whoosh
A loud clattering sounded through the great hall as a metal bowl containing mangoes falls from the table. The bowl emptied its contents on the fall, mangos rolling every which direction, before skidding to a stop.
Oh no. Kara Munn's face turned bright pink as she scrambled in an attempt to stop the mess. She tried to ignore glances from students even though she could feel several eyes burning into her back. Overwhelmed, she began to try to collect the mangoes, stumbling over her own feet in embarrassment.
One mango, two mangoes, three mangoes... Kara counted to herself, trying to calm her nerves and focus on the task. Mangoes had always been one of her favorite foods, but she was starting to rethink that. Kara held the mangoes in her hands with difficulty, looking all over for the lost bowl. From the corner of her eye, she saw a gleam of something shiny. The bowl! She exclaimed to herself frantically trying to reach it. The upside-down silver bowl had gone across the main aisle and under the Hufflepuff table. She sighed to herself and tried to reach under the table to get it, apologizing to students as she passed.
In Kara's attempt to reach the bowl, she lost hold of two mangoes. The rolled even further under the Hufflepuff table. Kara began to panic a little more now, she only had one mango in her hand and she was struggling to reach the bowl. She got down on her stomach and stretched her hand under the table as far as she could.
