Kirk is currently the Chief of their "Judicial" Branch. He belives that once he is able to gain enough power there, Dictator is not far away. Kirk is now living in Russia and his hopes are high along with his dreams.

Kirk's Hopes and Dreams​

Ever since Kirk had got involved in the muggle politics, he had become so obsessed with them that it was his entire life. His dream was to change Russia's ways. To make it a better place with a better economy. He wanted it to be like the Americas, but better. His entire college career involved either judicial, legislative, or executive classes. He wanted to know as much as he could about the wings of government throughout the world and in Russia. He is know currently the Chief of the Judicial System in Russia. He hopes to acheive Dictator to change the ways of Russia and to get followers to support him in his campaign to help Russia for the better.
Now he is working on new systems of government to help Russia.
