Grande wasn't really like Beauxbatons too much at the moment. There were lots of students lurking around the place. Lots of ones he didn't recognise. And few that he did. It was all confusing for the 17 year old. He preferred quiet Beauxbatons and while the Tournament was interesting and seemed for the champions a lot of fun. But Grande wasn't the type to just go out and say he enjoyed life full of people. Since he lived in Cadolive, a very closed of Hill area of Southern France, places with lots of people, were not something he was good at. Not quite yet. Grande was looking for his friend. His only friend from school. He couldn't seem to find her anywhere.

La Grande Salle, was the last place Grande looked. Though Logically it should've been the first. He quickly noticed his friend. He walked over to her and sat down beside her. His prescence so quickly coming that it may cause some surprise. But Clemence, was sitting in a place that wasn't that close to anyone else, so would only be her that would be surprised.

"Clemence, j'ai regardé partout pour toi. Il y trop de monde, tu crois pas?" Grande said in his fluent french. "J'aime que le tournoi est a Beauxbaton, mais il y a trop de monde." Grande said almost all the one breathe. In a lowered tone, so people couldn't hear what was being said.

Clemence looked up as she felt someone burst down beside her. She smiled as he sat down beside her, not too surprised really because he often seemed to do that to her. "Of course there are too many. There were too many before Durmstrang and Hogwarts students arrived," she said honestly, speaking in the only language she knew how to. She was glad that Grande was not picked for champion, she would have been worried sick for him and she just didn't have the time, nor did he with his NEWTs coming up soon.

Clemence closed her book between her fingers and rested it on the lap as she smoothed down the sides of her gentle blue, uniform skirt. "Oh Grande," she said, remembering that she had wanted to tell him something yesterday but hadn't had the chance. "Yesterday a Durmstrang girl caught me doing practice. It was at five in the morning, I don't see how she could have seen me even if I was the only one there," she said with a shrug of her shoulders, line with muscles from years of private gymnastics practice she had told her friend about a few years ago. "It was so hard to lie myself out of that one," she added.

Grande hadn't considered putting his name in for champion. He was too busy as it was, with school and his work outside school, left next to no space for Grande to take part in such a competition. He was glad that Clemence hadn't either. He didn't underestimate, that had she entered, the other competitors wouldn't stand the slightest of chances, but he preferred his friend, out of harms way. Grande had known about Clemence's gymnastics, he didn't see her practice often, and he was fine with that. Everyone had there secrets.

"With all these new students around, you'll have to be more careful. There is no telling of there sleeping habits. You should use an empty classroom, and get me to stand guard." Grande said fluently and perfectly in french. "I got the weekend off work, so I'm going to New Zealand to continue looking for an apartment?" Grande had before mentioned that he wanted to move back to New Zealand. It was still all in the planning stages, but he knew for sure that he'd be moving, and it had been nice of the people at his work to let him get the weekend off. He was greatly grateful.
