My other character

My other character called Mark Johnson, Kate's dad has recently been registered. When i sign in as him it says at the top, by sign out and welcoming the character, Resend Validation Information like this:

I have clicked on it but it doesn't do anything???? Apart from say resend validation Information so you do and then it does the same thing? He is also meant to be a family member?? What can i do??

You have to go to your e-mail account and click on the link that was sent to you. Once you do that and sign in again that should be gone.

I think this is what you do.

Part of the problem is that i don't have an PM bit? Shall i retry with my email? Becaus i have done that so i will try again,
