Nixon signed up to deliver roses again wanting to meet lots of people, and hopefully make new friends in the process. He was pleased to see his first delivery of the day was to Joshua Toubia, someone in his year who could definitely be a potential friend as they likely shared a few classes and were of course the same age. This notion put Nixon's mood on a high note as he headed from his own houses common room and down towards the great hall, eventually reaching the Ravenclaw table. He looked around the table for the boy and was pleased when he spotted him. It made the rest of his deliveries easier knowing he didn't need to wait to get his first rose out of the way. "Joshua, right?" Nixon asked as he approached the boy. "I have a pretty yellow rose for you!" He exclaimed, hoping the boy was happy one of his friends thought to send him a rose that day. Nixon would certainly be happy if he was in the same situation.
