Cassandra was now well halfway her first week at the new school, her body was slowly catching up to the time change and though she missed some of her friends from back home it was still far too much fun to be on this side of the world. There were so many new people to get to know, so many new exciting things. Though for now the fourth year had sat down on a bench and was people watching, her mind running over the possibilities. She had her sunglasses lowered on her eyes and was chewing on gum, blowing a bubble every now and then. She'd already noticed a few cute girls and guys in her classes but she was out here scouting the ones in years above her and perhaps one below, so far she'd yet to be disappointed.

Violet still couldn't believe the new badge on her robes. She wasn't popular, she couldn't even make a permanent spot on the quidditch team, and she didn't think she was liked by many people at all. At least this would help her falsely prove to her younger sisters that she had people who liked her here. It was all very complicated, and to be honest, Violet didn't really like it. She crossed her arms across her chest to try and hide the badge as she walked through the great lawn. She wanted to head to the quidditch pitch whilst she had some free time, so that she could try and practice to hopefully be good enough to finally join the team. As she walked however, she became distracted as she heard someone blowing some bubble gum. She turned around to see a girl who she had never seen before. She looked too old however to be a first year. "Hey, who are you?" she asked, not meaning to be rude. Violet just needed to know.

Cassandra raised her gaze to the blonde girl asking her a question. Looking at her for a bit she didn't recognize the girl from any of her lessons so she was probably a bit older than her, narrowing her eyes glad of the sunglasses hiding the movement she tilted her head a little. Extending her hand forward in an offer for a handshake, "I'm Cassandra but most people just call me Cassie, a transfer." She explained giving a small smile now, her strong posh London accent probably doing the explaining of being a transfer for her but you know. "And you aree?" She asked in return, perhaps she could make a friend out of the girl. Bluntness aside she seemed nice enough, not that Cassie had much to go off of.
