Arianna Nightray had found out that her cousin, Liam Nightray was right. She should have really declined at the very least the presidency over the Conglomerated Arts Club. Or maybe sit out at least one Quidditch game? Or have a bit of rest? He was right that she really was putting herself in danger when she was in Hogwarts New Zealand. She was forgetting her health because of everything that had been going on. It was nearly the end of the semester and despite the absence of exams, Arianna was nothing but tired. The Quidditch game had only been a few days ago and even then she was completely tired. How could it not happen? Taylor was training them like there was no tomorrow and Ria always ended up dead tired and she had prefect patrols to worry about that would last until the late hours of the night. And then she had to take care of the club and attend lessons and study for the NEWTs. Yeah, she only had Potions to worry about. But Potions from year one to year five was something unbeknownst to her so despite the single subject, she was having a little bit of difficulty during her 'free time' that was no longer free. And also, she spends time with the boy she liked in the few times that she would catch him alone and not in the presence of the girl he likes or should she say girlfriend.

Today though was for her to actually study Potions in the library. She had no Quidditch practice for today and so she was grateful since she had been gaining a rather nasty fever though with the amount of work that had to be done, she couldn't afford to stay in bed. She had been staying in the library for a few hours already, memorizing a number of plants and potions and she was being quite successful which she was quite thankful for. Otherwise, her ever growing headache would have been for nothing. But really, she did have to stop at some point so she decided that it was best she did now. And so, she kept her things and brought her three books with her and exited the library quietly. She headed downstairs to get herself a bit to it though just when she was walking at the third floor corridors, her vision blurred a little and she nearly lost her balance. Thankfully she was walking near the wall so she regained it quickly. And she had decided that it was probably best that she stay there for a few minutes to regain herself lest she wanted to faint somewhere in the castle which was not impossible.

Alexia Nightray had decided that she needed to review for the upcoming exams. She was confident in her abilities but it would not be wrong to be sure about the whole thing. So she had asked, well, more like told, Alexander to come with her on this particular day. It was a shame that they were not sorted in the same house but Alex was fairly contented with the house she had ended up in. Her father would not have it any other way. She, however, worried about her brother who was sorted in Hufflepuff. She was quite sure that this had not sit well with their father or the elders. She knew that her brother mostly didn't care but that didn't make her any less worried. Sure, she was bossy and all towards him, but he was the only one she actually cared about, not that she would admit that to anyone. And so, she knew that to make up for that house issue, Alexander was already in the Quidditch team and while she had full trust on him, it wouldn't hurt to actually make sure that he was still paying attention to his academics. And well, she needed his assistance to in some areas, and had to talk to him about a certain someone who had been irking her greatly. Arianna.

And who would have thought that as they were walking on the third floor corridor they would encounter the said girl. Asian features, distinct red hair and resemblance to Armin and Rivaille. Couldn't have been anyone else. Besides, who would not know her? President of the Conglomerated Arts Club, Chaser for the Gryffindor Quidditch Team and Gryffindor Prefect. It was impossible not to know that this girl's name was Arianna Nightray. Alex and her brother had only found out about this girl's existence a year ago and they had come upon it slightly by chance and research. She didn't like what she found. How dare this girl let the whole school know that she was a Nightray and she didn't even have her ring yet! What's worse was that she was already burned off from the family tree and she dared to bear the Nightray surname?! Alexia couldn't hold herself and marched straight to the girl and pushed her with all her might with comparison to what her eleven-year-old body could do. "Who the f**k are you?!" Alexia all but screamed at the girl without control as there were no people around anyway. "How dare you introduce yourself as a Nightray?! You have no f**king right!" she screamed and pushed the girl even harder and she was quite surprised to find that the girl seemed even more lighter than she looked. And with the older not fighting back, she had easily overpowered her causing the older to fall back, her books falling over her body and face. Alexia couldn't care less though. This girl deserved it for her insolence.

