Gilly had found herself really enjoying certain aspects of magic, specifically any that were about duelling or creating things. She liked that aspect of magic, the fighting, the fun that could be had in using spells in a practical way, and Gilly was determined to create her own spells, though she knew that most of them would be impossible. From what she'd gathered there was a level of difficulty associated with creating spells and a level of dangerousness that she wasn't at all at the level to be able to do so. She found herself in the adandoned classroom with plenty of space to practice and tried out things she'd come up with. She started off by casting stupefy, since she wanted to just make sure that she could actually still do magic. The second step was trying to think of a spell she could try out. Spell incantations usually said what the spell was, so she just decided to try, "Boomeus," to make things explode, but of course nothing happened, she felt nothing and was bound to continue to feel nothing unless they were real spells, she was enjoying pretending to make up spells. There were a whole lot of things Gilly truly enjoyed about the magical world, but the most important bit, the magic itself was something she liked.
