If you start a topic and someone responds once but doesn't respond again (in a shop) can you repost the topic so that someone else can help you?

All you have to do with the shops is either PM the person or PM someone else that works in the shop and ask for assistance, I would normally wait a few days and do it then if the person who works in the shop still hasn't responded.
