Closed Lingering in Silence

Juniper had thought that rose giving could have been fun but instead it had been the most nerve wracking experience yet, not to mention the few unfortunate deliveries that had left her on the verge of tears. She'd had a few days now to kind of get over it but somehow those few instances till came back haunting her, so she'd found a quiet corner in the abandoned classroom. The corner was just for her and her alone, she hoped everyone would be too busy in the post valentines haze to come here. She was sitting by one of the windows leaning her head against it, eyes wandering over the scenery outside, with a blanket on her lap and her cat on top of the blanket, purring softly as she slept.

Amodeus was chasing after Marshmellow- the rambunctious feline was almost always looking for other cats to annoy. He liked the game, it always ended up with new people and new cats. He liked meeting new people and new cats. He was laughing, sliding over the stone floor as his silly kitty made a sharp turn into the abandoned classroom. By the time he scrambled up to his feet and hurried into the room after her, Marshmellow had put its paws on the edge of the windowsill a girl sat on with another cat, mewling at her to be picked up. Deus laughed, jogging over a little and picking up his cat. "Sorry, Marshmellow is super friendly." He flashed an easy grin. "I'm Amodeus, this is Marshmellow!" He hugged his cat closer even as she wiggled half-heartedly. "Mind if we join you?"
