With his newfound title of Ravenclaw Chaser, Jeremy was really beginning to feel like he belonged at the school. His first two years had been spent behind the books with Jeremy much too shy to engage in conversation with anyone. This year from the very beginning things felt different. And it was different. Already Jeremy and his roommate had developed a pretty cool friendship and he had met a mute girl who he was learning sign language from not to mention his new teammates who were helping him even if he was the lowly third year on the team.
Things were looking up for him. That didn't mean that he still wasn't shy and awkward though. It would take more than a few months of being a quidditch player to cure that. As he settled himself in the courtyard with his History of Magic textbook, Jeremy figured he would read ahead. He found the subject interesting so it wasn't a chore for him. As he stretched his legs to the side on a bench, Jeremy lost himself in a chapter about the Mayan pyramids.
