Weiss (pronounced as Wise) Willems, an eleven year old witch who seems pretty curious of her new home. Originally from Hanover, Germany. The young girl has been around Europe and Asia. Having Magiczoologist as your parents, you really don't stay in one place, it was just recently that the Willems decided to settle when Weiss turned eleven when she also got her letter. Celebrating it in Basco, Philippines. They thought about their daughter's future and also to explore the magical creatures in New Zealand. Arriving a week later in New Zealand, Weiss didn't made any progress getting out of their new house in Tawa. The girl was used to staying in her room, playing video games, the only friends she can make are the people online because she knew that once they moved again, Weiss can expect that they're still there.
"Sweetheart, please, go somewhere other than stare at your consoles. We're here to stay." Adam Willems told his daughter as he peek inside her room. Weiss paused her game and turned around to her dad. She wasn't going to argue with her dad but it won't do anything to her if she gets out of the house. "Okay, dad but maybe we can go and buy the stuff I need for school? Maybe Mum can join?" Weiss settle for some family quality time. She's a good daughter, molded by her parents to be like them and she didn't mind. The young girl likes animals of any kind; magical or not. "Oh, and there's this cool game that just came out, can we get it?" She added, hoping her dad would agree to buy it.
Adam just shook his head with a faint smile, "Be ready in five." The only thing she got as a response. Weiss groaned and turned off her console. After a long safety discussion with her mum, Barbara Willems, the three side apparated at an alley near a building with magical animals at the other side of the window. It quickly fascinated Weiss' parents that they didn't even noticed that she's walking away from them. She shrugged her shoulder and walked at the cobble stoned street of Obsidian Harbour. The young girl loves her muggle gadgets, Weiss was disappointed that she can't use her smartphone on this area. Instead, the girl just window shopped, stopping now and then until she spotted a book shop. Weiss entered and browsed a couple of books. Some of the authors she doesn't know but one in particular, Newt Scamander, was famous inside their household. She smiled to it as she took a peek inside.
