Name Changing

Hi ! Im wondering how to change My name , i know that you have to fill an application but i cant find the application page for a name change, sorry i I Sound Like a Weirdo

You click on your name and than from there you will find a little drop down box which says Profile Options you go to edit profile. You will see Board Controls and the fifth choice down will be Change Username. Or you could just click on this link.
