Fining Industrial dance an music made Lola find her rythem for other dances too. At home they teased her by saying that she had gotten her Latin flavor back which Lola didn't know she had lost though she hadn't known that she did know that she had gone though a two left feet stage. That was gone now and it showed. Lola was dancing to the beat of a song called 'This is Rock'n Roll' by x-rx as if she had been born with the moves. This as one of the slower songs that she knew but it didn't matter it the look on her face was one of pure joy. Lola had been thinking over the summer about Ruji but more about Samuel or Sam-Sam as she liked to call him. He was such a curly cutie that she wasn't sure if she should just go after him and leave Ruji be. He did seem to be more interested in a younger Hufflepuff girl anyway. "One, two, three, four. One two-two three-three four" She sang along with music device that she had borrowed from one of her friends as she danced for no reason other than she wanted to. She had homework of course but she couldn't keep herself focused on it for too long. Not without some kind of movement involved. The song ended and she fell flat on her back with a wide smile on her face. There nothing more joyful to her than moving with abandon by the lake. After a moment to catch her breath Lola took out a piece of bread that she had gotten from the Great Hall and started to throw some crumbs on the surface of the lake so she could see the Giant squid.

The year had already been a good one and Samual was grateful for it. The Holidays had their ups and downs, but he spent most of his time away from the house, so it was far better than it could have been. Arguments were things that Samual was repelled by, so it was natural that he found himself more outside than in. Running into Star and Hazel was a lifesaver, those two really cheered him up, they were so nice that it made him glad that they were all friends. The Gryffindor was confident that they knew each other, they were in the same house and year afterall. Leaving the castle happily, Sammy smiled at the sunlight that was beaming down on him, it was one of those perfect days, where there was a light breeze and everything still managed to be fantabulous. Walking across the Great Lawn, Sammy stopped for a second when he looked out of the lake and saw someone dancing on the banks. How fun! The figure looked most certainly familiar, but from this distance he wasn't going to be making much out, so he decided to check out who was dancing at the lake, maybe they were friendly?!

When Sammy realised who was dancing, a large smile made its way on his face and he quickened his pace. It was Lola Caracola! When the Gryffindor finally reached her, he sat down and smiled. "Hey Lola!" He greeted happily, watching the girl throw bread onto the lakes waters. He wasn't sure what she was aiming to do by throwing bread on the lake, but it looked fun. "Whatcha doing?" He inquired, ignoring the butterflies in his stomach.

Lola turned to see who had spoken to her and saw that it was her friend Samuel. Now that she knew him if people made fun of him again they where going to know what a foot up the behind felt like. He was so sweet and cheerful and if they got together the world should shudder because so much energy would make the world explode. Or maybe not but still she was still looking at a certain Japanese Raveclaw who seemed more than happy to have her around. That by no means meant that Sam-Sam wasn't a looker. To Lola he was such a curly cutie that she wondered if her crush on Ruji wasn't just that a crush. "Hey there Sam-Sam. How's it going? I'm trying to feed the giant squid because I heard that he shows his tenticuls if you throw bread crumbs in the water. Then maybe we can catch one and tickle them!" She cried the idea for some reason making her almost shake with excitement. Lola was acting as if seeing the Giant Squid was the best thing that could happen to her even though she had seen bits of him many times before. She couldn't help it. It was just so cool that hey had something that big living in their lake. "Did you need air too. I mean Fifth year is so rough." She said pointing to where her school books lay forgotten.

Samual nodded to the explaination. The Gryffindor had seen the giant squid before, well, its tentacles, but he had never considered catching and tickling one, but it sounded like a lot of fun, so he nodded and kept an eye out for any tentacles. "I love the fact that there's a giant squid in the lake. It keeps everything so exciting, don't you think?" He asked, watching bread piece after bread piece find itself drifting lower into the water and disappear into the deep. Admittedly, Lola and Samual had not spoken as much as Sammy would have liked, but he still held her as a good friend, maybe more, he wasn't too sure. The prospect of tickling the giant squid was very funny to think about, but he doubted they would be able to touch it, since its tentacles would be very slippery and difficult to get a hand on, but it was something fun to think about at least.

Things were getting complicated in Fifth year, everything was harder and different. Being a prefect had shocked him as well, he'd never expected that, since after Tamalia's expulsion. It was strange not having his big sister around the place, causing trouble and ruining her life with dumb choices, he missed her. But right now she was back home, probably trying to enjoy herself and that's what Samual had to do, enjoy himself no matter what and be a good prefect. "That it is. The homework and assignment are crazy, but it's still fun." He explained, laughing slightly at the abandoned school books. "I've taken a break from studying, otherwise I'll freak myself out." Exams weren't exactly close, but they were close enough to be worried about.

Lola nodded really fast. "I know right? I mean how can something so big grow in an ecosystem like that but then again there could be so much magic floating around that a squid just grow from all the potions that have been dumped in the lake. If that's the case can other things be accidents of things that are dumped in the lake like the mermaids and their broken teeth. Did know now that one tried to bite me?" She said as she watched the bread crumb be pulled to the bottom but the squid didn't plop the leg out the lake. Lola huffed but kept feeding it anyway. It might as well get a bit of meal while she was there. She was sure that it ate perfectly well down in the depths of the lake.

Lola looked back at her friend and smiled wide. "Oh yeah. Care of Magical creatures was always fun but now the creatures that we're studying are so interesting. I don't know why I thought I could take Runes. It's fun but it's harrrrrd and I caaaaaaan't concentrate worse than in my normal classes." She said in a mock whine as she sprawled herself across lawns as if it where killing her. Suddenly she popped up "What are you doing standing? Come on sit, sit and make bread balls with me so we can feed the wild life." She siad giggling as she remembered the sign that she had seen no too long ago while her parents and her siblings went to the zoo. Please don't feed the wild life. Her dad had made a joke about not feeding her because of it.

Sammy chuckled slightly as Lola started nodding with lightning speed. It was pretty obvious that she agreed with his statement, before she even said anything. "Maybe. I don't think they'd put potions in the lake, but I do wonder how the squid grew so large. Maybe it swam in from the ocean or something, that's possible. It might like it here with people feeding it." He commented. The bread bits floated down under the surface almost unnaturally, like something pulled them down. Unfortunately, no tentacles came near, when Lola mentioned . "I can't believe one tried to bite you, that must have been unexpected." He added. The squid was going to be eating a bit of bread today, he doubted Lola would go without at least seeing the squid, and he was inclined to do the same.

Sammy nodded as Lola spoke about Care of Magical Creatures and Ancient Runes. Two of his favourite subjects, well, Care of Magical Creatures was. "The creatures are interesting, I loved CoMC, but Ancient Runes is really interesting. I love it." He mused. "Sometimes it really is hard, but I've got my head around most of it." He added, watching Lola act as if she were dying. From his understanding, Lola was dramatic, but it was hilarious and fun to watch. He was slightly shocked when she suddenly popped up. Samual pretended to think about sitting down, even though his mind was already made up. "I think I can help you with that." He said, sitting down and pulling some bread inside his hands, then rolling them into balls and tossed some into the water, then repeated. "Admittedly, this is pretty fun. If only the squid would make an appearance." He said, smiling at Lola.
