--Rubie Lefevre was not the average Beauxbatons student; instead, she seemed a lot more high-kept than anything just by the way she appeared. However, her attitude was not mirrored by her looks. The third year was actually in charge of looking out and taking care of Greyson, her older brother. Whcih was why she definitely had a mother thing going on with her anyhow. She felt like a mother to a much older brother, cooking and cleaning while she was not in school. Homework and education was still stressing her out, but she cared more about her family than anything else. Like a lot of her family members these days, some seemed to really want Danielle Zhefarovich off the throne. Rubie herself wondered if that would be the best case. What if someone that was not a good leader took control of the throne? I shouldn't worry because I believe Danielle would just take the throne back, right? The third year really did not know how all that worked and preferred really to stay out of politics. But when it concerned the family, then she would have to observe, but never interfere. She was too young anyway to really interfere. At least her family, the Lefevre family, preferred female leaders now over male. That was one of the greatest things that had come from Danielle being the Head. There was another thing she was concerned about as well. And it had nothing to do with the husband of hers.

--What seemed more like a family curse than anything. Why someone so young was worried about having children? After looking out for Greyson, one of the most precious things she had ever seen was a child, a newborn baby. Caring her in her arms, and babying her and feeding her... Rubie shook her head and she glanced around the library to see that it was a little empty. Well, her table was empty, but the rest were occupied by other students as well. No one was making a sound because it was not really recommended. Shrugging lightly, her red quill was dipped into some scarlet ink, and she continued to write on her essay about Hags for Care of Magical Creatures. She needed two feet of parchment filled with the essay, and she was lacking three inches. She had to have a lot of it covered, and yet, here she was lacking three lousy inches. Rubie let out a sigh and she continued on, this time just concluding on what she was doing anyway. It was the best that she could come up with. Three inches was not really a big deal, but she had to meet the requirement. The Third year wanted to be Prefect one day, so she had to be sure that she did what she was told anyway. And homework was another story. Could a Beauxbatons beauty like herself ever hope to be Prefect one day? It was one of her dreams, but acting like a mother and being one of the best students in her year would be one hard goal to accomplish.

Daniella was supposed to meet with her twin in a little less than an hour to study for their potions exam, but until then the blonde had to work on an essay on ancient protective charms that was to be due at the end of term. As much as the veela enjoyed her school work she was getting antsy as the holidays drew closer and she was more than anxious to get to visit her sister and her new brother-in-law. Having just left a prefects meeting the common room there was rather packed with the other prefects sticking around afterwards to chit chat so she ruled that out as an option for places to work on her essay. Daniella didn't much feel like trekking all the way back across the school to work on it in her dorm room so the next viable option was to head to the library.

As she entered the sixteen year old noticed that most of the tables were occupied to their fullest capacity. The only one that didn't have every seat filled was occupied by only one person. Daniella shrugged and headed over to where the young girl was sitting. "Excuse me. Are these seats taken," she asked in her soft tone, hoping that she wasn't intruding on any type of important studying that the girl would be doing.

--A voice hovered over her, and the French girl dared to look up to see whom it was. Rubie might not be the most friendly of girls in the school, but she was one of the meanest when provoked. However, there was nothing provocative about this situation at all. Asking to see if seats are taken were no big deal, really. The library tables were for anyone to come and read or do homework. Rubie was still working on her own right now anyhow. However, the name of the girl slipped her mind for the time being, but those looks surely looked familiar. The Lefevre family and the Snow family knew of each other quite well. Rubie knew a few Snow's, and surely knew Gabrielle and Xavier. However, Rubie was clueless that this was one of them, and their half-sibling. Instead, she recognized her as an older prefect of the school.

--Nodding lightly, she motioned with her slender hand with icy blue fingertips to sit down. "No, none of these are taken," her French accent was definitely noticeable, as was the ice in her voice, but the softness indicated that she meant no harm. As angelic as she seemed, others knew better than to arouse Rubie Lefevre. Her temper was hard to push, but once over the edge, Rubie could turn into a fiery demon with a beautiful face. The pure-blood really did not take well to Veelas, however. That was something she did not really like, at all. Rubie inquired, "Your name as escaped me, Prefect. Would you mind enlightening me?" Rubie pondered if the girl would even want to talk to someone so young in their years here in Beauxbatons Academy. Rubie moved the brunette hair from her bright, blue eyes as she stared at the older Prefect.
