"My mom has no sisters!" Eden grinned, oblivious to her own mistake. "I have three sisters," she held up three fingers, before letting go of Aelin's hand and raising that one too. "And two brothers. No wait, three brothers." Honestly, it was easy to forget James. "My mom didn't name my sisters though, that was my other mom," things were beginning to get a little confusing.

Her dad wasn't here, he was at the other Hogwarts? Or had been to Hogwarts as a kid? "My daddy went to Livermoney!" The 4-year-old yelled out, needing it be known her father had not gone to Hogwarts. Her mouth fell open TWO MOMS? How many did one need and why did she have none? "But- You have two moms? I don't have any? Was I not worthy of mom or is my dad both my mom and dad? Should I call him momdad now? I wand my momdad, why don't I have a mom and you have two?" That was unfair, she had seen a movie where a baby was brought by a bird, maybe her mom had got lost in flight. Yes that must be it.

As Aelin screamed about the school her dad went to, Olive took an apprehensive step backward. Livvy also technically had two dads, but she wasn't about to say so. "Is this your first day?" she asked the girls, who were clearly very lost right now.

Eden had sort of heard about Livermorney because that was the school that they lived near. Mommy often travelled around though, so that meant that Eden could come here while she was at work. "I don't have two moms," Eden did her best to explain in a way any four year old could. "There was old mommy who was there with Bailey and Veronica and Millie and Lumos and Nox, and then there is new mommy who is here now." Eden had never met old mommy, but she thought she would have been nice. "Yes," she nodded to the older girl.

Aelin stared at the two girls, very confused. She had old mommy and new mommy, Olive probably had a mommy too, Aelin had no mommy. Maybe her mommy got lost and ended up being busy being Eden's old mommy. "Oh," was all she could muster.

When Livvy was sad, daddy would normally play a game with her, and she wondered what she could do to make the girls feel better about not being able to find their own parents. "Do you have any money?" she asked them, her own pockets of her dress empty.

Things at this school was weird, and Eden wasn't really sure what to think about it. When the older girl Livvy asked if they had any money, Eden thought for a moment. Mommy and daddy usually had money on a little card, but the blonde didn't have her own card. "When we find daddy I can ask him for his magic card?" she suggested, wondering what the girl wanted to do with it.

Money? Were they supposed to bring that here too. Aelin just shook her head, there was so much going on but no mommy or daddy in sight. "My daddy has money too, but I think he left me here now." Had daddy left her, surely not he'd come back eventually, he had to. It was Him and her always had been so he wouldn't leave her she was sure of it.

"Your dad will pick you up after school," Livvy smiled to the brunette who seemed to be a little dismayed that she couldn't find her dad. "Hogwarts is a school you stay at and sleep in, but at this school your dad or mom will come and get you in the afternoon when it's finished." Neither of the girls had any money, so she couldn't even distract them with a little bit of a game.

Eden blinked between her new friends. "When do we find our house?" ALL her siblings had their own houses. She wanted one too. It was a shame there was no rabbit house with a pink robe, but she still wanted to know what her house was.

Aelin stared at the brunette girl, so daddy would come get her. He had not abandoned her that was good. "House? My house is the same as my daddy's. It's not at the school though." Was the school going to give her a new house? But she didn't need a house.... She had one with her dad.

Livvy knew these girls were new, but did they really know so little? "This is not Hogwarts!" she was started to get a little impatient now. "Your house that you live in you go home to. Your house for Hogwarts you have at the other school." Her mum and dad had their houses so she knew what Eden meant, but it was hard to explain.

Had Eden been lied to? Why wasn't this Hogwarts and why couldn't she be in a house with Lumos? "How do we get to Hogwarts?" she asked, not knowing the way to the other section of the school. Eden went to sit on the bench that Livvy had come from, sad that she wasn't in the same place as her older brothers and sisters.

