Isabella Romanes just could not believe it. She was thoroughly ready for this. She was not engaged for long, just mere days before they decided that they should just get married. Isabella was currently dressed with a beautiful wedding dress and her hair was straightened, and resting on her shoulders. She held the bouquet in her hand, and she breathed out a sigh of relief. This was is, and she was actually alone. She did her make up and her dress herself. She did not want anyone else to do that for her. Isabella knew that she wanted her mother to do it for her a long time ago, but certain circumstances had blocked her from doing that. She looked down at the bouquet, and wondered if those that she invited would even attention. She had her brothers, and her aunt Desdemona. Oh, and her sister and her boyfriend of course. Attending her wedding would be a dream come true. Isabella wished for nothing more. She looked at the mirror, and hoped that Demeter would not mind that she did not go the traditional look with a pure white wedding dress. She was still a virgin, because she wanted to wait. She had a pleasant conversation with Ostensia about that, but she thought that it was almost time to get ready to go out there. Isabella thought that most of her relationship with Demeter was mainly through the letters except when there were weekends when they hung out. Isabella did not think that she would have ever received the same type of love that Ostensia had, that she would never be loved and adored. But Demeter had really changed her mind on that one. She was finally loved, she was finally adored, and she could not be happier with the man that she had chosen to marry. She remembered how they met, and it seemed just like yesterday. Sure, it was soon, but her stomach, it felt right.

The Slytherin Prefect heard a knock on the door, and she turned around in her heels even though she did not have a good balance on them. Was it time already for her to get out there? Would Demeter have invited his family too? She heard that he had a sister, but would she come? This was supposed to be just for family, not that she had any other friends out there. Isabella sacrificed friendship for good grades and she regretted it. Isabella let out a sigh, and she called out, "I'm ready! Just a second!" She turned back to the mirror, and she made sure that she looked perfect. Isabella was just a little frightened by it all. She bit her lip, and she opened the door to see her little brother, Isaia. She would have let him invite his girlfriend. That would have been nice too. Isabella didn't have anyone to give her away either. Perhaps her sister would take over that task. She walked out of the dressing room and toward the aisle. She didn't walk there yet, she paused, her heart race increasing. She didn't know if it was excitement or nervousness. Isabella slowly peeked around the corner, where she could see who all arrived. This was the final moments that she would Isabella Carine Romanes, but become Isabella Carine Dragonov. Her magenta eyes rested on Demeter, and she couldn't help but smile.

Demeter often considered himself the type of guy to do the right thing, now whether or not marriage was one of those things, he had yet to determine. But everyone else did it, and he really liked Isabella, so he saw no reason in not marrying her. Sadly, Demeter wasn't the most romantic guy about it. He was actually kind of naive, and a little bit goofy. Not funny goofy, but more like, he could do nothing right kind of goofy. But if Isabella could put up with this, and the fact that he wasn't good at much, she was most certainly the girl for him. His friends thought she was scary. He thought her attitude was enlightening. It was nice to see that there were females out there that could take care of themselves, not to mention that they didn't take crap from others. "Isabella could probably beat me up if she wanted to. Which is pretty cool. Sort of." It would be embarassing to get beat up by a girl actually, so as long as no one was around, he would try to pretend like he didn't care too much. If it made her happy. Since the Groom was required to be out be out before the bride was, Demeter grinned and waved to all of his relatives. They all seemed pretty happy for him. Which was good, because he figured that they would all like Isabella. There was no reason why she shouldn't.

Demeter wasn't really nervous. Why should he be? He knew he was doing what was best for him in the long run. "I really hope the wedding begins soon. I don't think Isabella quite understood my dislike for tuxedo's." Demeter thought to himself as she adjusted the suit once more. Plus he wanted to see how Isabella's dress looked. Or even how she looked. After today he would get to see her all the time. Or rather after she Graduated. There was that small factor in place too. Demeter held is breath. Hopefully he wouldn't need to wait too much longer.

Isabella heard the music cue her entrance toward the aisle, and she started to walk up it as slow as she could, since her heels was not really anything good to walk in. Isabella held her bouquet in her hand as she made her way up to the aisle, and she had this bright smile on her face, and it was appearing that it just did not suit her normally hard-ass look. She was always like that, and she could not help it. She had to be strong. Isabella was positive that Demeter would adore the fact that she seemed to be the scariest part of the whole relationship. She wore the pants. Just not right now. Isabella tried to speed up the walk since she felt like she was going to forget the vows if she didn't hurry up and get there. She just wondered, would she have to move out of her house? Would he move into her house, or would she have to move over to his house? That was confusing. All she knew was that she would have to cook, clean, have babies, and maybe even get a job. Well, she preferred to do that order backward. While walking up, Isabella slipped and tripped a bit. She muttered, "Damn it." Her ankle was hurting now, but she shook it off, and continued walking. Demeter should know her hatred for heels. She could never walk in them. Even after practicing in her dorm room at school for graduation.

