Markov leant against Riah against the wall and kissed her roughly. This was their first official date but they had been seeing each other for a while. About two weeks, that was a long time for Markov since he and Shaylah had ended. The two weeks had started the day after he had seen his ex last but he wasn't thinking about that now.

Moriah Knight reminded him of Shaylah slightly but a more people friendly version. She had the ability to have fun, proper fun that didn't revolve around bullying, but she also enjoyed torturing people. The thing he liked most, however, was she knew when to stop. He found Shaylah's rage often left her without control.

Markov put his hand up her top, on her back, and pushed her further against the wall. He pushed all thoughts of Shaylah away and focused on the gorgeous girl in front of him, well, wrapped around him.

Moriah grinned into the snog and pulled him even closer, if that was possible. Almost everyone knew that he still liked his ex but he was fun to hang out with and, for as long as he was trying to deny it, they were fine dating or whatever it was they were doing.

Moriah pulled away from him for a second. Not many people had managed to leave her breathless, literally in this case, but Markov always managed it. She looked up at him and giggled. "You have lipstick all over your face babe." She bit her lip in a cute way and ran her thumb over his lips to get rid of it. Riah leant forward and kissed him again. It quickly became passionate again and she soon had one leg wrapped around his waist, ignoring the fact one of her shoes had fallen off.

Shay hadn't been to Brightstone since she had seen Markov here. She had only come now because she needed to get shopping done before the January sales finished. She had her house elf, Nim, carrying all her bags. He wasn't far behind her when she stopped in her tracks so the hurrying elf almost ran into her.

Shay's heart was beating twice the speed it had been. She hated what she could see. Markov was with another girl and they were clearly having a lot of fun. She saw the girl's shoe fall off and took her opportunity. "Come on Nim." She hurried the elf along as she walked past the two, pulling her wand out. She watched as the shoe burst into flames at their feet then carried on walking. "Get a room, creep." She didn't care who the girl was. She didn't want to know. She just wanted to annoy them and stop their fun.

Moriah saw the burning out of the corner of her eye and immediately pushed Markov off her, one foot against the wall because of the lack of shoe. "B!tch!Do you know how much they cost?" She could always buy more, Gareth didn't really limit her spending funds, but it was the principle of the thing. "Then again, looking at you I'd say this is the closest you'd get to something that expensive." She was riled up, ready to kick this girls arse with her bare hands, when she felt a hand on her arm. Markov wanted her to stop but she didn't know why.

Markov was confused when the warm body suddenly disappeared but it made sense when he heard a voice, her voice. He held Moriah's arm, she didn't need to get involved in this and, to be honest, he wasn't sure who would win a fight between them.

"Really Shaylah? You're just that jealous you burnt my girlfriends footwear?" Markov hadn't referred to her as his girlfriend before but this was a good a time as any. He turned to the brunette and smiled at her. Moriah always knew when to play along and what to say. "You want me to buy you some new ones?" He hadn't ever bought Shaylah something expensive for the entire time they had gone out and, he hoped, it would make her jealous.

Shay laughed "I'm not jealous. I just prefer to do my shopping without seeing you two eating each other's faces." She saw the way Markov was holding the girl back from a fight and had to smirk. "See. That's what he starts to do once you go out with him. He becomes a controlling b@st@rd and expects you to do exactly what he says when he says it. Believe me, you'll get fed up of it after a while." Shay had hated how Markov had tried to control her but that was behind her now. She just didn't understand why other girls didn't split up with guys before it went too far. They all acted like it was their only option.

Moriah laughed at the girls attempt to turn her against Markov. "Well if he starts doing that I'll be sure to finish it but for now he's just stopping me exploding. Since I am happy he did, I'll stay with him for now." She understood the girls behaviour, and Markovs. This was the ex.

"Oh babe it's okay, I'm sure I can buy my own. Thanks for the offer though." Moriah smiled and, just to annoy this rude brat, grabbed him by the collar and kissed him again. "Oh, my lipstick's smudged again." She slowly ran her thumb over his mouth and giggled.

Markov laughed at his ex's failure to annoy his girl. He smiled when she kissed his and lightly nipped her thumb as it brushed over his lips. He then turned to the shorter girl and smirked. "Then perhaps you should keep walking because we aren't going to stop for you."

Markov took Moriah by the waist, making her give a squeal of surprise and happiness, and resumed kissing her. His hands slid up her shirt back to their original position as he moved her against the wall again. He felt the girl smile into the kiss and respond just as happily as before the interruption.

Shaylah thought the girl was pathetic and childish, even by her standards. She really couldn't see why Markov liked her except for the fact she was rich. Other than that she was just a sl*t that he had probably picked up off the street. Or at least she might as well be.
Shay smirked. "Ok. I will." When they started kissing again, Shay lifted her wand and set fire to the back of her skirt. "Nim, walk." She walked beside the elf as they went along the cobbled street, looking into the windows of the shops she past. She was definitely going to carry on her shopping now that she'd finished with them.

Markov ignored the patheticness of Shaylah's actions and, without stopping the kiss, he simply ripped the skirt off of Moriah and, magically of course, sent it to follow Shaylah wherever she went. He then apparated them back to school where Moriah could get new clothes. He should've remembered that, unlike Moriah, Shaylah had no bounderies.
