Michael made his way through the crowds to the cafe. He had heard people at the floo point talking about it and, as he had no knowledge of the area or country, he decided to give it a shot. As he entered the smell hit him, the smell of a long fire, coffee and Autumn, even though it was now Spring here in New Zealand. He smiled a small smile at the familiarity of the odour and made his way to the queue.
The place was quite crowded, it was lunch time after all, and was full of people rushing to get back to work. That was what Cal thought anyway, for all he knew the people in New Zealand were just rushing all the time. Either way, the man managed to get half way through the shop without an accident.
Just as Michael reached the end of the queue he managed to trip over a moving chair leg and hit into the person in front of him. She was just shorted than him and appeared to be slightly pregnant, or just putting on weight in a very odd manner. He muttered the shy apologies he was used to giving back home and expected the ordeal to be over, as it would be back home, unfortunately it was not.
(Sorry it's not that good)
