A yellow rose for @Nox Walden-Cade

Miles had signed himself up for delivering roses, despite not actually writing any himself. The problem was finding out where everyone on his list actually was. The first name which had popped up was not one he recognized, but after asking around he at least worked out that he was a Hufflepuff. Which was why Miles was now standing around outside the Hufflepuff common room with his basket of roses. "Is there a Nox Walden-Cade around? I have a rose for them."

 

[Nox Walden-Cade]

Nox heard there was some Gryffindor hanging around outside the common room asking about him, he figured given the time of year he must have had a rose for him though he had no idea who it would be from. "Heard you're looking for me?"

 

[Miles Flynn]

Thankfully, he seemed to have found the right boy. "Yes, I have a rose for you," he announced as he reached into the thinning bunch of roses in the basket he was carrying around. It only took him a moment to produce the correct one, offering the other boy a nice yellow rose, and the note attached to it.

"Thanks," Nox said as he took the yellow rose and read the corresponding note. "Oh its from my friend Jonah,"

Vex was incredibly excited about all this rose stuff - he'd never gotten a rose, and he didn't care! No he did not! He would rip it up and burn it if anyone ever dared send him one! That's what he told himself as he wailed his way through the corridors, lamenting the dullness of the Day of Love. He heard a familiar name though and whipped around a corner invisibly. "OH WHAT FUN! A LOVELY ROSE FOR VEXY!" He bellowed as he invisibly leaned down to pluck the thing out of a Hufflepuff boys hand.
