[adminapproval=#30331357]Prudence had never had a will. She was so young why would she have written one up? Saveli had never even heard Prue talk about death until Avie had passed away, and even then the Aussie girl was always so strong. She had such a bright future, that Saveli couldn't forgive the universe for snuffing out. Shiloh, whom had been quiet the whole of the funeral, stood what seemed like miles apart, looking at the plate of food served after the funeral for funeral visitors. He was so tired she was sure. He looked exasperated. Saveli wanted to talk to him, but what the hell was she supposed to say? Prudence was his ward, his responsibility. Did he feel like he failed her? Or her parents? Saveli looked at her hands, and remembered for a moment the first time she'd learned of Prudence. They shared a Mother, Same as she and Aluetta - a girl she knew so little about until the day she wrote about Prudence Dying. They had similar handwriting; and when Saveli thought of it she wrote an awful lot like her sister. Perhaps that proved Nature over nurture. It was so odd that while she and Prue had been distant for a long time, her death would bring together a closeness to Lue.

An odd memory slipped into Saveli's head and she thought of the time Sav had cornered Prue's whatever Venn was. in a tree nonetheless. She'd struck Saveli. She promised she'd ruin Prue's life. Before she realized family was important - before realizing her father was wrong and bitter. Prudence didn't let that effect her. She was so starry eyed and she believed the world was filled with good. Sav wanted to carry that on, to honor her sister. She wanted Prudence to have more than just a memory. She wanted her to have a real impact on the world. She hoped that Shiloh sharing Prudence's accomplishments, her time in Heta and her making the dean's list at a muggle college. She'd always been so smart. Sav felt her heart hitch again, and glanced around the room and those who may have been approaching the Container in order to pay respects. perhaps she should go tell the people around that she was glad they'd come. Was that her place? Were there really that many people here? After all it was only a ceremony, not open casket.

Shiloh had chosen to have a ceremony for reasons he didn't disclose but he still allowed for mourning for those whom knew her, even if it was just to say goodbye to ashes. He'd promise after it was all over that Saveli could have some, and she knew what she was going to do with them. She wanted to get a blown glass necklace made with them in it. Something she could always wear. The blonde felt tears well in her eyes, wishing she could comfort someone. However Sav was not a great comfort to anyone she found, and so she sat for a moment in silence with Reuben, hand in his, watching everyone mourn in the way that worked best.

OOCOut of Character:
Obviously this funeral is open to anyone whom knew Prudence. Heta sisters, professors, students, and family - or even old flames. Remember Funerals don't all have to be sad. After all mourning also celebrates togetherness. It's what Prudence would have wanted after all.

Aluetta felt more than awkward at this funeral. She knew Sav and Reuben, and Phoebe and Rudolf - but frankly no one else that was there mourning was someone she was close to. Prudence and she had always been distant but she felt an obligation. She needed to be there for Saveli, and needed to be there for Shiloh - her distant Uncle of some sort. Frankly she wasn't sure if she was actually related to him. There was a small pang of guilt in Lue's stomach that she wanted to leave, but she'd paid her condolences to a sister she didn't know well, perhaps she should just take her jacket adn floo back to France with her mother and father.

In years prior to 2043 Viv had really not gotten to know Prudence Armstead as a person. Of course being she and Saveli had always been best friends, she knew the name well. She knew the brunette was only a few years older than them, so perhaps that's why it came as a shock to her that the 20 something had passed away so suddenly. Viv had immediately left Axel's side to go be with Saveli at her house and comfort her, at least for the few days leading up to the funeral. However when it came to the actual day, Viviana made sure to ask along her betrothed, as she knew Saveli would be busy adn being alone with grief had never looked good on her. The brunette stood by the ashes where they sat and looked at the engraving on the attached stand. The only comfort in the world that Viviana could find in loss was knowing Prudence would be with her fathers. The brunette turned to Axel looking down. "I think that Prudence deserved so much more time to be alive. But don't we always think that of someone who died." A tear rolled out of Viv's eyes, and she thought perhaps she should find Saveli, and say her well wishes. Being surrounded by so much grief was difficult, after all, for someone who didn't know how to resolve it but wished to do so.

Axel liked to party and have fun. He wasn't one for funerals but that was where he found himself at the side of his fiance Vivana. Strangely Axel had warmed to the girl in recent weeks and actually enjoyed their time together that wasn't spent in bed. Axel hadn't met the girl who died but when Viv told him how she was he couldn't believe it. For someone so young to die was always unfair and Axel couldn't comprehend how it must feel to lose a peer at his current age. A few months ago Axel would have found a way to get out of going but now, he wanted to be there for Viv. When Viv returned to his side he turned to her as she said that Prudence deserved more. He noticed the tear run down her cheek so he reached into his pocket and wiped it away with a tissue. "I know," He said quietly and put his arm around her. Later he would try to cheer up, for now, she just needed a rock.
