It was already September and Laura was already fourteen same as Edward. They had a party yesterday which prepared by their friends and they had so much fun. Laura and Edward were both happy until now. They couldn't help but smile. Laura's face was a doll look like and grow a 1 inch tall and remained slim while her Edward grew 2 inches. Her mother said that she's a kind of a petit girl and Laura was just contented about it.

It was a fine day when Laura woke up on her four-poster-bed. She had cleaned herself up and dressed in uniform, putting her robes on and got in to the Great Hall with Edward, and then they separated ways. Laura walked and got into the Ravenclaw Table and started to chat with her other seatmates. Laura took some mashed potatoes and some roasted chicken and bread. It really tasted good.

Sharina walked down through the stairs. She's really quiet and she still haven't got friends in Ravenclaw. She knew they were friendly because they greeted her when she was sorted in Ravenclaw but it seems, she's too shy to make friends. her first new friend was Ralph Green who was in Gryffindor. Both of them wished that they were sorted in the same house but the wish didn't come true. She reached the Great Hall and sat on the chair in the Ravenclaw and saw Ralph was looking at her and smiled, waving his hand. Sharina smiled back with a wave of her hand.

The Ravenclaw students were chatting happily except for Sharina who was very quiet and shy. She was just sitting on the chair and took some ham and bacon and then bread. She started eating her food without talking or looking to anyone.

Laura was talking happily with her fellow Ravenclaw schoolmates. They kept laughing and chatting. It was like, it's more happy this year because, her siblings were all here now except Anne (who was her cousin who lives in their house and she really missed her) and she have got plenty of friends this year. She took another roasted chicken leg and placed it on her plate and started to eat it. The Great Hall was getting noisier as the students were talking more and more and Laura likes it.

Later on, as they were chatting about some stuffs, Laura noticed that there was a girl who was just sitting beside her very quiet and she just eat her meal without a word nor chatting with others. So Laura turned to her and started to introduce herself. "Hi, I'm Laura. What's your name?" she asked, trying to comfort the girl.

Still shyness running in Sharina's nerves. She took a deep breath and then she sighed. Eating her food slowly and it's a bit awkward. She was thinking on how to get some friends. Later on, something made her jumped. Someone introduce itself and she's not very sure if that person was talking to her. She turned to the girl and saw she was smiling at her. Sharina suddenly felt shy but it was like, wish granted. She gave the girl a smile and introduced herself too. "Oh, nice to meet you, Laura. I'm Sharina." she said. She pulled her hand and show it to Laura, waiting for her to shake it.

Laura noticed that the girl was a bit shy so, she smiled at the girl just to take away her shyness. "Nice name, Sharina." she said. Laura haven't heard the name Sharina and it was very femme for all of the girl who are currently using that name. "Are you a first year? I saw you that you were sorted last night and also in the train with brown haired boy." she asked friendly.

Sharina suddenly blushed. "Thanks." she said. It was her first time that someone liked her name, she could see it on Laura's eyes. "Yes, I am." Sharina said with a nod. "What about you? Are you a third year or a second year?" she asked, hoping that one of her options are correct.

This girl seemed so sweet. Laura thought. I really like her even though she was shy. If ever Sharina became not-a-very-shy-girl anymore, Laura would like to suggest some of her friends to befriend with her so she would have some confidence and stop from being a girl-in-the-shadows.

Second year or third year? None of this options were correct. Laura laughed at this one. Everybody thought that she didn't look like a fourth year nor a fourteen year old girl, she look like a twelve or thirteen. "No, I'm already a fourth year." she chuckled.

At that moment, Sharina's face suddenly turned red. She's not a second year nor a third year after all!.She's already a fourth ear student with her face that looks like more younger than her age. "Sorry." she quickly apologized. She was just relieved when Laura just smiled.

Just as she took another spoonful of mashed potato, she suddenly looked at Ralph but, Ralph had already found an another friend. They were two of it and there was like a bullet that suddenly shot Sharina's head saying, You'll be alone forever. Forever. Forever. It kept repeating and she slowly felt more sad.

Laura just gave a friendly smile. "It's okay. You're not the only one who told me that." she chuckled. The Great Hall was becoming noisier that the minutes had passed. Plenty of students now were kept talking in a loud voice. Laura took a glimpse in the Gryffindor Table and saw Edward. Edward also took a glimpse of her too and they both smiled and both said, "Hi there!" and then both of them laughed and looked at their friends afterwards.

Just as Laura looked at Sharina, Sharina looked more sad than while ago. Laura took a tried to look where Sharina's was looking and saw Ralph. She couldn't figure out why Sharina suddenly became gloomy. "Are you alright?" she asked, concerned. The bright sun rose up high until it's rays reached the window that suddenly strikes the glasses until it entered the hall. The sun's rays touched Laura's face until her cheeks blushed gently.

It seems that Sharina didn't hear Laura. She was looking at the Gryffindor Table looking sad. She didn't know if she was getting paranoid or it's true that Ralph was going to forget her as his best friend. She took a deep breath and sighed. She can feel her nerves were getting weaker as the sun goes up and strikes it's bright light on her brown hair as it turns slowly into color blonde.

Laura suddenly looked at Sharina who was still not giving a response. She could see her gloomy face and Laura suddenly became curious. "Sharina, are you okay?" she asked. Hoping that Sharina was alright. But Sharina didn't even looked back. She was looking at someone. Laura looked on what she was looking and saw Ralph. She looked back again and pat Sharina's shoulder. "It's okay... He needs more friends you know. Everyone needs that." she reassured with a gentle tone. She's very sensitive. thought Laura but she wasn't irritated nor annoyed. She just want to help her to change her introvert attitude. Having an introvert attitude can affect the person's life and she didn't want it to happen to Sharina otherwise she will be miserable forever. She run her fingers through Sharina's hair with a gentle touch.
