherin will now lose another house cup. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, "Please professor, i'll do anything just don't say this to my head of house."

 

[Aeon Summers]

Aeon was shocked when he heard that due to his involvement that points would be taken from his house. What the heck? I didn't want to start this and I don't think she would have let me leave. He said in his head, but before he could say it out loud he heard the points may not be taken because of self defence. Oh well duh. He thought, but when he saw Lexi so wide-eyed and begging, he nearly laughed.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus' gaze was fixed on Lexi, "I have given you one chance... You abused it..." He said looking at her as he made sure the wand was firm in his pocket, "You wont be getting this back until your Head of House gives you a good Speaking to..." He groaned looking at Lexi, before he looked back at Aeon, "What exactly did occur here, did she just attack you as you were off to see a friend or something of the sort?" Questioned Remus who was seeking answers from the current situation.

 

[Aeon Summers]

"Well sir, I got a letter from Lexi saying she wanted to meet me here." Aeon said, taking out the letter from his pocket and handing it to the professor. "I had a feeling she'd want to get me so I brought my wand along just incase, then she tried to stun me but I was able to block it, then she tried again and I dodged it, then you showed up. I didn't want to use an offensive magic because I didn't want to get in trouble, but when she tried to attack you it was just a little out of hand so I tried to petrify her to stop her." He continued, taking in a breath and trying to think of anything he might've missed.

 

[Remus Firn]

Remus listened in close to what Aeon had to say as he nodded in thanks and took the letter looking at it, he could tell it was Lexi's writing as he had seen it in his Transfiguration class. "Right Aeon, i understand your perspective, no points from Gryffindor..." He said before looking over at Lexi, "On the other hand Miss Rodriguez, I Will be talking to your Head of House Perhaps?" He questioned in a some what threatening tone.

Lexi looked at Aeon her breath was making noises now, she want to strangle Aeon for this. "Why it would be always me?" She asked turning her gaze at Professor Firn. "Then i shall not participate in any of the lesson in transfiguration then." Lexi threatened the Professor.
