Being back home had lots of pros and cons, mostly he knew he and Hamish were sleeping better, but Hamish was having to do more. He knew his twin didn't mind doing that, and missed it even at school but Seamus didn't like it at all. The sun had risen that morning and though it wasn't warm exactly, Seamus had decided he wasn't going to stay in the house and be bored, he put on some warm sports gear left a note for his sleeping brother and headed for the park with a brand new football under his arm. He hadn't taken a football to school with him, but he missed the sport. He was intending to try out for quidditch as soon as he got there in second year but football had been his sport. He put the ball down on the grassy area next to the park and used his rucksack and the extra jumper within it as goal markers before just starting by doing some keepy uppies to get warmed up. He didn't think anyone would play with him, he knew rugby was the sport of New Zealand but he's just played football.

Evie's break so far had been pretty boring. She didn't think she would ever miss Hogwarts, but she really did. It wasn't so much the classes she was missing however, and it was in fact her friends that she had made. She met a couple of nice people last year, and some fun ones too, and she just wanted to go back to Hogwarts to see them again. There was still a bit of time before she could go back to Hogwarts however and so Evie needed to distract herself with something until then. The girl headed out early that morning unable to sleep too much with all of the energy that she had. She had two dragon figurines with her, wanting to build them a house out of sticks somewhere at the local park. When she made it to the park however, she spotted a boy that she recognised from Hogwarts. She beamed, glad to see someone that she sort of knew. "Hey!" she exclaimed, waving at the boy as she headed over to him. "What are you doing?"

Seamus was concentrating hard on what he was doing, counting each one as he did it. He heard someone approach him, but did figure they'd move on, when they spoke he stopped what he was doing and would keep a mental note of where he'd gotten to. "Football," he said taking the ball and holding it up so she could see. The girl was familiar but all he knew this meant was that he knew her from school. She wasn't in his house or he was sure he'd recognise her more, but she was still familiar to him. "Do you want to play?" he asked, since football would be much easier with another person. He wouldn't even mind playing with someone else, it would make it easier and it meant he had someone he could win against.
