Minion Like But Not

[Mazikeen Roe]

It was just clear to Maze that she had not prepared correctly for hogwarts, she had decided to only bring on dress and didn't want to be pictured in it twice in the year book. So, instead the young gryffindor had picked out an outfit that was not formal but not completely without some style. It was just a more casual attempt at something formal, trousers, a yellow shirt and suspenders. All in all, Mazikeen thought it looked alright and added to that was the red lipstick the only make-up she had on and it was fairly applied, not overly well, but passable for someone her age. She stepped into the room and glanced about at the different people in the room. mazikeen certainly felt undressed, but she felt that because she was so young it was passable. The other issue was that she had no one to hang out with. Mazikeen despite her best efforts had only made a few friends at the school, and though she was still having fun and enjoying herself it was tinted by the fact that all around her people had made friends, they had found people to spend time with. Mazikeen shook the thought from her mind as she just explored the hall and want this hogwarts event was presenting her with.

[Athena Holmgaard]

The blonde was on her way to the Valentines Dance. It would be the first and Athena was curious how Evelyn would be and look. She had heard about the break with Noah and hoped she wa okay. But if she knew anyone strong, it was Evelyn so perhaps she wasn't waiting on a worried cousin. Athena was going alone but she figured she would meet up with people from her house or others. Athena entered the hall and looked around. It was decorated very pretty and it seemed like most people had fun. It made Athena smile and she listened to the music that was playing. Athena always loved music and singing and this kind of events seemed like very much fun. When she walked a bit further she saw Mazikeen standing. Athena liked the girl and thought it was nice if they would get to know eachother more. So decided to go to her, it would be nice if they would become great friends. '' Hi Mazikeen! Are you liking the dance so far?'' the blonde asked to the Gryffindor.

Mazikeen was surprised when she spotted another gryffindor, Athena, who approached her. Mazikeen was sure that Athena had far pretty friends that she could hang out with, or just people the girl was closer to, but it seemed that Athena had actually been wanting to spend the time with her, which became evident when the other girl greeted her. Maze nodded and gave a warm smile, excited to have someone to talk to and spend the time with someone at this dance, "I am!" she told the other girl, "How about you Athena? Enjoying it?" the girl returned with a small smile, since she hoped the girl would be, "Are you here with anyone?" the girl added on, curious to know if Athena had gotten a date or brought a friend with her to the celebration. Maze hoped that if she did have someone with her, that Athena wouldn't mind if Mazikeen would tag along a little. "You want to dance?" the girl blurted out, looking at the others dancing, knowing that it would be fun to dance and they could have fun doing that, if only Athena wanted to. Which Maze certainly hoped that she would want to. ​
