Lost need of help

Cloe was wandering and knew about bleak street but didn't know where in bleak street she was at wondering if there was someone to help her.

 

[Victor Rooper]

Victor apparated into the Bleak Street on a fine afternoon. The winds were crazy and it looked like a storm was on it's way.He was here on some official business. He was looking for a cursed item, that he could purchase and gift it to his filthy step-sister. She was running a shop of ornaments he had heard. Although he never visited it, he had seen where it's location was in Brightstone. He was keeping an eye on Mallory Malkin.

He was glad on the fact that he had set up his business to disguise his true identity. The Three Broomsticks was the perfect place that he needed and ofcourse Winter was there to help him in daily chores. For now, this Death Eater walked toward Silver Snake, having heard that it sold valuable dark items.

He noticed a girl, a year or two younger then himself but didn't give her a second glance. He was here for business, and that was what he would do.

Cloe accidently bumped into him and looked at him. He was probably a year older then her so she did the smartest thing. "i'm sorry" she said noticing that he look like he didn't want to talk to her so she started to walk away.

 

[Victor Rooper]

(ok, u were supposed to be walking on the other side. lets say Victor crossed the road)

Victor crossed the empty alley as his destination, Silver snake was on the other side. This was when the girl, whom he hadn't given a second glance bumped into him. He swore loudly looking at the girl as she apologized and walked away.

Victor continued his walk, opposite to the girl's direction. This was when he noticed a hag, probably with a stolen wand walking towards him but had aimed his wand for the girl. He was an elderly hag, but looked strong and dark.

The hag did the jelly legs jinx towards the innocent girl who probably wouldn't notice as she was facing his back on them. Victor turned around, his wand already on his hand to see if the jinx had victimized the girl.

Cloe fell but didn't know why so she thought she just tripped over something not even thinking about the guy who just pasted her she tried to stand up but fell again. "gosh Why the world to do keep falling ugh this town hates me" she said.

 

[Victor Rooper]

A cold laughter escaped Victor's mouth on seeing that the girl hand't realized that she had been hit by a jinx. He turned back and with a simple wave of his wand he muttered "stupefy" and stunned the hag. He could simply remove the effect of the jinx from where he stood yet Victor decided to play along to see how the girl reacted.

Walking to her he asked, fake concern in his voice "Miss are you alright?"

Cloe looked up at him. "sure thanks" she said.
