Grayson loved to come to the North Tower whenever he wanted privacy, it was just him, his wireless headphones and the music, it was the best feeling in the world. Since Aaliyah had told him about that place he never stopped going there just to be in peace. His roommates seemed really nice but they were always so cheerful and loud, he wished they could contain their loudness to themselves at times as staying in the dorm was quite impossible unless they were sleeping. Luckily no one had ever found him there, especially not one of his roommates.
They view to the garden was just gorgeous and for a moment Grayson let himself be taken by the beat and started moving slowly while moving his lips in sync with the lyrics, letting his voice out a bit more each second that passed and letting even more loose. He didn't really know how to dance so at this point he was just doing weird movements that were just ridiculous to watch but in that moment he couldn't care less.

@Amelia Newton

The winter break had only deepened Amelia’s enthusiasm for school. Inexplicably, she was even more excited for her second year than she had been for her third year. She could just imagine all the spells they would practice and potions they would cook up. No matter that she was a terrible student and would struggle to master most of it. Really, her greatest achievement would be to figure out sleeping through History of Magic without anyone noticing.

The Gryffindor girl burst out of her house and wondered what she would do with all of her free time today. Maybe she would meet a new cat! She found herself wandering, and climbing, and literally skipping down the halls, oblivious to the people and objects around her. Eventually, she ended up at the North Tower.

Amelia’s eyes widened when she saw a Hufflepuff boy her age- she couldn’t have remembered his name if her life depended on it, as she was terrible with names. He was twisting and turning like a billywig. Well, how she imagined they moved, anyway.

Jabbing her fingers towards her ears, she said with her distinct lack of an inside voice, “What are THOSE?” She’d never seen anything like the little shiny pieces in his head before. Was he infected with brain-eating slugs? Perhaps that was why he was bopping around so much.

Jackson was still doing his weird dance moves when he heard the almost scream of a girl, so he quickly opened his eyes and turned his head towards the door, freezing. When he saw the girl he regained his usual posture, maybe she didn't really noticed him dancing, or maybe she didn't care, anyway he would remind himself not to bring that up if she didn't and to avoid the subject if she did.

"What?" he said taking his headphones out of his ears and putting them resting on his shoulders, "Oh these. These are headphones, my parents bought them in a magic mall. You know, gadgets don't work here but somehow these do? I don't know how either." he told the girl, after all she would probably have more experience than him since most people seemed to be from a bloodline of wizards and even though he was he had been raised as muggle "I think the store was called Vibez" he said not really sure, trying to recall if he was indeed correct.
