Max walked into the forest after putting Eleona to sleep he started looking for this creature and thanks to his 5th hidden secret it was possible for him to fight it if he had too.After an hour of searching Max finally found it waiting for him on a rock and staring dead on at him.
 
Eleona ran to the forest franticly, falling many times and even bleeding on one leg. Finally she came to a fork in the path and took a random side. Her breathing became more and more uneasy as she couldn't find him. Eventually, she came to a point and saw Max. Also with him, was a strange creature.
 
Max immediately let off a spell that covered him in a new aura that shined just as the creature attacked,But unknown to this creature Max's ultimate power let he go hand to hand with the beast even though it was three times bigger then him.
 
Eleona held her breath. She wasn't sure what to do. A rock was behind her and she hid behind it and watched Max. If he was in trouble she would help him. Her father had taught her some spells, and hopefully some would work on whatever this animal- or thing was.
 
Max watched as this new creature lunged at him and stood confident but then something went wrong and the creature cut right into his shoulder again and began to come back around for another attack on him, as he stood there hold his shoulder he let a cry of pain then took he good arm and hit it right in the jaw only to hurt it but hurt his good hand too.Which the blow had sent his wand flying over near the rock Eleona was hiding behind even though Max had no idea she was there.
 
Suddenly a wand flew to a couple inches away from Eleona. She gasped, then looked to see Max crying out in pain. She crawled and got it, then ran up to the boy. Eleona then, in an act of desperation, used a spell, "Stupify!" She yelled at the beast and flicked her wand. Finally she handed back his wand, "This is why I wanted to come!"
 
Max saw a spell fly past him and hit the creature it amazed him to see how spot on it was,then out of no where Eleona came and said that was why she wanted to come but Max couldn't really tell cause as soon as he took his wand back his aura disappeared and he fell unconscious to the ground.The spell took way to much out of him and at his age the spell was life threatening to use especially if you didn't have a good amount of experience using it in same battles.
 
"O-ok you fainting wasn't very good..." She stuttered, then looked back at the beast. She groaned and tried to pick Max up. In one big burst of energy she flung him over her shoulders and ran. The beast tried to follow her but now was the time for some good gymnastics. 'Ok Eleona...' She saw a large log and ran. Then, in one last attempt she jumped over it. However in the landing, she hit her head. The pain was so excruciating she had to lie down. Hopefully, Max would wake up soon. But for now she had to wait.
 
Max woke as soon as he hit the ground with Eleona and immediately got up and screamed"Back off or ill kill you."To the beast he wasn't about to let Eleona get hurt and all at once his aura came back and with one massive knee to the beast's stomach he sent it flying then grab Eleona and ran out of the forest,then looked at her and said here he mumbled a few words and luckily as he planned the spell healed her wounds up.
 
Eleona's eyes opened up a little bit, "Max...?" She smiled a bit and sat herself up. Eleona looked down at herself and realized she was still wearing his blazer, "Oh yeah... This is yours." She took it off and gave it to him, although now it was torn. The beast was now gone and they were out of the forest, "Max... You're bleeding." She took the blazer back, tore it, and then used it as makeshift bandages, then she got a little upset, "What the hell?! If I didn't show up you would've been done for!"
 
Max looked at her then hugged her and said"I know and I am glad someone was near by to help me but if it makes you feel any better look at yourself there is a reason I am still bleeding."He said then smiled at her.
 
She smiled and hugged him tighter, "You. Are. An. Idiot." then she pulled back, "Fine. If you think it will make a difference- why are you still bleeding!?" She questioned in disbelief.
 
She searched her body a bit and then raised an eyebrow, "...There are none..." Eleona winced at the fact her head was still sore, but there were no open cuts or even bruises.
 
Max smiled and then said"I suppose you forgot about my healing spell? I wasn't sure if it would work on you but it did."He then smiled.
 
Eleona felt tears well up in her eyes, "YOU IDIOT!!" She tackled him to the ground, "Don't ever do anything like this again!!" Eleona tried to tickle him as a suitable punishment.
 
Max smiled then was tackled to the ground and felt her trying to tickle him which she got him then he said"Whats wrong you thought i would heal myself first or something?and I might have to because that thing was what my parents were running from the night they abandoned me,That thing brought back memories I didn't even know i had and i know now they were only protecting me but now that hes after me what does that tell you?"
 
Eleona pulled him up and sighed, "So... That thing... Whatever it was, is what your parents were running from?" She sat frozen, "Well at least you know that they had a reason and didn't just leave you..." Her eyes shifted to the ground.
 
Max looked down then got up still bleeding through the bandages a little and punched a tree."Yea they were running and now I know what did my grandma in too..."
 
Eleona sighed a little bit, then commented to herself that he looked a lot like Xavier when he was upset, "...Max..." She got up and held his wrist, "First... You need to calm down... There's no need to hurt yourself more then you have already."
 
Max looked at her then said"Yes there is i couldn't see it that day but I watched the thing kill my grandma and yet i was too afraid to do anything to save her."Max then fell to his knees and cried while hitting the ground.
 
Eleona crouched down and lifted his face to level with hers, "That's how I lost my twin brother. It's okay to feel sad, and to cry, but you can't blame yourself. When I was five my brother and I were out walking, and he fell into a lake. I was so scared that I didn't even try to save him, and he drowned. I blamed myself for it, but then I realized, if I tried to save him I would've died, then my father would have gone through twice the pain. Things happen for a reason Max." She smiled lightly and wiped some tears from his face then wiped her own.
 
Max couldn't believe that she understood how much pain he was in,but then he said"She was the last person i had that i could call family..."Max then looked down with depression in his eyes.
 
"Well then you can consider me your sister..." She smiled and hugged him. Then silently flipped out, I mean if she was going to act like his sister, that meant she kissed her brother.
 
Max looked at her then said"Its nice but I would rather not think that because then it means I kissed my sister and that would make me feel really weird."Max laughed