The Slytherin prefect arrived to the front where she looked at Demeter, and wondered how uncomfortable he was with the suit. She reached out with her hand that was not holding the bouquet, to touch his chest and she smiled at him. She mouthed, "Thank you." It would mean much more than anyone would ever understand. She never felt this loved before. Sure, her siblings loved her, but she needed something more, and that was something Demeter gave her. She looked toward the person that was going to start with the wedding. She passed the bouquet over to her sister, and she took his hand into her own as the guy started the ceremony up. She didn't really listen, since she was paying more attention to Demeter at the moment. She just hoped that when they had to say the two words, that she would not say it when it was really Demeter's turn to say it. She heard of that happening to people a lot.

The one thing Demeter regretted about his time with Isabella was that he didn’t take much time to meet her family properly. He knew that she had quite a few siblings, but he knew so little about any of them. There was Ostensia. He had met her today. She seemed like she was a real sweetheart, and apparently she was also Isabella’s twin. They weren’t identical though. The other siblings, he had to learn about through conversation. There was Isaia, anyone who mentioned him seemed to bring up the fact that he was pretty smart, and that he was currently smitten with some girl. Then there was Sergios. Demeter had gathered that he was rather sporty. In school, Demeter probably would have avoided him. Lastly, there was Acia. Demeter knew nothing, and had heard nothing about him except that he was the youngest. Demeter also knew little about her parents, or any other relatives she had. He felt bad about it, but since he and Isabella had sort of rushed into a marriage that was the price he has to pay. He promised to her that he would take the time and get to know them once they were married though. That way they could all be like one big happy family. In time he hoped that Isabella would also try to get to know his family. He was sure they would love her. He did after all. Demeter saw his friends giving him thumbs up in the crowd and he grinned. He was so happy they approved of her. They were kind of the reason he had met her. That and a box of those every flavored beans he hated so much. He would have to write to the company that produced them. Both as a complaint and as a thanks for allowing him to meet the girl of his dreams.

"She looks stunning.” Demeter thought to himself as he finally got a glimpse of her. How did he get such a pretty girl to fall for him? How did he ever so lucky? Then she tripped and stumbled a bit. Demeter frowned for a brief moment. Not that he was displeased that she had tripped, he just worried that she hurt herself. "Are you okay?” He mouthed worriedly. With the way she put her hand on his chest and smiled, she seemed to be, but he just wanted to make sure. It would be awful if she was too injured to celebrate with the family later. Demeter was already looking forward to having some of that cake. Demeter turned and listened as the Preacher began his little bit. He went on and on until it was time for Demeter’s vows. Demeter stated them cleanly, not able to hide his smile the entire time. They were cute, and sweet, maybe even a bit silly. He just hoped that Isabella liked them. The Preacher started up again. Demeter thought it was kind of silly for anyone to talk this much. But, if it brought them that much closer to being married. The preacher turned to ask Demeter if he would take Isabella to be his lawfully wedded wife. Demeter wanted to respond by saying; hell yeah! But he was in a church. So that would be inappropriate. "I do.” Demeter smiled as she said this. He then turned to Isabella. It was her turn now. He knew she was going to say yes, but he had to wonder if she was going to stutter or anything.

The preacher was speaking an awful lot, but she was tuning him out pretty well so she could listen to the important parts at least. Then came the vows. His vows were sweet, almost a little goofy but made her smile too. The best part about the wedding, besides getting with the dream guy, was the cake in Isabella's opinion. Oh she had plans to smear it all over his face. That mischievous gleam in her purple eyes showed it. Isabella stated her vows, which were memorized down to the last minute, and once that was over, it was time to say those words. He said it, and almost saying it too soon, Isabella murmured, "I do." Once the rings were upon their hands, she could not believe it. She was now Mrs. Isabella Dragonov. She was not about to make him change his name because that would take away his manhood. Finally, the preacher announced, "I now present to you Mrs. Isabella Dragonov and Mr. Demeter Dragonov. You may now kiss the bride!" Of course, Isabella leaned forward and her lips met his tenderly in the kiss that seals the wedding. She could have leaped into his arms or something, but she couldn't with those heels. She was about to break off those damn heels so she could actually walk. She broke the kiss before she leaned to whisper in his ear, "Just wait until after graduation. Then the real fun begins." She gave him one more kiss, before they were all heading out to the reception, where she would indeed, plan on either smearing a piece of cake all over him, or just taking the top part and crashing it into his face, for good fun.
