Reason for Request of Entry to Durmstrang? __Being homeschooled isn't as much fun as it may sound. My teachers aren't really the best and I spend most of my time teaching myself. I really want to have the school experience and have teachers that know what they're saying teach me.
Basics.
Looks. Describe how you look. __I guess I'm pretty tall. I'm well built from daily exercising I've done for Quidditch. Which I play regulary.
Personality?__I'm pretty relaxed about things, and don't get to tensed. I study really hard for exams but otherwise I enjoy my free time more. Quidditch has really helped me become a team player and be socialble.
Life Before School? __Mentors that come once a week to check on me and what I'm doing with work. I play ont he Home-Schooled Germany Quidditch Team which is really fun. We play other countries that have home-schooled kid teams, and sometimes schools. Though Quidditch is basically my life and I'll miss my old team I hope to do well here in a school, with real teachers and get on a team and hopefully be Captain.
Family History. Tell us alittle more about your family. ___Well my dad and step-mom met when I was around four, after my parents split up. She had two kids from a previous marriage both alittle older then me and decided to keep their father's name and live with him. My father comes from Munich, Germany where his parents reside. While he says my mom came from Rostock, Germany way in the North. We moved to Aachen after my parents divorced and have lost contact with my mother.
Who do you live with? __My father, Jack Kanu and his second wife Friederike "Fritzy" Kanu. Along with the two children they had together, both stil very young. I don't really know my step-brother who moved out last year very well but he doesn't really live at the house anymore.
What is their relation to you? _Oh well Jack is my father, and Fritzy is my step-mother and then half-siblings are their children plus one step brother who doesn't live with us.
Where is your family considered on Social standing?Purposes for School Payment and Cost. _My father is Muggle so I'm not sure where we'd stand because we have no Wizard money or bank account.
Where do you live?__ Aachen, Germany, right near the border of the Netherlands and Belguim. We do most things in Germany but there are some great Markets in the other two countries but I believe we hold the best for most choices in Aachen. Aachen was once home to Charlemange, who once was teh Emperor of the Romans.
School.
Previous Magical Studies. Tell us where you have learned magic before Durmstrang. Make sure to elaberate on this and the following questions. __At home and sometimes in group sessions with other home-schooled students. I was homeschooled but there basically is a school for students who study at home, where we will meet sometimes all at one person's home. Usually it's someones house that is in the Floo network. I've studied all areas in my first few years of schooling and now focus more on History of Magic.
Favorite Magical Class? __My favorite subject would have to be History of Magic. Growing up in a place so rich in History both Magic and Muggle makes me feel really close to the subject.
Least Favorite Class to Attend?_I really don't enjoy Potions. The work is much to tedious and I'd rather buy it made then have to sit there and brew something for an hour or so. Instant is much better.
Have you been on a Quidditch Team? Why or Why Not? __Yes. Why, because it's basically the only real Wizard sport we have and it's alot of fun. Most of my life I've focused on the sport. Muggle games aren't as fun and the thrill of flying is really something special to me.
Time Spent on WorK and Time Spent on Play? How do the two compare in your schedule? __When a test is near I become very detached from the Social World and study, but otherwise it's a 7:3 chance I'm "playing".
Do you get along with Teachers Easily?__Depends on if they are anything like my homeschoolers. Those guys have no clue what they are teaching us and we spend alot of time hanging around planning pranks on the mentors when in group sessions.
