Ariah finally came to the conclusion that she was not going to get any studying or homework done today with the horrible mood she was currently in right now. She was still as bummed out as ever and that made studying or anything tasking very hard for her to concentrate on for very long without losing interest. "I'll do it later." With a forceful shove Ariah pushed the books and papers away from her so she wouldn't have to look at them anymore. Being more mellowed out this year was not really helping her make friends like she had hoped it would. Maybe she would be a lot better suited off if she just became home-schooled or something, at least the only people that could bother her there would be her obnoxious older brothers. Sure there was a couple of friends around here but she didn't know them well enough to call them a best friend or to fully trust that they didn't make fun of her behind her back and stuff. Pulling her polka-dotted more tightly onto her thin body she wondered what she would do now that she had given up on trying to study and didn't have anything else to do today. She wished someone she knew was around so she could talk to someone or something, but all the students around weren't familiar to her at all.

"This really sucks." She sighed again before she finally decided that she was just too bummed out and tired to do anything and laid her head down on the table that she had been studying on. It might have looked like she was just sleeping but really she was just moping, she hadn't meant to make anyone mad at her but really that was all she ended up doing lately. Ariah kept her head on the table as she thought about what she could do to make things better between her and everyone.

Charlie was in an exploring mood, which was sort of rare, but ever since he had become friends with Ariah he had been doing a lot of things that he normally wouldn't. It wasn't a bad thing at all, if anything he was finally taking the first steps out of his shell that he usually hid away in. Deciding that he had never seen this so-called 'student lounge' thing that he had heard a few students talk about he made his way to the fourth floor.

Letting out a yawn, Charlie stretched his hands above his head as he walked the length of the corridor. Reaching the lounge, he pushed his way inside and peered around. He was thankful that there wasn't many people in the room as he took a step inside. Instantly his eyes found someone familiar just as Charlie saw her head hit the table in front of her. Furrowing his eyebrows, Charlie debated whether or not to socialise or to run to somewhere secluded, when the more rational part of him - even though it was tiny - told him that he should go see what was up. Stepping up to the desk, Charlie awkwardly stood there for a moment, before prodding Ariah gently in the shoulder with his index finger. "Hey, Ariah. What's up?" He mumbled, bringing his hand away and shifting his wristband on his arm to busy himself.

When Ariah felt someone or something prod her shoulder she jumped a little and lifted her head quicker than lightening to stare wide eyed at whomever it was that decided to poke her. When she saw that it was none another than the shy boy she had met outside on the rocks last year, one that she had managed to become very good friends with despite their vast personality differences and the fact that they had completely different blood status'. Ever since she had met him and encouraged him to become her friend he seemed a lot happier and she was really happy to have met him that day on the rocks. "Oh! Sorry Charlie you scared me!" She breathed out and gave him a small crooked smile, it was almost her way of letting him know that she was okay but she was a little bothered at the moment. It wasn't his fault at all since he was one of the few friends she actually had around here. Hilde, Lola, Leviathan, Kamaria, and she'd like to think Theodore and Aleyha but she could never be too sure with those two. The rest of them just ignored her or tried to make fun of her in anyway they possibly could. Ariah sat up and readjusted herself so she could look at Charlie more easily, she didn't want to see rude.

"Sorry I didn't see you I'm...just a little bummed out. So how are you?" She motioned for him to sit down next to her softly with her hand, Charlie was usually calm and didn't yell so she felt okay to talk to him whenever she was upset about something. What did float through her mind though was her wondering if he would understand how she felt or just think she was being silly.
