Taylor let a shiver escape her. The longer she spent lost in this place the colder she was beginning to feel. She had come down for some peace and she had found some. She needed to think over several things. It was when she found she didnt know where she was that the peace and the thoughts ran for the hills. This was so annoying!

She had only been here once, but she had been with... She walked past a particular bench and stopped... Scorpius. Glancing around she noticed this was where she had been sitting. How had she found her way back last time? Taylor felt like she had been walking forever. She just wanted to get out of this place. She sat down on the bench her brow furrowed in frustration. She needed to calm down before she kicked a wall.

Erik walked out the the Slytherin common room about to go get a bite to eat up in the great hall. Though when he made his little walk to find the stairs Erik noticed a young girl about his own age that looked almost frustated.

Walking over to her he took a seat on the bench that he had never noticed before. "Hey" he said turning to face her. "I'm Erik and you look rather frustrated" He said as he flashed a small smile. "What's wrong?" He asked.

Taylor heard somone come out of a room up the hall, that Taylor knew to be the Slytherin common room. Scorpius has pointed it out the last time they were down here. She tried to sink into the wall. The last thing she needed was for some Slytherin to torment her for being a lost Gryffindor in a Snakes lair.

She was taken by surprise when a boy about her age took a seat next to her. He was a Slytherin yes, but he seemed concerned. Taylor resisted the urge to raise her eyebrow and instead said. "Hey Eric. Taylor." She considered saying she was frustrated because she was lost in this bloody place, but stopped herself. "No im ok." She said calmly, although she felt anything but calm.

Henric skulked into view, his cloak flapping as he moved forward past the many arrayed rows of candlelight. He knew the boy in the darkness and gloom by sight, he had seen him around the common room. As for the girl - "Taylor." He quipped, standing beside Erik, dark hair cascading down his face like a smooth downpour before he swept it out of his vision. "What are you doing in the dungeons? Oh and hello." He added as he waved slightly at Erik.

Taylor's heart pounded in her chest as she saw more movement coming down the hall. This Slytherin probably wouldnt be as friendly as the one sat next to her. The boy came into view and Taylor let out a breath. "Henric." She nodded towards him in greeting. "Im sitting." She smiled an almost sarcastic grin and sent it in Henric's direction. She wouldnt tell him she was lost. He was probably the last person she wanted to tell. She still found him strange and confusing.

"Indeed you are." He murmured, raising a hand to scratch at the side of his temple. His uncomfortable gaze locked into her eyes as he read her features, lips pursed while he studied her. "Are you lost?" He asked congenially as he extended a pale hand to help her up, with an artificial charming smile on his face that dimmed the light of the candles around him.

Erik could tell that this girl wasn't too fond with his company. Not like he really cared too much about what people thought of him anyway. "Nice to meet you Taylor" he said politely. That was one thing Erik had even though he was in Slytherin, manners well at least towards the girls.

"You're an awful liar" Erik said when the girl named Taylor said she was fine. He may not be the best at reading people but he wasn't completely oblivious. Yet before he could get another word in another boy had come over. The boy who had joined them was Henric, well at least Erik thought that was who the boy was.

"Hey" he said simply at the boy who Taylor seemed to know. Though Erik wasn't quite sure what this boy was about. Erik would have offered his help if this girl was indeed lost but the boy named Henri didn't seem to cut corners and went right to the point.

Taylor stopped herself from sighing as Erik told her she was an awful lying. She had never tried to fool a Slytherin, but it obviously wouldnt work as well as she might have liked.

Taylor gave Erik a quick glance when Henric asked her if she was lost. "I..." She was going to spurt another lie, but thought better of it, knowing the two Slytherin boys wouldnt believe her. "Yes, i am completely and utterly lost. Happy?" She sighed, then gave them both a sarcastic grin.

She studied Henrics hand, before finally taking it and allowing herself to be hauled up off the seat.

"It gets confusing for Gryffindors." Henric offered as consolation, pointing to the left side of the long tunnel. "Turn right there, go straight, then turn left, you'll be able to take the stairs to the Hall." He folded his arms and turned to Erik with an amused expression on his face. "This is the first time a Gryffindor has admitted to being lost. Most of the time they deny it, get pumped with bravado, and end up getting more lost than ever." He commented.

Taylor imprinted the way out in her brain, but didnt intend on leaving just yet. "Well." She brushed herself down absently. "You have to give Gryffindors a little credit. Most of the time Slytherin's would never let them live it down if they admitted to being lost." She shrugged and a smug grin reached her face. "I guess i have the damsel in distress thing going on though, so i can get away with it." Letting a tiny snort of laughter escape she looked down the hall in the direction Henric had pointed.