So this wasn't Hogwarts.... Was that where her daddy was and was that why he wasn't here? Standing in place Aelin took a look at both of the girls before smiling. "Well if we are here for the day, do you want to play with me? Should be more fun that looking around for our daddies and mommies that won't be here until the end of the day." Yes maybe it would all be fine, Eden looked a little sad so Aelin walked to her. "We can draw cakes or foxes." She suggested, circling back to their liked things and names.

Olive shrugged, "I don't know," it was true, the brunette just took each day as it came and one day when she was ready to go to Hogwarts, someone would probably take her. "I need to go and find my sisters, bye." She quickly left the girls alone, hoping they weren't going to ask her any more questions.

As Aelin came over toward Eden she smiled at her newest friend. The other girl seemed to leave them but that was okay because she had Aelin. "We can draw a fox cake!" she grinned, looking around the room for some crayons. "Do you like orange?" she asked, thinking of what the girl was holding earlier, "The colour but not the fruit." She already knew she liked the fruit.

Aelin smiled at the idea, Eden was her friend. They were going to be fine, daddy and mommy would get them later but for now they'd be fine together. "I like orange, I think. It's nice, I like foxes and they are orange." Yes she liked the colour. Aelin walked and brought some crayons to the table with paper, ready to get to drawing.

Following after her friend, Eden made a note in her head that Aelin liked orange the fruit and the colour. "It's good that is your name then," she said, wondering what colour a cake was. Sometimes they were yellow but Eden didn't really like the colour yellow much. At least not when it was really bright because it was hard to see. She picked up a pale lavender crayon, and a sheet of empty paper and started to draw her best attempt of a fox, which ended up looking more like an unwell snowman.

Aelin shrugged and began drawing with orange, it wasn't her most favourite colour but she liked it. The fox she was drawing looked like roadkill more than a fox nor cake, but Aelin was proud. If an adult saw it they'd probably call it something completely else but their opinions didn't matter. "I like your colour. It's pretty." The brunette said looking at Eden's drawing of well it wasn't much better than hers. Perhaps their futures had nothing to do with being famous artists.

"It's the best colour!" Eden announced proudly, not even looking up from her masterpiece to glance at Aelin's drawing. She was much too focused on making sure the little ears were pointing in the right direction, her tongue stuck out to the side in concentration. She would definitely have to take this home to show Lumos when she next saw him. Eventually Eden glanced up to Aelin's drawing. "Yours is more like a fox than mine," she noted, although that was probably because hers was the right colour.

Aelin shrugged, it was a pretty colour yes. She looked at Eden's focused face, it was a tad silly but she supposed she too probably had a silly focused face. "Well, I see a lot of foxes daddy said it was a family thing and that's why granny Irene had a fox sanitary." Her grandma healed injured foxes and nursed them back to life, they were cute.

Eden wasn't sure what Aelin meant but it sounded nice. "What is a fox sanitary?" she asked, wondering if she had foxes at home. "I don't see a lot of foxes but I have a bunny," she explained, missing Hopper and hoping he was okay by himself at home.

"I think it's a home for sick foxes. She brings them to her house and they have another building for the foxes who need her help." That was the best way of explaining it, she didn't know much herself. "Ooh I like bunnies," Aelin admitted, they were cute. "Me and my dad should visit your home sometime. I'm sure my daddy would like to meet my friends, though you can visit my home too." Maybe they could visit each others! Maybe they could spend time together outside of school!

Eden thought about what her mommy would say if there were sick foxes in the house. There were already so many people in the house but their house was big which meant there was always room for more. "Oh," she didn't really know what to say. She smiled when Aelin mentioned liking bunnies. "Yes, I can show you Hopper," she added excitedly. "Lumos brings his friends home a lot so you should come home with me," Plus it would have been nice for her favourite sibling to meet her favourite friend.

Aelin nodded excitedly, yes that would be fun. "Yes and then you can visit my home! We rarely have people visit but I think that's because my daddy doesn't have many friends." Besides they had just moved here, so they hadn't had the chance to make friends until well she had just made one. Maybe her daddy could be friends with Eden's parents, he could use a friend.