Arianna really hated that her health was so fragile and easily affected by fatigue and tiring events. It was seriously bothersome and not all that happy. As a matter of fact, if anything, she was actually angry at her own health. This was because she had a lot of things to do and yet her health couldn't take the pressure of it all. The harshness of the quidditch practice was the most that was taking a toll on her body. In fact, she had gotten a little thinner over the past few months because really Taylor's schedule was designed to send a person to hell and make them come back using nothing but their feet and hands. It was seriously designed to kill people with low stamina like her and if only it wasn't a little shameful, she would have already approached the prefect about it. But alas, she didn't want to be treated as special because her low health. If anything, she wanted to be treated normally. Those were her thoughts until she had caught sight of two figures ahead of the hallway. Two first years as it had seemed and they were very familiar though she couldn't particularly put her finger on why.

She didn't expect to find out so quickly the reason though, for as quick as they had come, the young girl was also quick to attack her with words and swearing and a little level of physicality. With her major headache and rising fever, Arianna couldn't attempt to stop this girl or even dodge her though her screaming was hurting her head even more and even more so her swearing. She had done nothing wrong. "W-wha-?" her words were cut short when she was pushed a little harder. And this time, she tripped on her feet, lost her balance and caused her books to land on her face and chest, probably would form into a nasty bruise later on. She got up groggily and strained because of the girl's language towards her. She didn't do anything wrong. And the girl's accusations. Arianna's eyes widened and she realized that these two were her cousins. Alexia and Alexander. Uncle Sebastian's kids. "D-Don't tell Grandmother! I... I didn't mean to. T-they just found out. I kept it a secret," the Gryffindor confessed and pleaded. If her grandparents found out about this, she'll be pulled out from school and taken away from Armin and Riv and Liam. She didn't want that to happen ever again. Never.

Liam Nightray pinched the bridge of his nose as he rolled on his bed. He was tired. He was dead tired. It was already his final year at Hogwarts New Zealand. He had initially thought that it would be fine, that he need not worry about anything. And he wasn't worried. Merlin, he didn't care about what would happen after graduation. What annoyed him was the expectations of his grandparents. Not that he cared, but living under the old man's leadership meant that he had to follow the older man. He groaned. He hated it. Since young, he always had problems with following authorities. He didn't like feeling inferior to anyone. However, he knew that any attempt at rebelling against the elders would not do him any good. He wasn't stupid. He was not like his older sister. He knew what he had to do and he knew the things that he could not do yet too.

The Slytherin run his fingers through his lock of messy hair. He was tired and his head had been aching a lot lately. He would have slept but he remembered that he had a book to return and a few books to read too. Though not really that studious, he did know that he had to do well on his NEWTs. He fought not to curse under his breath as he pushed himself off his bed. He fixed himself before he grabbed a couple of books and headed out. It didn't take him long before he got out of the cold dungeons that seemed to confuse most of the younger years. He tucked the books under his arm and proceeded towards his destination.

He was already on the third floor and was just waiting for the stairs to shift so he could head to the library when he caught sight of a familiar face. He would know that red lock of hair anywhere. That Asian features and the badge stuck on the student's chest screamed his cousin's name on his mind. She seemed to be having some trouble. He ignored her though and just stayed silently, however, when a girl, shorter that his cousin was, had shouted profanities and pushed the Gryffindor, he turned around. The stair had shifted already and he could now head to the fourth floor, but instead of doing that, he walked towards his cousin's direction. His ears was already hurting and his head ache just gets worse as the distance between him and his cousin, and these two kids who he recognized to be his other cousins decreased. He knew them, after all, they had been living in the same house for years, but their names escaped his mind. And besides, even if he does remember them, he wouldn't call them by their names. They're not worth his time. They were not members of his family. They didn't have what he had. He walked pass the girl, and stopped when he's near the Gryffindor. He eyed her blankly, checking for any injury without saying anything, he just stood there silently before his eyes narrowed and he turned his attention to the screaming banshee that took the form of a young girl that was, unfortunately, his cousin. Seriously, what did this uncultured troglodyte hope to accomplished there with her worthless idiocies? "Stop," he told Arianna sharply without taking his eyes away from the prehistoric cave dweller in front of him. "Watch that horrid mouth of yours. Do us all a favor and die," his voice was laced with venom and his eyes were cold. He was tired of all this drama.
