A note from the Admin (read first):
Thorine stood at the beginning of the Obsidian Harbour entrance she was flanked on all sides by her DE brethren. She had recently returned from England where she had buried one of the most formidable of the Old School DE members, her grandfather Antonin Dolohov. They were here now as a mark of respect to the old man, the great man who had fought in both great wizarding wars. He had spent the remainder of his life in Azkaban, withering away in body and spirit. Thorine wore her DE mask though she would have rather have revealed her face but this way the paltry humans, the lower wizards and witches would know who was walking amongst them and fear them. She lifted the hood of her long black robe which had been recently hemmed with the Dolohov family crest and motto - Loyalty until Death. She had returned and gone directly to Julian Faulkner, asking for some mark of respect for her grandfather and this was it. They would march on Obsidian Harbour with the Dark Mark overhead and Morgana help those who got in their way.
She looked first to her left and nodded her head, she then turned to her right and nodded once more. Outstretching her hand she pointed her wand to the dark mark and uttered the incantation to summon the Dark mark in the sky overhead. She looked up and saluted with her wand.
"For the life and death of Antonin Dolohov" she said clearly and loudly, an echoing exalted shout of 'Dolohov' rang out up and down the line of Death Eaters. She was proud to walk amongst them, she had not expected so many to show up and was grateful, yes grateful that they had come to pay their respects to her grandfather. Once the mark was floating above them and they had saluted her grandfather she took the first step and in unison they all followed behind her. A synchronised rabble of deadly destructive wizards....
This is a major plot. As such, you must PM an Admin for permission to join (whether you're a Death Eater or not). Permission will be granted in most, if not all, cases but you must request permission to be given your role in this plot!
That having been said there were rules outlined for this plot to even take place, they are as follows:

If you don't adhere to the above/deviate from it all without getting permission from the Admins to do so, your post will be removed and the plot will continue without your character being a part of it.1-Nobody gets hurt.
2-Death Eaters cannot wreak havoc upon the town, it's a mournful assembly - not a vengeful one.
3-No students would be there and therefore they should not RP that they are.
4-Fair bit of Ministry buzz afterward
